背景技术
富硒食品就是富含微量元素硒的食品,一般分为天然富硒食品(又称植物活性硒食品),外源硒富硒食品(也称人工有机硒食品),比如黑山药、黑芝麻,黑豆,黑花生,黑米、大蒜等黑色食物都含有硒元素。
硒是人体必需的微量元素。硒参与合成人体内多种含硒酶和含硒蛋白。其中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶,在生物体内催化氢过氧化物或脂质过氧化物转变为水或各种醇类,消除自由基对生物膜的攻击,保护生物膜免受氧化损伤;硒参与构成碘化甲状腺胺酸脱碘酶。国内市场上打着富硒旗号的食品有很多,但是每款产品的硒含量并没有明确的标注,这对消费者造成了很大的困扰,我到底要吃多少这样的食品,才能达到补硒的效果。
硒能提高人体免疫,促进淋巴细胞的增殖及抗体和免疫球蛋白的合成。硒对结肠癌、皮肤癌、肝癌、乳腺癌等多种癌症具有明显的抑制和防护的作用,其在机体内的中间代谢产物甲基烯醇具有较强的抗癌活性。硒与维生素E、大蒜素、亚油酸、锗、锌等营养素具有协同抗氧化的功效,增加抗氧化活性。同时,硒具有减轻和缓解重金属毒性的作用。

硒是从燃烧黄铁矿以制取硫酸的铅室中发现的,是贝齐里乌斯发现铈、钍后1817年发现的又一个化学元素。他命名这种新元素为selenium。他还发现到硒的同素异形体。他还原硒的氧化物,得到橙色无定形硒;缓慢冷却熔融的硒,得到灰色晶体硒;在空气中让硒化物自然分解,得到黑色晶体硒。
食物硒含量受地理影响很大,土壤硒的不同造成各地食品中硒含量的极大差异。土壤含硒量在0.4毫克/千克以上,就属于富硒土壤。我国72%的国土都属贫硒或缺硒土壤,长期摄入严重缺硒食品,必然会造成硒缺乏疾病。
中国营养学会对我国13个省市做过一项调查表明,成人日平均硒摄入量为26-32微克,离中国营养学会推荐的最低限度50微克相距甚远。一般植物性食品含硒量比较低,因此,开发经济、方便,适合长期食用的富硒食品已经势在必行。

山楂果中含有多种维生素:山楂酸、柠檬酸、苹果酸、糖类、钙、铁、磷、等多种营养物质、山楂果中含有的解脂酶能促进脂肪类的食物消化,促进胃液分泌和加胃内酶素的功能。山楂果具有消积化滞、收敛止痢、活血化淤、扩张血管、强心、增加冠脉血流量、改善心脏活力、兴奋中枢神经***、软化血管及利尿和镇静作用。经常吃山楂果还具有增强心肌、抗心律不齐、调节血压及胆固醇的功能。最新研究发现山楂果中含有一种牡荆素的化合物,山楂果提取物对癌细胞体内生长、增殖和浸润转移均有一定的抑制作用,这种物质有抗癌的作用。在山楂果中提取的汁液能阻断亚硝胺的合成,抑制黄曲霉素的致癌作用。如果人体出现消化不良的问题,食用山楂果和大米一起煮来吃,这样还可以助消化,又可以起到辅助抗癌的作用。
山楂果有重要的药用价值。山楂果能健脾开胃、消食化滞、活血化痰。山楂果含糖类、蛋白质、脂肪、维生素C、胡萝卜素、淀粉、苹果酸、构橼酸、钙和铁等物质,具有降血脂、血压的作用。
鸡内金是指家鸡的砂囊内壁,系消化器官,用于研磨食物,该品为传统中药之一,用于消化不良、遗精盗汗等症,效果极佳,故而以“金”命名。
对人体胃功能的影响:健康人口服炙鸡内金粉末5g,经45-60分钟,胃液分泌量比对照值增高30-37%,2小时内恢复正常。胃液酸度也明显增高。游离酸或总酸度在服药1小鸡内金-药用时后一般开始上升,于1-2小时达最高值,以后逐渐下降,3小时后恢复正常。其中游离酸的最高值为0.19-0.24%,比对照值增加32-113%;总酸度的最高值为0.2-0.32%,比正常值增加25-75%。消化力的增强虽较迟缓,但维持时间较久。胃运动机能明显增强,表现在胃运动延长及蠕动波增强,因此胃排空速率加快。鸡内金本身只含微量的胃蛋白酶和淀粉酶,服药后能使胃液的分泌量增加和胃运动增强,认为可能是鸡内金消化吸收后通过体液因素兴奋胃壁的神经肌肉所致。亦有认为是胃激素促进了胃分泌机能。
