令人惊异地发现,本发明的通式Ⅰ化合物的活性和植物耐受性大大改善。
另外,发现了制备这些化合物的方法,含有它们的组合物,和它们用于控制真菌和害虫的用途。
用类似于文献中已知的各种方法的方法制备式Ⅰ化合物。在化合物1的合成中,从相应的前体合成R2-Y-XCH2-基团或-C(=NOCH3)-CO-NHCH3基团的顺序从总体来看是不重要的。

利用下列合成实施例中描述的步骤,对起始化合物进行适当修饰,以制备其它化合物Ⅰ。这样得到的化合物连同物理数据列于下表中。

将2g实施例1的E-2-甲氧亚氨基-2-[(2-甲基苯氧甲基)苯基]-N-甲基乙酰胺加到10℃的30ml无水二氯甲烷中。向此溶液中滴加9.4g三氯化硼(在正己烷中的1-摩尔溶液),加热回流1.5h,冷却至10℃,再加入9.4g三氯化硼,在室温(20℃)搅拌此混合物过夜。滴加8.2g甲醇后,在旋转蒸发器中浓缩。将残余物溶于100ml二氯甲烷中,用5%氢氧化钠溶液再用水漂洗此溶液。最后用硫酸钠干燥有机相。蒸去溶剂后,留下1.2g油状标题化合物。1H-NMR(CDCl3,δin ppm):2.95(d,3H);3.90(s,3H);4.45(s,2H);6.8(NH);7.1-7.6(m,4H)实施例3E-2-甲氧亚氨基-2-[(2-溴甲基)苯基]-N-甲基乙酰胺

化合物Ⅰ适于作为杀真菌剂。
化合物Ⅰ的特征是对广谱植物致病真菌的显著活性,特别是对子囊菌纲和担子菌纲。某些情形下它们具有***活性,可用作叶和土壤杀真菌剂。
它们对控制真菌在各种作物和其种子上的繁殖特别重要,所述作物如为小麦、黑麦、麦、燕麦、稻、玉米、草地、棉花、大豆、咖啡、甘蔗、葡萄、水果和装饰性植物和疏菜植物,如黄瓜、菜豆和葫芦科。
它们特别适于控制下列植物疾病:
谷物上的禾白粉菌,葫芦科上的二孢白粉菌和单丝壳,苹果上的白叉丝单囊壳,藤本植物上的葡萄钩丝壳,谷物上的柄锈菌,棉花和草地上的丝核菌,谷物和甘蔗上的黑粉菌,苹果上的苹果黑星菌,谷物上的长蠕孢,小麦上的颖植壳针孢,草莓和藤本植物上的灰葡萄孢,落花生上的落花生尾孢,小麦、大麦上的似蔓毛壳假尾孢,稻上的pyricularia orgzae,香茄和马铃薯上的致病疫霉,各种植物上的镰孢和轮枝孢,藤本植物上的葡萄生单轴霉,疏菜和水果上的链格孢。
这样施用化合物Ⅰ:以杀真菌有效量的活性化合物处理真菌或要保护防止真菌袭击的植物、种子、材料或土壤。在这些材料、植物或种子被真菌感染前或后施用。
可以将它们转化为常规剂型,如溶液、乳液、悬液、粉剂、粉末、糊剂和粒剂。施用形式取决于具体用途;但无论如何应保证环丙烷羧酸的邻位取代的苄酯精细而均一地分散。用已知方法制备制剂,如将活性化合物与溶剂和/或载体混合,需要时使用乳化剂和分散剂,当用水作为稀释剂时还可能使用其它有机溶剂作为辅助溶剂。用于此目的辅料主要有:溶剂如芳烃(如二甲苯)、卤代芳烃(如氯苯)、石蜡(如矿物细馏份)、醇(如甲醇、丁醇)、酮(如环己酮)、胺(如甲醇胺、二甲基甲酰胺)和水;载体如研磨后的天然矿物(如高岭土、粘土、滑石、白垩)和经研磨的合成矿物(如高分散硅酸、硅酸盐);乳化剂如非离子性和阴离子乳化剂(如聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚、烷磺酸盐和芳磺酸盐),及分散剂如木素—亚硫酸盐废液和甲基纤维素。
杀真菌混合物一般含有0.1-95%,优选0.5-90%(重量)的活性化合物。
根据所要使用的类型,施用率为0.02-3kg化合物/公倾。
在种子处理中,每公斤种子一般需要0.001-50g,优选0.01-10g活性化合物。
本发明组合物还可以作为杀真菌剂与其它活性化合物存在于施用形式中,例如与除草剂、杀虫剂、生长调节剂、杀真菌剂一起或与肥料一起使用。
当与杀真菌剂混合时,许多情况下杀真菌谱得以扩大。
与本发明化合物一起施用的下列杀真菌剂应只是对结合可能性的说明,而不是限制:

