本发明公开了一种建筑材料的生产装置，包括混合砂浆机、设有出料口的成品罐和多个原料罐，所述成品罐的出料口下方设有皮带输送机，所述成品罐自上而下分为物料仓、混合仓和成品仓，还包括第一配料秤斗和第二配料秤斗，所述第一配料秤斗的输入端通过螺旋输送机与原料罐连接、其输出端与混合砂浆机的入口连接，所述第二配料秤斗的输入端与混合砂浆机的出口连接、其输出端与成品罐的混合仓连接；第一配料秤斗、第二配料秤斗和物料仓均连接有一自动计量控制***。与传统的设备相比，本发明具有自动计量功能、产品质量高，搅拌均匀、生产效率高，结构简单的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种生产建筑材料的机械设备技术领域，具体涉及一种建筑材料的生产装置。
背景技术
随着我国经济的发展及农村城镇化的建设，很多地方出现高楼大厦平地起的景象。建造房屋时，从打地基到封顶、装修入住的过程都会用到建筑材料。建筑材料通常是指钢筋、木材、玻璃、水泥、砂浆、涂料等，而水泥、砂浆、腻子粉、涂料等粉状的建筑材料在房屋建设中有着举足轻重的作用。对于该种类型的建筑材料材料在生产时，一般是先采用斗式提升机将原始原料(如水泥、煤灰、石英砂等)输送至预备仓内，然后采用搅拌机进行充分混合搅拌后，再输送至成品仓内储存。采用上述设备生产粉状的建筑材料存在如下缺点：
1)斗式提升机在提升原料的过程产生巨大噪声大且粉尘多，使得生产环境恶劣，严重影响工人的身体健康；
2)不能很好的控制生产原料的加入量，影响成品的质量或是成品的质量参差不齐；
3)其采用的搅拌或混合装置的搅拌叶片为单轴叶片，搅拌不均匀、搅拌速率低，影响了成品的品质及生产效率。
发明内容
针对上述的不足，本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种搅拌均匀、生产效率高，具有自动计量功能的建筑材料的生产装置，同时还能改善生产车间内的环境。
为解决上述问题，本发明通过如下技术方案实现：一种建筑材料的生产装置，包括混合砂浆机、设有出料口的成品罐和多个原料罐，所述成品罐的出料口下方设有皮带输送机，所述成品罐自上而下分为物料仓、混合仓和成品仓，还包括第一配料秤斗和第二配料秤斗，所述第一配料秤斗的输入端通过螺旋输送机与原料罐连接、其输出端与混合砂浆机的入口连接，所述第二配料秤斗的输入端与混合砂浆机的出口连接、其输出端与成品罐的混合仓连接；第一配料秤斗、第二配料秤斗和物料仓均连接有一自动计量控制***。所述自动计量控制***能对原料的加入量或输出量进行控制。
上述方案中，所述混合砂浆机内设有两根相互平行的搅拌螺杆，所述搅拌螺杆包括转轴和间隔设于转轴上的多组叶片，两根搅拌螺杆上的叶片为相互错位设置。
本发明的有益效果为：
1、本发明的原始原料的输送采用螺旋输送机代替传统的斗式提升机，这样的设置能有效地减少车间内的粉尘及噪声，改善了车间环境；
2、本发明的混合砂浆机内设有双轴双叶的搅拌螺杆且叶片为错位设置，使得搅拌速度快，物料混合均匀，生产效果显著提高；
3、本发明设有的自动计量控制***能对原料的加入量或输出量进行很好的控制，保证了成品的质量，自动化程度高，***运行稳定。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种建筑材料的生产装置，包括混合砂浆机3、设有出料口的成品罐4和多个原料罐1，一个原料罐1内对应装一种原料，所述原料可为水泥、煤灰、石英砂等。所述成品罐4的出料口下方设有皮带输送机7，所述成品罐4自上而下分为物料仓4-1、混合仓4-2和成品仓4-3，所述物料仓4-1连接有自动计量控制***，该自动计量控制***对物料仓4-1内原料进入混合仓4-2的加入量进行控制。
还包括第一配料秤斗5和第二配料秤斗6，所述第一配料秤斗5的输入端通过螺旋输送机2与原料罐1连接、其输出端与混合砂浆机3的入口连接，所述第二配料秤斗6的输入端与混合砂浆机3的出口连接、其输出端与成品罐4的混合仓4-2连接；第一配料秤斗5、第二配料秤斗6均连接有一自动计量控制***。第一配料秤斗5的自动计量控制***实现对原料罐1内的原料加入量和输送至混合砂浆机3内的加入量进行控制，而第二配料秤斗6的自动计量控制***实现混合砂浆机3的输出量和进入混合仓4-2内的加入量进行控制。所述自动计量控制***可以包括有重力传感器、控制器和其他组件。
如图2所示，所述混合砂浆机3内设有两根相互平行的搅拌螺杆，所述搅拌螺杆在工作时连接有驱动装置。所述搅拌螺杆包括转轴8和间隔设于转轴8上的多组叶片9，两根搅拌螺杆上的叶片9为相互错位设置。将搅拌螺杆设置成双轴、叶片为交错且相互不接触结构，这样有利于搅拌均匀，提高物料的搅拌效率，从而使制得的产品质量提高。
本发明可应用于砂浆、胶粘剂、石英砂、抹面砂浆、干粉砂等建筑材料的生产。

1.一种建筑材料的生产装置，包括混合砂浆机(3)、设有出料口的成品罐(4)和多个原料罐(1)，所述成品罐(4)的出料口下方设有皮带输送机(7)，所述成品罐(4)自上而下分为物料仓(4-1)、混合仓(4-2)和成品仓(4-3)，其特征在于：还包括第一配料秤斗(5)和第二配料秤斗(6)，所述第一配料秤斗(5)的输入端通过螺旋输送机(2)与原料罐(1)连接、其输出端与混合砂浆机(3)的入口连接，所述第二配料秤斗(6)的输入端与混合砂浆机(3)的出口连接、其输出端与成品罐(4)的混合仓(4-2)连接；第一配料秤斗(5)、第二配料秤斗(6)和物料仓(4-1)均连接有一自动计量控制***。
2.根据权利要求1所述的建筑材料的生产装置，其特征在于：所述混合砂浆机(3)内设有两根相互平行的搅拌螺杆，所述搅拌螺杆包括转轴(8)和间隔设于转轴(8)上的多组叶片(9)，两根搅拌螺杆上的叶片(9)为相互错位设置。
