人体需要的营养几乎都需要经过肠胃;肠胃成为消化最重要的器官。在人的胚胎发育的第20天,胚胎中的原肠管头尾形成了前后肠,中段形成中肠。以后,中肠消失,前肠形成了咽、食管、胃、十二指肠、空肠和回肠近端的大部分;后肠发育成回肠远端的小部分、盲肠、阑尾、结肠和直肠。原肠管的内胚层衍化成消化管的上皮、各种小消化腺、肝、胰、甲状腺、甲状旁腺、胸腺以及呼吸道的上皮。

胃分为四部分,贲门部,胃底,胃体,幽门部。胃功能有吸纳食物、调和食物、分泌胃液;以及具有内分泌机能,产生一些激素,促进肠胃活动。一般成人的胃,可以容纳12斤食物。当你吃的食物到达胃部时,胃将分泌大量的胃酸对食物进行腐蚀、溶化,并为进入十二指肠吸收做好准备。

随着社会经济的不断提高,人们的生活水平也在不断提高,人们工作越来越忙,饮食也变得不定时,同时饮食品种的种类也变的越来越丰富,如果平时饮食经常暴饮暴食,多喝啤酒,不注意个人饮食卫生,经常吃油腻,生冷、烧烤类等食物,就会造成消化不良,肠胃功能变弱,经常出现胃痛,腹泻,便秘,呕吐等不良症状,目前现有的健胃消食品,只要是针对解决脾胃虚弱,清淡食物引起的消化不良,产品配方里含有十数种药物配方制成,并且多为药准字号的产品,此类产品一般只针对发生病症的人群才可服用,一般健康人群不能做为日常保健预防食品服用,否则会对身体产生不良影响,此类产品往往药味重,入口酸涩,令人服食口感不佳,并且功效单一,不能满足市场上不同人群的需求。
发明内容
基于目前存在上述存在的问题,本发明提供了一种健胃消食片,从健胃入手,健胃消食,用于脾胃虚弱所致不思饮食、嗳腐酸臭、脘腹胀满、消化不良之症。
本发明是采用以下技术方案实现的:
一种健胃消食片,它包括以下重量份数的原料:灵香草3-5、绣球防风8-10、荠菜8-10、木香子3-5、莱菔子10-12、茶叶10-12、余甘子6-8、木蝴蝶5-7、炒鸡内金4-6。

所述健胃消食片的生产方法,包含了以下步骤:
步骤1)按重量份数称取灵香草、绣球防风、荠菜、木香子、莱菔子、茶叶、余甘子、木蝴蝶、炒鸡内金分别粉碎,混合在一起;
步骤2)加6倍量水,煎煮3次,每次1.2h,合并滤液,浓缩至60℃时相对密度为1.04的浓缩液,加乙醇至醇浓度为75%,静置4-10h,上清液减压回收乙醇后,浓缩为稠膏,再加入适量薄荷和淀粉、甜蜜素充分混匀,得到粉末;
步骤3)将粉末用压片机进行压片,压片后,将含片置于60℃环境中,干燥至水分添加量≤5%为止,将干燥好的含片放入塑料包装袋中,进行真空包装。
本发明选取的中药原料中,各药有效成份分析:
灵香草(拉丁学名:Lysimachia foenum-graecum Hance)又名香草、佩兰、排草等,为报春花科珍珠菜属多年生草本植物,株高可达60厘米,干后有浓郁香气。茎草质,绿色。叶互生,叶片广卵形,先端锐尖或稍钝,草质,花单出腋生;花梗纤细,花冠黄色,花药基部心形,花粉圆球形。蒴果近球形,灰白色,花果期5~9月。采收和储藏:一年四季可收,但以冬季采收为好,其产量多,质量好,将全株拔起,去净泥沙,烘干或阴干。要注意防火。为了继续生产,只采收地上部分,从根部4-5cm处割收,不除掉根,以利再生。资源分布:分布于湖南西南部、广东北部、广西、四川、贵州、云南东南部。化学成份:全草含挥发油,有机酸,烷烃,萜类,酚类等。主要成分有二十九烷(nonacosane),三十一烷(hentriacontane)。