活性化合物可直接施用或以由此制得的它们的制剂或应用形式来施用,如以可直接喷雾的溶液、粉末、悬液或分散液、乳液、油分散液、糊剂、粉剂、可分散组合物或颗粒的形式喷雾、雾化、粉尘化、分散或倾注。施用形式完全取决于应用目的;但无论如何应尽可能保证本发明的活性化合物最精细地分散。
在即用施用制剂中活性化合物的浓度可在一大范围内变化。
一般,浓度为0.0001到10%,优选0.01到1%。
这些化合物还可成功地用于超低体积方法(ULV)中,其中可能施用含高于95%(重量)的活性化合物的制剂,甚至不加添加剂的活性化合物。
为了在户外条件下控制害虫,活性化合物的施用率为0.1-2.0,优选0.2-1.0kg/ha.。
为了制备可直接喷雾的溶液、乳液、糊剂或油分散液,可使用中等到高沸点的矿物油馏份,如煤油或柴油,还有煤焦油和源自植物或动物的油,脂肪、环状或芳香烃,如苯、甲苯、二甲苯、石蜡、四氢化萘、烷基化萘或它们的衍生物,甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、丁醇、氯仿、四氯化碳、环己醇、环己酮、氯苯、异佛尔酮,强极性溶剂,如二甲基甲酰胺、二甲基亚砜、N-甲基吡咯烷酮和水。
通过加水可从浓乳液、糊剂或可湿性粉末(油分散液)制得水性施用形式。为制备乳液、糊剂或油分散液,可通过润湿剂、冲稠剂、分散剂或乳化剂,将物质直接均化在水中,或溶解在油或溶剂中。但还可以制备由活性物质、润湿剂、冲稠剂、分散剂或乳化剂和可能的溶剂或油组成的浓缩物,它适于用水稀释。