2.加速放射性锶的***:鸡内金水煎剂对加速排除放射性锶有一定的作用。其酸提取物效果较煎剂为好,尿中排出的锶比对照高2-3倍,并认为鸡内金中的氯化铵为促进锶排出的有效成分之一。
3.鸡内金不同炮制品对小鼠肠胃推进功能的影响:鸡内金生品和不同炮制品:清炒品、砂烫品、醋制品、烘制品灌胃0.2ml/10g对小鼠肠胃推进功能情况并与生理盐水比较。虽各种炮制品的推进功能有增强的趋势,但并不显著(P<0.05)。结果提示鸡内金的消食作用并不是药物在胃内的局部作用或直接刺激肠胃运动引起的,可能是药物消化后进入血液刺激胃腺分泌增加而起到间接助消化作用。
4.抗癌作用:体外试验;鸡内金有抑制肿瘤细胞的作用。口服本品后,胃液分泌量、酸度和消化能力均提高,胃运动加强,排空率加快,催泌作用甚至强于肉粉,作用途经似是经消化吸收后进入血液内,通过体液因素而兴奋胃壁的神经肌肉装置。
沙棘为药食同源植物。沙棘的根、茎、叶、花、果,特别是沙棘果实含有丰富的营养物质和生物活性物质,可以广泛应用于食品、医药、轻工、航天、农牧鱼业等国民经济的许多领域。沙棘果实入药具有止咳化痰、健胃消食、活血散瘀之功效。现代医学研究,沙棘可降低胆固醇,缓解心绞痛发作,还有防治冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的作用。沙棘果渣、籽粕用于生产食用菌,可以增加食用菌的黄酮含量及相应的亚油酸、维生素的成分,是生产功能性食用菌的优质原材料,现已在黑木耳栽培中使用,生产出功能性“沙棘木耳”。

莱菔子别名:萝卜子、萝白子、菜头子。夏季果实成熟时采割植株,晒干,搓出种子,除去杂质,再晒干。功能主治:消食除胀,降气化痰。用于饮食停滞、脘腹胀痛、大便秘结、积滞泻痢、痰壅喘咳。入脾、胃、肺经,能消食除胀,功效显著,有“冲墙倒壁”之称。临床***,其气味又不峻,无偏胜之弊,不可囿于“冲墙倒壁”之说,有破气之嫌(实则是平气之有余),而弃之不用。
木香,根圆柱形、半圆柱形,长5至15厘米,直径0.5至5.5厘米。表面黄棕色或灰褐色。栓皮大多已除去,有明显纵沟及根痕,质坚实、体重、不易折断,断面灰黄色,散有深褐色油室小点,形成层环棕色、有放射状纹理,老根中央多枯朽,气芳香浓烈而特异,味苦辛。以坚实、条均、香气浓,油性大者为佳。行气滞宜生用,止泻痢宜煨用。芳香不宜久煎。
1.用于脾胃气滞所致的脘腹胀痛、食少呕吐,常配砂仁、陈皮同用。
2.用于肝胆气滞引起的胁痛,可配川楝、枳壳同用。
3.健脾消滞。可调胃肠滞气。治疗腹痛、腹泻、里急后重,可配人参、白术、砂仁、半夏、附子、赤茯芩等同用。
木香水提液、挥发油和总生物碱对小鼠离体小肠先有轻度兴奋作用,随后紧张性与节律性明显降低。对乙酰胆碱、组胺与氯化钡所致肠肌痉挛有对抗作用。小剂量煎剂对离体小肠的作用无一定规律性,大剂量则呈抑制作用。挥发油亦可抑制离体兔小肠运动,使其节律变慢,收缩不规则。去内酯挥发油、总内酯以及木香内酯、二氢木香内酯挥发油与二氢木香内酯作用较强。挥发油1∶3000浓度能抑制链球菌、金黄色与白色葡萄的生长,对大肠杆菌与白喉杆菌作用微弱;总生物碱无抗菌作用。该品煎剂除对副伤寒甲杆菌有轻微抑制作用外,对金黄色葡萄球菌、痢疾杆菌等7种致病菌无效。另有报道,煎剂对许兰氏黄癣菌及其蒙古变种等10种真菌有抑制作用。