豆甾醇(stigmasterol),豆甾醇-3-O-B-D-葡萄糖甙(stigmasterol-3-O-B-D-glucoside),a-菠菜醇(a-spinasterol),12-甲基十三烷酸(12-methyl tridecoic acid),二十二烷酸(docosanoic acid),16-甲基十七烷酸甲酯(16-methyl heptadecanoic acid methyl ester),十六酸(hexadecanoic actd),十七酸(heptadecanoic acid)和六氢金合欢烯酰丙酮( hexahydrofarnesylacetone)。灵香草有健胃、发汗、止痛之功效,是治疗伤风感冒、腹痛、湿疹的良药。
绣球防风(学名:Leucas)唇形科植物绣球防风Leucas ciliata Benth.,以根及全草入药。全年可采,或夏秋间采集,洗净切片,鲜用或晒干。该属共有约100种,草本,从纤细须根伸出,高30-80厘米,有时至1米。茎直立,或上部多扭曲,纤弱,通常在上部分枝,偶有自基部分枝,钝四棱形,微具沟槽,密被贴生或倒向的金黄色长硬毛,有时在茎基部毛被略脱落。性味:苦辛,凉。①《滇南本草》:"味苦辛,性微寒。"②《滇南本草图说》:"味苦淡,平,无毒。"
功能主治:破血通经,明目退翳,解毒消肿。治妇女血瘀经闭,小儿雀目,青盲翳障,痈疽肿毒。①《滇南本草》:"破滞结郁气,舒肝气流结,破肝血,通经闭,祛风热,明目退翳。治小儿雀眼,白翳青盲,杀疳虫。"②《滇南本草图说》:"治杨梅结毒,痈疽发背,无名肿毒;洗癣疮、疥癞。"
荠菜(学名:Capsella bursa-pastoris),又名护生草、地菜、小鸡草、地米菜、菱闸菜等,为十字花科植物荠菜的带根全草。3~5月采收,洗净,晒干。一年生或二年生草本,高30~40厘米,主根瘦长,白色,直下,分枝。茎直立,分枝。根生叶丛生,羽状深裂,稀全缘,上部裂片三角形;茎生叶长圆形或线状披针形,顶部几成线形,基部成耳状抱茎,边缘有缺刻或锯齿,或近于全缘,叶两面生有单一或分枝的细柔毛,边缘疏生白色长睫毛。花多数,顶生成腋生成总状花序;萼4片,绿色,开展,卵形,基部平截,具白色边缘;花瓣倒卵形,有爪,4片,白色,十字形开放,径约2.5毫米;雄蕊6,4强,基部有绿色腺体;雌蕊1,子房三角状卵形,花柱极短。短角果呈倒三角形,无毛,扁平,先端微凹,长6~8毫米,宽5~6毫米,具残存的花柱。种子约20~25粒,成2行排列,细小,倒卵形,长约0。8毫米。花期3~5月。生境分布:生长于田野、路边及庭园。全国均有分布;江苏、安徽及上海郊区有栽培。全国大部地区均产。化学成份:荠菜含草酸、酒石酸、苹果酸、丙酮酸、对氨基苯磺酸及延胡索酸等有机酸;精氨酸,天冬氨酸、脯氨酸、蛋氨酸、亮氨酸、谷氨酸、甘氨酸、丙氨酸、胱氨酸、半胱氨酸等氨基酸;蔗糖、山梨糖、乳糖、氨基葡萄糖、山梨糖醇、甘露糖醇、侧金盏花醇等糖分。无机物中钾占34.39%,钙15.09%,钠13.44%,铁10.24%,氯3.70%,磷3.63%,锰0.2405%。又含胆碱、乙酰胆碱、酪胺、马钱子碱,皂甙,黄酮类:芸香甙、橙皮甙、木犀草素7-芸香糖甙、二氢非瑟索、槲皮素-3-甲醚、棉花皮素六甲醚、香叶木甙、刺槐乙素,还含黑芥子甙、n-廿九烷和谷甾醇。性味:甘;淡;凉。归经:肝;心;肺经。功能主治:凉肝止血;平肝明目;清热利湿。主叶血;衄血;咯血;尿血;崩漏;目赤疼痛;眼底出血;高血压病;赤白痢疾;肾炎水肿;乳糜尿。