通过活性化合物与固体载体混合或一起研磨可制备粉末,可分散组合物和粉剂。
制剂一般含有0.01-95%(重量),优选0.1-90%(重量)的活性化合物。可使用纯度为90%到100%,优选95%到100%(按NMR谱测定)的活性化合物。
制剂的实例有:Ⅰ.将5重量份的表B的化合物No.1与95重量份研细的高岭土紧密混合。这样得到含5%(重量)活性化合物的粉剂。Ⅱ.将30重量份的表B的化合物No.2与92重量份粉碎的硅胶和8重量份石蜡油(已喷在硅胶的表面)的混合物紧密混合。这样得到具有良好粘性的活性化合物制剂(活性化合物含量23wt%)。Ⅲ.将10重量份表B中化合物No.3溶解在这样的混合物中:它由90重量份二甲苯,6重量份8-10mol环氧乙烷与1mol油酸N-单乙醇酰胺的加成物,2重量份十二烷基苯磺酸的钙盐和2重量份40mol环氧乙烷与1mol蓖麻油的加成物组成(活性化合物含量9wt%)。Ⅳ.将20重量份表B中化合物No.4溶解在这样的混合物中,它由60重量份环己酮,30重量份异丁醇,5重量份7mol环氧乙烷与1mol异辛基苯酚的加成物和5重量份40mol环氧乙烷与1mol蓖麻油的加成物组成(活性化合物含量(16wt%)。Ⅴ.将80重量份表B中的化合物No.5与3重量份二异丁基萘-α-磺酸的钠盐、10重量来自亚硫酸盐废液的木素磺酸的钠盐及7重量份粉碎的硅胶充分混合,将此混合物在一锤磨机中研磨(活性化合物含量80wt%)。Ⅵ.将90重量份表B中化合物No.6与10重量份N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮混合,这样得到的溶液适于以非常小的液滴形式施用(活性化合物含量90wt%)。Ⅶ.将20重量份表B中的化合物No.7溶于下述混合物中:它由40重量份环己酮、30重量份异丁醇、20重量份7mol环氧乙烷与1mol异辛基苯酚的加成物及10重量份40mol环氧乙烷与1mol蓖麻油的加成物组成。将此溶液倾入100,000重量份水中,并精细地分散。得到的水分散液含有0.02%(重量)的活性化合物。Ⅷ.将20重量份表B中的活性化合物No.8与3重量份二异丁基萘-α-磺酸钠、17重量份来自亚硫酸盐废液的木素磺酸钠和60重量份粉碎的硅胶充分混合,并将混合物在锤磨机中研磨。将此混合物仔细分散在20000重量份水中,得到的喷雾液含有0.1wt%的活性化合物。
活性化合物与固态载体结合可制得颗粒,如包衣的、浸制的和均一的颗粒。固态载体例如有矿物1,如硅胶、硅酸、硅胶、硅酸盐、滑石、高岭土、美国活性白土、石灰石、石灰、白垩、bole、黄土、粘土、白云石、硅藻土、硫酸钙和硫酸镁、氧化镁,研碎的合成材料、肥料,如硫酸铵、磷酸铵、硝酸铵、脲素,及植物产品,如谷物粉、树皮、木和坚果壳粉,纤维素粉和其它固态载体。
如果需要,在施用(罐内混合)前片刻还可向活性化合物加入各种类型的油、除草剂、杀真菌剂、其它杀虫剂和杀菌剂。这些试剂可与本发明组合物以1∶10-10∶1的重量比混合。应用实例1.杀真菌活性
下列试验可以表明通式Ⅰ化合物的杀真菌作用:
在70wt%环己醇、20wt%NekanilR LN(LutensolR AP6,基于乙氧化的烷基苯酚的润湿剂,具有乳化剂和分散剂作用)和10wt%EmulphorR EL(EmulanR EL,基于乙氧基化脂肪醇珠乳化剂)的混合物中,将活性化合物制成浓度为20%的乳液,然后用水稀释至所需浓度。1.A 禾白粉菌tritici变种(小麦霉)
将Fruhgold品种的小麦苗用活性化合物的水悬液喷雾,直到温度。24小时后,用真菌禾白粉菌tritici变种(小麦霉)的孢子向此植物撒粉。22℃-24℃及75-80%空气温度下7天后,测定叶子的真菌侵染。
在此试验中,用63ppm的化合物3,7,8,9,11,12,14,18,19,23,27,32,33,35,49,50,51,53,54,55,56,57,58和59处理的植物,显示15%和更小的侵染,而未处理的植物叶子表面65%侵染。1.B 葡萄生单轴霉(葡萄霜霉)
盆栽的Muller-Thurgau变种的葡萄树用活性化合物水悬液喷雾,直到湿透。在温室中8天后,用葡萄生单轴霉(葡萄霜霉)的游动孢子悬液感染叶子。先将植物置于24℃且水蒸气饱和的室中计48小时,然后在20℃-30℃温室中5天,再于24℃水蒸气饱和的室中放置16小时,然后测定侵染。