青皮,中药名。为芸香科植物橘Citrus reticulata Blanco及其栽培变种的干燥幼果或未成熟果实的果皮。5~6月收集自落的幼果,晒干,习称″个青皮″;7~8月采收未成熟的果实,在果皮上纵剖成四瓣至基部,除尽瓤瓣,晒干,习称″四花青皮″。
青皮注射液能降低离体豚鼠胃、肠、胆囊及小鼠子宫的紧张性收缩,并使膀胱平滑肌兴奋。对乙酰胆碱引起的豚鼠离体胃、肠及家兔在体胃平滑肌以及氨甲酰胆碱引起的胆囊收缩,有显著的解痉作用。对组胺引起的豚鼠离体肠和水杨酸毒扁豆碱引起的家兔在体肠紧张性收缩,有显著的抑制作用。能对抗脑垂体后叶素引起的小鼠子宫紧张性收缩。对豚鼠在体膀胱及家兔主动脉条的兴奋效应,主要通过兴奋肾上腺素能α受体,且对主动脉的兴奋作用比去甲肾上腺素弱。能显著拮抗豚鼠肺因组胺引起的灌流量减少,并能解除组胺对支气管链的痉挛作用。也能显著增加大鼠的胆汁流量,并使胆道张力增加。
《本草纲目》:青橘皮,其色青气烈,味苦而辛,治之以醋,所谓肝欲散,急食辛以散之,以酸泄之,以苦降之也。陈皮浮而升,入脾肺气分,青皮沉而降,入肝胆气分,一体二用,物理自然也。小儿消积,多用青皮,最能发汗,有汗者不可用,说出杨仁斋《直指方》,人罕知之。
白术(学名:Atractylodes macrocephala),是菊科苍术属的一种植物,单叶、狭长,花紫色,头状花序,以根茎入药,别名术、冬术、浙术、种术、祁术等。昔为中国浙江特产,现安徽、河北、福建、湖南等省都有栽培。补脾,益胃,燥湿,和中,安胎。治脾胃气弱,不思饮食,倦怠少气,虚胀,泄泻,痰饮,水肿,黄疸,湿痹,小便不利,头晕,自汗,胎气不安。水浸液在试管内对絮状表皮癣菌、星形奴卡氏菌有抑制作用。煎剂对脑膜炎球菌亦有抑制作用。近报道白术煎剂和四君子汤对伤寒杆菌、甲型副伤寒杆菌、福氏痢疾杆菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌等均有不同程度的抑菌作用.
具有明显而持久的利尿作用,对各种动物如大鼠、兔、狗都有作用。对不***静脉注射煎剂0.05-0.25g/kg,尿量增加可达9倍以上,并在用药5小时后仍高于正常;灌胃给药1-3g/kg,尿量较用药前可增加2-6倍,而且多数于用药6-7小时后仍多于正常,白术煎剂和流浸膏1.0g/kg给大鼠静脉注射,兔1.0g/kg灌胃或腹腔注射,均能产生明显而持久的利尿作用。白术不仅增加水的***,也促进电解质特别是钠的排出,并且钠的***还胜于水的***。它也不影响垂体后叶激素的抗利尿作用,因此白术增加水的***可能主要不是影响水的主动性重吸收,而是续发于电解质重吸收的减少,既有汞撒利样***氯、钠的作用;又有增高尿中二氧化碳容量、pH值以及增加钾***,减少铵***的醋唑磺胺样的特点。
去报道,白术对胃肠道功能(如胃酸的胃液分泌,推进性肠蠕动等)无影响,亦无抗溃疡、抗炎和镇痛作用,不影响正常体温,对中枢神经***无明显抑制作用,后者被认为可以作为与苍术相区别的依据。近报道,白术对家兔离体小肠自发活动的影响多不相同,白术能增强兔离体小肠自发性收缩活动,使其收缩幅度加大,白术油抑制肠管的自发运动,或白术对家兔离体小肠的自发运动影响不明显。白术对乙酰胆碱、二氯化钡所致的家兔离体小肠强直性收缩有明显的拮抗作用,对加入肾上腺素所致的离体家兔小肠活动的抑制,白术可以拮抗此作用。但亦有报道没有明显的拮抗作用。白术煎剂每天10g(生药/kg连续给小鼠灌胃能明显促进小肠蛋白质的合成。白术提取物50mg和200mg/kg灌胃给药,对动物水浸束缚应激性溃疡,有显著抑制效果。