木香子,拉丁植物动物矿物名:Litsea veitchiana Gamble[L.chenii Liou],钝叶木姜子落叶小乔木或灌木,高达4m。小枝粗壮,幼嫩时疏生黄色丝状毛,以后脱落无毛;顶芽圆锥形,鳞片无毛或上部被微短柔毛。叶互生;叶柄长0.5-1.2cm,幼时密被黄白色或锈黄色长绢毛,后变无毛;叶片倒卵形或狭倒卵形,极少为椭圆形,长4-12cm,宽2.5-5cm,先端急尖或钝,基部楔形或宽楔形,纸质,幼时两面密被黄白色或锈色绢毛,老时渐脱落,仅上面中脉有毛,下面有稀疏长绢毛。伞形花序单生于去年枝顶,先叶开放或与叶同时开放;花单性,雌雄异株;每一花序有花10-13朵,淡黄色;花梗密被柔毛;花被裂片6,椭圆形或近圆形,有脉3条,雄花中能育雄蕊9,花丝基部有柔毛,退化子房卵形;雌花中退化雄蕊基部具柔毛,子房卵圆形,花柱短,柱头头状。果球形,直径约5mm,成熟时黑色;果梗长1.5-2.5cm,有稀疏长毛。花期4-5月,果期8-9月。资源分布:分布于湖北、四川、贵州、云南等地。性味: 辛;苦;温。归经:脾;胃经。功能主治:行气;健胃消食。主消化不良;脘腹胀痛。
莱菔子,别名萝卜子、萝白子、菜头子,拉丁文名:Semen Raphani。为十字花科植物萝卜Raphanus sativus L.的干燥成熟种子。夏季果实成熟时采割植株,晒干,搓出种子,除去杂质,再晒干。干燥种子呈椭圆形或近卵圆形而稍扁,长约3mm、宽2.5mm。表面红棕色,一侧有数条纵沟,一端有种脐,呈褐色圆点状突起。用放大镜观察,全体均有致密的网纹。质硬,破开后可见黄白色或黄色的种仁,有油性。无臭,味甘,微辛。以粗大、饱满、油性大者为佳。性味:性平,味辛、甘。归经:归肺、脾、胃经。功能主治:消食除胀,降气化痰。主治食积气滞,脘腹胀满,嗳气,下痢后重,咳嗽痰多,喘促胸满。入脾、胃、肺经,能消食除胀,功效显著,有“冲墙倒壁”之称。临床***,其气味又不峻,无偏胜之弊,不可囿于“冲墙倒壁”之说,有破气之嫌(实则是平气之有余),而弃之不用。
茶叶Camellia sinensis(L.)O.Kuntze,别名:苦茶、槚(《尔雅》),荼、茗、荈(《尔雅》郭璞注),苦梌(《唐本草》),蔎(《茶经》)),腊茶(《圣济总录》),茶芽(《本草别说》),芽茶(《简便单方》),细茶(《万氏家抄方》),酪奴(《纲目》)。常绿灌木,有时呈乔木状,高1~6米。多分枝,嫩枝有细毛,老则脱落。单叶互生,长椭圆形或椭圆状披针彤,或倒卵状披针形,先端渐尖,有时稍钝,基部楔形,边缘有锯齿,质厚,老则带革质,上面深绿色,有光泽,平滑无毛,下面淡绿色,羽状网脉,幼叶下面具短柔毛;叶柄短,略扁。花腋生,1~3朵,具有花柄,微垂;总苞2;萼片5,宿存,深绿色;花瓣5,白色,稍有香气,近圆形或广倒卵形;雄蕊多数,排列成多轮;雌蕊居于中央,子房上位。蒴果,木质化,扁圆三角形。暗褐色。花期10~11月。果实越年成熟。 茶树通常种植三年以上即可采叶。以清明前后枝端初发嫩叶时,采摘其嫩芽最佳(清明前采摘者称"明前",谷雨前采摘者称"雨前")。此后约一个月,第二次采收其成长之嫩叶,再一月第三次采收。亦有在立秋后第四次采收者,惟采摘时间愈迟,品质愈次。鲜叶采集后,经过杀青、揉捻、干燥、精制等加工过程,则为成品"绿茶"。