技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于将纸张叠盖和堆放到堆垛上的设备,该设备包括设置在堆垛区域上游的、用于产生叠盖流的重叠装置和设置在堆垛区域中的堆垛元件,所述重叠装置包括制动装置。
背景技术
一种按照这种类型的设备在德国专利申请文件DE 10 2012 207064中被描述。这种设备被用于以连续传送单个纸张的方式将纸张堆垛在机器下游、尤其在横切机或者压力机下游。这种设备在第一步中借助重叠装置产生由相继输送的纸张构成的叠盖流,该叠盖流随后在第二步中被堆放在堆垛上。通常堆放在托盘上的纸张的长度在此可以明显大于纸张宽度并且为1m和更长。
在德国申请文件DE 10 2012 207 064中描述一种紧凑构造的、用于将纸张叠盖和堆放的设备,该设备也可以以高的速度堆放由易损坏的纸构成的纸张。在此,空气承载条作为堆垛元件在堆垛区域中设置在输送平面上方,这些空气承载条设计成,使得压缩空气沿着纸张输送方向排出。重叠装置包括在制动装置下游在输送平面上方的吸气带,该吸气带可沿着输送方向以快的输送速度移动并且该吸气带的负压可以间歇地接通和断开。其它的设置在输送平面上方的或者延伸直至输送平面上方的区域中的堆垛元件是末端止挡、侧向对齐元件、在下游堆垛区域中的吸气带和在空气承载条之间的附加吸气条,这些附加吸气条阻止纸张过早地并且失控地在堆垛区域中从输送平面下降。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,在一种根据德国专利申请文件10 2012 207064紧凑构造的设备中改善用于维修工作的和用于消除故障的可接近性。
按照本发明,所述目的通过如下方式实现,即:在堆垛区域中作用到堆垛上侧的、设置在输送平面上方或者延伸直至输送平面上方的堆垛元件固定在分开的框架中,该框架水平可移动地被支承在该设备的机架中。
为了消除故障,框架与固定在其上的元件从其余支承在机架中的元件移开。这就形成了间隙,操作工为了维修工作或者为了消除故障(例如纸张堵塞)可以移动到该间隙中。优选地,打开运动沿着纸张运行方向进行。在此,框架从机架中向下游移动。
有利的是,框架与固定在其上的元件可以完全地从该设备的机架中移出。在需要更换堆垛元件的更换类型和尺寸时,新投入使用的元件可以在运行时间内固定在第二框架上。接下来用该第二框架更换之前的框架,而不需要较长的、用于固定各元件的停工时间。

具体实施方式
在图中示出的横切机用于由连续供给的纸幅1制造纸张或纸板。成品纸幅1借助前拉导轮2由悬挂在开卷装置中的辊3拉取。在前拉导轮2下游跟着横切装置4,该横切装置包括在外周上装有横切刀具的位于上方的刀鼓和固定在下方的刀具。也可以使用两个转动的刀鼓。在通过横切装置4的两个刀具之间时,纸幅1被分成各个纸张5。这些纸张5由设置在它们的输送平面上方和下方的带6、7接管,这些带以略微提高的速度输送以便使纸张5保持绷紧。在拉取带6、7的区域中设置有用于使有缺陷的纸张9转向的纸张转移器8。该纸张闸门通向容器10,有缺陷的纸张9被收集在该容器中。在纸张转移器8下游,纸张5在另一下行带11和拉取带7的上行带之间通向下游设置的制动装置,该制动装置作为重叠装置的部件制造由纸张构成的叠盖流,该叠盖流接下来堆放在堆垛上。
该制动装置包括至少一个设置在输送平面下方的、在上侧具有吸气口的吸气箱,各吸气口为了吸住纸张后边缘可以间歇地打开和关闭。在该实施例中,制动装置包括两个沿着输送方向相继设置的吸气箱12、13,这两个吸气箱的上侧由缓慢的、以受制动的速度运行的孔带14环绕。吸气箱12、13的吸气口可以间歇地打开或关闭,以便将纸张的后边缘向下拉到缓慢运行的带14上。在此纸张被制动至堆放速度。
在吸气箱12、13上方并且在输送平面上方设置有向下吹的吹嘴15,纸张后边缘被该吹嘴以强空气流向下压到吸气箱12上。吹嘴15的吹气可以间歇地接通和断开,因此在断开的状态下后续的纸张5的前边缘可以移动到在前的纸张16的后边缘上。两个吸气箱12、13可以互相独立地间歇地被激活。这能够实现:在上游的吸气箱12中的负压断开,而在下游的吸气箱13中的负压还是激活的。后续进入的纸张5的前边缘因此无阻碍地移动到在前的纸张16的后边缘上。
在制动装置(吸气箱12、13)和堆垛区域之间的区域中设置有沿着输送方向延伸在输送平面上方的至少一个环绕的吸气带17。优选地,多个平行的吸气带17彼此横向隔开距离地设置。各吸气带17分别环绕一个吸气箱18,该吸气箱产生将纸张向上拉的负压。为了非常快地交替接通和再次断开负压,吸气箱18不仅连接到负压源上而且连接到过压源上。在新进入的纸张的后边缘离开带区段7和11之后,可以借助环绕的吸气带17精确地控制新进入的纸张5的移动速度和位置。