Tai-Nong67变种稻苗的叶子用活性化合物的水乳液(干物质含量:80%活性化合物和20%乳化剂)喷雾,直到温度。24小时后用Pyricularia oryzae的孢子悬液接种。然后将植物存放在22-24℃,95-99%相对空气温废的气候室中。6天后测定侵染的程度。
在此试验中,用250ppm的化合物3,7,8,10,11,12,20,21,22,23,24,25,26,27,32,33,38,48,49,50,51,52,53,54和55处理过的植物,显示侵染为15%及更小;而未处理的植物的叶表面70%被侵染。2.对动物害虫的作用
可以通过下列试验显示通式Ⅰ化合物的杀昆虫作用:
将活性化合物制成:
a)0.1%的丙酮溶液,或
b)在70wt%环己酮、20wt%Nekanil RLN(Lutensol RAP6,基于乙氧基化烷基酚的润湿剂,具有乳化剂和分散剂作用)和10wt%Emulphor REL(Emulan REL,基于乙氧基化脂肪醇的乳化剂)的混合物中的10%乳液,
并且,根据所需浓度在a)中用丙酮稀释,或在b)中用水稀释。
试验结果是测定了与未处理的对照试验相比仍产生80-100%的抑制或亡的最低浓度(活性限或最小浓度)。2.A 豆卫矛蚜(蚋),触杀作用
用活性化合物的水性制剂处理严重侵染的矮菜豆(蚕巨)。
24小时后测定死亡率。
在此试验中,化合物9,18,24,37,42,43和44显示活性限为至少400ppm。2.B Nephotettix cinciticeps(绿稻蝉),触杀作用
用活性化合物的水制剂处理园形滤器,然后放入5只成年蝉。
24小时后测定死亡率。
在此试验中,化合物3,16,24,32,33,36,40,42,46,50,51,55,56,58,61和63显示活性限为至少0.4mg。2.C 斜纹夜蛾(埃及棉叶虫),生长试验
五只生长期L3的毛虫(10-12mm),它们在触杂试验中没有受到可确定的损害,用事先已用活性化合物水制剂润湿的标准营养培养基培养(3.1升水,80g琼脂,137g brewer’s酵母,515g玉米粉,130g小麦胚和常规添加剂和维生素(20g wesson盐,5g Nipagin,5gSorbin,10g纤维素,18g抗坏血酸,lg LutavitR混合物(维生素),5ml生物素醇的溶液)。持续观察直到无活性化合物的对照组孵出蛾。
在此试验中,化合物9,24,26,40,42,43,44,51,52和63显示活性限至少为0.4mg。2.D、蔷薇回爪螨(红蛛螨),触杀作用
具有第二对成熟叶子的严重侵染的盆栽矮菜豆,用活性化合物的水制剂处理。
在温室中5天后,用双目显微镜测定控制的效果。
在此试验中,化合物7,8,9,18,23,24,37,40,37,40,42,23,44,49,50,51,52,61和63显示活性限为至少400ppm。

1.通式Ⅰ的合物

其中的符号和取代基的含义如下:
n为0、1、2、3、或4,当n大于1时R1可以不同;
X为O或S;
Y为一五元芳杂环,除R2外,它还可以被CH3或CF3取代;
R1为卤原子、C1-C4烷基或C1-C4烷氧基;
R2为氢、乙酰基、氰基,
可被一个或多个卤原子或C1-C6烷氧亚氨基取代的C1-C6烷基,
环丙基、环戊基、四氢呋喃基、四氢噻吩基、1,3-二氧戊环基、1,3-二噁烷基、四氢吡喃基,
苯基、吡啶基或含有1-3个氮原子和/或一个氧或硫原子的五元芳杂环,这些基团可带有一个或多个下列取代基:
卤原子、氰基、C1-C6烷基、C1-C4卤代烷基、C1-C4烷氧基、硝基、氰硫基、C1-C4卤代烷氧基、C2-C6链烯基和苯基。