若鲜叶经过萎雕、揉捻、发酵、干燥、精制等加工过程,则为成品"红茶"。本品宜密藏于干燥处,以防发霉变质。生境分布:原产我国南部山地。现江苏、安徽、浙江、江西、湖北、四川、贵州、云南、陕西等地均有栽培。 有机化学成分主要有:茶多酚类、植物碱、蛋白质、氨基酸、维生素、果胶素、有机酸、脂多糖、糖类、酶类、色素等。而铁观音所含的有机化学成分,如茶多酚、儿茶素、多种氨基酸等含量,明显高于其他茶类。无机矿物元素主要有:钾、钙、镁、钴、铁、铝、钠、锌、铜、氮、磷、氟、碘、硒等。铁观音所含的无机矿物元素,如锰、铁、氟、钾、钠等均高于其他茶类。功能主治: 清头目,除烦渴,化痰,消食,利尿,解毒。治头痛,目昏,多睡善寐,心烦口渴,食积痰滞,疟,痢。①《本草经集注》:"(主)好眠。" ②《千金·食治》:"令人有力,悦志。" ③《唐本草》:"主瘘疮,利小便,去淡(痰)热渴。主下气,消宿食。" ④《食疗本草》:"利大肠,去热,解痰。" ⑤《本草拾遗》:"破热气,除瘴气。" ⑥《本草别说》:"治伤暑,合醋治泄泻甚效。" ⑦张洁古:"清头目。" ⑧《汤液本草》:"治中风昏愤,多睡不醒。" ⑨《日用本草》:"除烦止渴,解腻清神。""炒煎饮,治热毒赤白痢;同芎藭、葱白煎饮,止头痛。" ⑩《纲目》:"浓煎,吐风热痰涎。" ⑾《本草通玄》:"解炙煿毒、酒毒。。 ⑿《随息居饮食谱》:"清心神,凉肝胆,涤热,肃肺胃。"
余甘子系藏族习用药材。为大戟科油柑属植物余甘子Phyllanthus emblica L. 的干燥成熟果实,呈球形或扁球形,直径1.2~2cm。表面棕褐色至墨绿色,有浅黄色颗粒状突起,具皱纹及不明显的6棱,果梗约1mm。外果皮厚1~4mm,质硬而脆。内果皮黄白色,硬核样,表面略具6棱,背缝线的偏上部有数条筋脉纹,干后可裂成6瓣。种子6,近三棱形,棕色。气微,味酸涩,回甜。冬季至次春果实成熟时采收,除去杂质,干燥。性味: 甘、酸、涩、凉。功能主治:清热凉血,消食健胃,生津止咳。用于血热血瘀,消化不良,腹胀,咳嗽,喉痛,口干。
木蝴蝶Oroxylum indicum (L.)Vent.为紫葳科植物,别名:千层纸、千张纸、破布子、满天飞。木蝴蝶花冠大,***,果长而大,似船也似剑,种子似白色蝴蝶;属紫葳科。直立小乔木,高6-10米,胸径15-20厘米,树皮灰褐色。大型奇数2-3(-4)回羽状复叶,着生于茎干近顶端,长60130厘米;小叶三角状卵形,长5-13厘米,宽3-10厘米,顶端短渐尖,基部近圆形或心形,偏斜,两面无毛,全缘,叶片千后发蓝色,侧脉5-6对网脉在叶下面明显。总状聚伞花序顶生,粗壮,长40-150厘米;花梗长3-7厘米;花萼钟状,紫色,膜质,果期近木质,长2.2-4.5厘米,宽2-3厘米,光滑,顶端平截,具小苞片。花冠肉质,长3-9厘米,基部粗1-1.5厘米,口部直径5.5-8厘米;檐部下唇3裂,上唇2裂,裂片微反折,花冠在傍晚开放,有恶臭气味。以种子、树皮入药。秋季种子成熟时,摘取蒴果,晒干,剥出种子;树皮随用随采。玉蝴蝶具有清肺利咽、疏肝和胃的效果。主要用于风热咳嗽、声音嘶哑、咽喉疼痛、肝胃气痛。在《本草纲目》中,还没有记载这味药,后人在《本草纲目拾遗》中才有记载。中医药书记载,玉蝴蝶归属肝、胃、肺经。也就是说,玉蝴蝶可以治疗肺、肝、胃三条经脉上的病症。而木蝴蝶有润肺、疏肝、和胃的功效,一药三用,一举三得。