为了将纸张传送到堆垛区域中,平行设置的并且可分别横向调节的空气承载条19延伸穿过堆垛区域,这些空气承载条在它们的下侧具有喷嘴,从这些喷嘴中排出由压缩空气源20供给的压缩空气。借助空气承载条19,新进入的纸张5的前边缘被向上拉并且保持在那里并且以高的速度安全地传送到已被制动和叠盖的纸张流上。为此,每个空气承载条19的喷嘴都这样构造,使得压缩空气沿着纸张输送方向排出并且由此输送纸张16以该纸张的前边缘抵靠末端止挡21,纸张被该末端止挡停止。末端止挡21负责纸张前边缘的对齐。被停止的纸张16下降到平放在托盘22上的堆垛23的上侧,而纸张在侧向由对齐元件24、25对齐。后边缘的对齐借助横向设置的对齐元件26实现,该对齐元件同样如侧向对齐元件24、25一样晃动。
为了增强保持效果,在吸气带17和空气承载条19之间设置有附加的、扁平的、向下开口的吸气嘴32,这些吸气嘴将附加的负压施加到纸张上侧。
已被叠盖的纸张16的前边缘悬浮地通过空气承载条19和吸气嘴31输送到堆垛区域中。被叠盖的纸张16的后边缘在离开吸气箱12、13之后被另一个吸气区33接管并且接下来传送到下游的对齐元件26上直至到堆放区域中。在某些纸的情况下也可以在没有第二吸气区的情况下进行堆放。那么由此在吸气区13下游直接堆放在堆垛23上。
在堆垛区域的末端并且在其中间,在末端止挡21上游设置有另一沿着输送方向延伸的、在输送平面上方的吸气带27,该吸气带可被加载负压。吸气带27优选具有两个沿着输送方向相继设置的吸气区,这两个吸气区由可被加载不同负压的吸气室28、29构成。吸气室28、29被吸气带27环绕,其中,借助上游的吸气室28比借助下游的吸气室29调节出更强的负压。这能够实现在即将到达止挡21之前减小作用到纸张16上的输送力。
为了阻止纸张16过早地且失控地在堆垛区域中从输送平面下降,在各空气承载条19旁边分别设置有附加的吸气条31,这些吸气条分别具有缝状的、在空气承载条19旁边延伸的吸气口并且共同产生面式的负压,该负压作用到进入的纸张16的前边缘的上侧。
如在图中所示,该设备具有机架40,在该机架中固定有不同的输送元件、堆垛元件和加工元件。按照本发明,在堆垛区域41中作用到堆垛23上侧的并且设置在纸张16的输送平面上方或者到达输送平面上方的堆垛元件固定在分开的框架42中,该框架在图中以点划线表示。框架42在机架40中水平、优选如在该实施例中那样沿着和逆着纸张运行方向(箭头43)可移动地被支承。在该实施例中,支承在框架42中的堆垛元件是末端止挡21、侧向对齐元件24、25、空气承载条19、吸气带27及其吸气室28、29、空气承载条19及其压缩空气源20。附加地,重叠装置(吸气嘴32和吸气带17)的在出料侧上方的元件利用被其环绕的吸气箱18支承在可移动的框架42中。这能够实现:通过将位于孔带14上方的元件向下游移开而使在重叠装置末端的孔带14上侧露出。优选地,框架40与固定在其上的元件可以完全地从机架40中向下移出,以便将该框架更换为另外提供的第二框架。为此,在机架40下游设置有升降和传送机构,框架42与固定在其上的元件可以被所述升降和传送机构接管并且运走。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于将纸张叠盖和堆放到堆垛(23)上的设备,具有
-设置在堆垛区域(41)上游的、用于产生叠盖流的重叠装置,该重叠装置包括制动装置;以及
-设置在堆垛区域(41)中的堆垛元件,
其特征在于,设置在堆垛区域(41)中在输送平面上方的或者延伸直至输送平面上方的所述堆垛元件固定在分开的框架(42)中,该框架水平可移动地被支承在该设备的机架(40)中。
2.按照权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述框架(42)沿着和逆着纸张运行方向可移动地被支承。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的设备,其特征在于,所述框架(42)与固定在其上的元件能够完全地从该设备的机架(40)中移出。
4.按照权利要求1至3之一所述的设备,其特征在于,所述重叠装置的设置在输送平面上方的元件、尤其是所述重叠装置的输送元件(带17)同样被支承在所述分开的框架(42)中。