鸡内金是指家鸡的砂囊内壁,系消化器官,用于研磨食物,为传统中药之一,用于消化不良、遗精盗汗等症,效果极佳,故而以“金”命名。炒鸡内金:取净鸡内金,照清炒或烫法炒至鼓起。表面暗黄褐色至焦黄色,用放大镜观察,显颗粒状或微细泡状。轻折即断,断面有光泽。性味:甘,平。归经:归脾、胃、小肠、膀胱经。功能主治:健胃消食,涩精止遗。用于食积不消,呕吐泻痢,小儿疳积,遗尿,遗精。
本发明的突出的实质性特点和显著的进步是:
1、本发明的健胃消食片按中医理论将灵香草、绣球防风、荠菜、木香子、莱菔子、茶叶、余甘子、木蝴蝶、炒鸡内金按常规工艺生产而成,参考古今中医学药理研究成就,基于中医学对脾胃虚弱的认识及治疗原则,从健胃入手,健胃消食,用于脾胃虚弱所致不思饮食、嗳腐酸臭、脘腹胀满、消化不良之症;

本发明健胃消食片的应用效果
本发明的健胃消食片于2014年初研究并试制出来,并给部分人群进行食用,志愿者157名,其中有食欲不振,脾胃虚弱,消化不良等症状。采用本发明的健胃消食片进行治疗,***服,每次1-2片,一日三次,结果患者服用后有效率达到95%以上, 1-2天症状大为减轻, 3-5天基本痊愈,除了3名症状较严重者需要到医院***治疗以外,154名均不用去医院,也不服用西药。
典型病例
案例一:黄某某,女,34岁,因经常吃生冷食物,生活作息也不正常,尤其是睡前吃生冷食物易导致胃寒,出现恶心、呕吐、食欲不振,采用本发明的健胃消食片进行治疗,***服,每次1-2片,一日两次。患者用药2天后李某某的症状减轻,5天之后症状逐渐消失,嘱继续用药,用药7天后,患者所有症状消失。其后一个月内未有再复发。

由此可见,本发明的健胃消食片能明显促进脾胃虚弱、功能低下的肠平滑肌功能恢复,胃液分泌增加,胃蛋白酶活性升高,并能提高胃液的总酸度和总排出量,达到促进消化的目的,从而增强人体免疫功能,提高人体体质。
Claims (5)
1.一种健胃消食片,其特征在于,它包括以下重量份数的原料:灵香草3-5、绣球防风8-10、荠菜8-10、木香子3-5、莱菔子10-12、茶叶10-12、余甘子6-8、木蝴蝶5-7、炒鸡内金4-6。
2.根据权利要求1所述的健胃消食片,其特征在于,各中药原料的重量份数为:灵香草3、绣球防风8、荠菜8、木香子3、莱菔子10、茶叶10、余甘子6、木蝴蝶5、炒鸡内金4。
3.根据权利要求1所述的健胃消食片,其特征在于,各中药原料的重量份数为:灵香草4、绣球防风9、荠菜9、木香子4、莱菔子11、茶叶11、余甘子7、木蝴蝶6、炒鸡内金5。
4.根据权利要求1所述的健胃消食片,其特征在于,各中药原料的重量份数为:灵香草5、绣球防风10、荠菜10、木香子5、莱菔子12、茶叶12、余甘子8、木蝴蝶7、炒鸡内金6。
5.根据权利要求1所述健胃消食片的生产方法,其特征在于,包含了以下步骤:
步骤1)按重量份数称取灵香草、绣球防风、荠菜、木香子、莱菔子、茶叶、余甘子、木蝴蝶、炒鸡内金分别粉碎,混合在一起;
步骤2)加6倍量水,煎煮3次,每次1.2h,合并滤液,浓缩至60℃时相对密度为1.04的浓缩液,加乙醇至醇浓度为75%,静置4-10h,上清液减压回收乙醇后,浓缩为稠膏,再加入适量薄荷和淀粉、甜蜜素充分混匀,得到粉末;
步骤3)将粉末用压片机进行压片,压片后,将含片置于60℃环境中,干燥至水分添加量≤5%为止,将干燥好的含片放入塑料包装袋中,进行真空包装。