蛹虫草的功效:蛹虫草中的虫草素,可抗病毒、抗菌、明显抑制肿瘤生长、干扰人体RNA及DNA合成。蛹虫草富含虫草酸,虫草酸能有效预防治疗脑血栓、脑溢血、肾功能衰竭,同时还具有利尿作用。蛹虫草中的腺苷,可以抗病毒、抗菌,抑制血小板积聚防治血栓形成,还可消除面斑,抗衰防皱。蛹虫草中虫草多糖,有提高免疫力,延缓衰老,扶正固本,保护心脏、肝脏,抗痉的作用。蛹虫草中的麦角甾醇、超氧化物歧化酶,对抑制或消除催人衰老的超氧自由基形成及抗癌、防衰、减毒有良好作用。蛹虫草还富含硒,大量的科学实践证明硒可以明显地抑制癌细胞的生长,刺激免疫球蛋白和抗体的产生,增强机体免疫和抗氧化能力。

“冬吃萝卜夏吃姜,一年四季保健康”,这是我国民间常流传的话,生姜的功效很多,是治疗恶心、呕吐的良药,有“呕家圣药”的美誉,特别是夏天,适当吃些生姜,可以抑治肠胃细菌的滋生,生姜还有杀灭口腔致病菌和肠道致病菌的作用。夏季勿忘生姜养生,盛夏季节,细菌和病毒十分活跃,容易诱发腹痛、腹泻或食物中毒。若适当吃点生姜,或用干姜加绿茶沸水冲泡后饮之,常能起到有效防治作用。荷兰医学家通过研究后发现:生姜具有某些抗菌药物的作用,尤其是抗击消化道沙门氏菌效果明显。
猴头菇(学名:Hericium erinaceus),是中国传统的名贵菜肴,肉嫩、味香、鲜美可口。有“山珍猴头、海味燕窝”之称。这种齿菌科的菌类,菌伞表面长有毛茸状肉刺,长约1~3厘米,它的子实体圆而厚,新鲜时白色,干后由浅黄至浅褐色,基部狭窄或略有短柄,上部膨大,直径3.5~10厘米,远远望去似金丝猴头,故称“猴头菇”,又像刺猬,故又有“刺猬菌”之称。猴头菌是鲜美无比的山珍,菌肉鲜嫩,香醇可口,有“素中荤”之称。猴头菌的营养成分很高,每百克含蛋白质26.3克,是香菇的二倍。它含有氨基酸多达17种,其中人体所需的占8种。每百克猴头含脂肪4.2克,是名副其实的高蛋白、低脂肪食品,另外还富含各种维生素和无机盐。猴头菇有增进食欲,增强胃粘膜屏障机能,提高淋巴细胞转化率,提升白细胞等作用。故可以使人体提高对疾病的免疫能力。猴头还是良好的滋补食品,对神经衰弱、消化道溃疡有良好疗效。近年来,在抗癌药物筛选中,发现其对皮肤、肌肉癌肿有效。所以常吃猴头菇,无病可以增强抗病能力,有病可以其治疗疾病的作用性平、味甘。利五脏,助消化;具有健胃,补虚,抗癌,益肾精之功效;主治食少便溏、胃及十二指肠溃疡、浅表性胃炎、神经衰弱、食道癌、胃癌、眩晕、阳痿等病症。并对治疗肠癌有辅助作用。年老体弱者食用猴头菇,有滋补强身的作用。用于脾胃虚弱,消化不良。现代又用于神经衰弱;胃和十二指肠溃疡、浅表性胃炎、慢性胃炎;食管癌、胃癌、肠癌、消化道肿瘤。多食用可活络通血防止老年痴呆的发生
砂仁,英文/拉丁名称:FRUCTUS AMOMI,别名:春砂仁。砂仁是热带和亚热带特有的一种植物,它的果实是中医常用的一味芳香性药材。
缩砂种子含挥发油1.7%~3%,主要成分为d-樟脑(d-Camphor)、d-龙脑(d-Borneol)、乙酸龙脑酯(Bornyl acetate),芳樟醇(Linalool),橙花椒醇(Nerolidol)及一种萜烯。阳春砂,叶的挥发油与种子的挥发油相似,含龙脑、乙酸龙脑酯、樟脑、柠檬烯(Limonene)等成分,亦含皂甙0.69%。
对离体肠管平滑肌的影响:取大鼠、豚鼠或兔小肠一段置台氏液浴槽内,通过记录仪记录肠管活动变化,观察药液对肠管自发活动的影响和拮抗乙酰胆碱和BaCl2作用。结果阳春砂煎剂(2.5-5×10(-3)g生药/ml)时,可使豚鼠、大鼠小肠肠管收缩加强,加大剂量时对肠管有抑制作用,表现张力降低,振幅减少。阳春砂煎剂对乙酰胆碱和氯化钡引起的大鼠小肠肠管紧张性、强直性收缩部分抑制作用。阳春砂(1.3×10(-3)g生药/ml)挥发性部位可使兔肠管轻度兴奋,然后转入明显抑制作用,张力降低,收缩频率减慢,振幅减少,并随浓度不同能部分或完全拮抗乙酰胆碱、BaCl2引起的肠管兴奋或痉挛。
对肠道推进运动的影响:小鼠体重(20-24g),随机分2组,给药组给砂仁煎剂(0.5g/kg),对照组给蒸馏水,测定计算出炭末到达肠段的长度/整个肠道的百分数,以衡量肠推进运动的机能状态。结果给药组为82.2±4.4%,与对照组(62.5±2.9)比较P<0.01,表明砂仁能增进肠道运动。
砂仁0.3g/Kg,0.6g/Kg,1.2g/kg灌胃给药,对束缚水浸法小鼠应激性溃疡有明显抑制作用;0.6g/kg灌胃,可显著减少大鼠的胃液分泌;试管实验表明,砂仁可明显抑制胃酶消化蛋白.
益智仁为姜科植物的干燥成熟果实,夏、秋间果实由绿变红时采收。益智仁含挥发油,挥发油主要的成分为桉油精、姜烯、姜醇等倍半萜类,含丰富的维生命B及维生命C,以及微量的锰、锌、钾、钠、钙、镁、磷、铁、铜等元素。主产于海南岛山区,此外广东雷州半岛、广西等地区。温脾止泻摄唾,暖肾固精缩尿。用于脾寒泄泻,腹中冷痛,口多唾涎,肾虚遗尿,小便频数,遗精白浊。
治伤寒阴盛,心腹痞满,呕吐泄利,手足厥冷,及一切冷气奔冲,心胁脐腹胀满绞痛:川乌(炮,去皮、脐)四两,益智(去皮)二两,干姜(炮)半两,青皮(去白)三两。上件为散。每服三钱,水二盏,入盐一捻,生姜五片,枣二个,擘破,同煎至八分,去滓,温服,食前。(《局方》益智散)
肉豆蔻(学名:Myristica fragrans)为肉豆蔻属常绿乔木植物。小乔木;幼枝细长。该种为热带著名的香料和药用植物。冬、春两季果实成熟时采收。其种仁入药,可治虚泻冷痢、脘腹冷痛、呕吐等;外用可作寄生虫驱除剂,治疗风湿痛等。此外,还可作调味品、工业用油原料等。肉豆蔻是一种重要的香料、药用植物。
镇静催眠作用
该品挥发油中所含的甲基异丁香酚有抑制中枢神经作用,兔耳iv50mg/kg后,可见睡眠时翻正反射、痛觉反射和听觉反射均消失,睡眠时间平均20分钟8s,有加强戊巴比妥的安眠作用。
抗菌作用
甲基异丁香酚对金黄色葡萄球菌和肺炎双球菌,MIC分别为0.4mg/ml和0.6mg/ml。马拉巴酮B对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌和坚忍链球菌有较强的抑菌作用,前两者的MIC为1ug/ml,后者为2ug/ml,马拉巴酮C对枯草杆菌的MIC为2ug/ml。
麻醉作用
该品挥发油中的甲基丁香酚和榄香脂素对小鼠、兔、猫和狗,iv给药后有麻醉作用。
其它作用
1、对胃肠道刺激作用:本品所含挥发油对胃肠道有刺激作用,且具有祛风作用。少量能促进胃液的分泌和刺激胃肠蠕动,大剂量则抑制。
2、降低谷丙转氨酶作用:另有降低大白鼠血清谷丙转氨酶作用。毒性肉豆蔻醚对猫的LD为0.5-1.0ml/kg,sc0.12ml可引起广泛的肝脏变性。猫服肉豆蔻粉1.9g/kg可引起半昏睡状态,并于24小时内死亡。肉豆蔻醚和榄香脂素对正常人有致幻作用。
钝顶螺旋藻是世界上广泛推行的优良品种,这种藻类已被人类广泛采集食用了几百年。1960年法国科学家Clement对钝顶螺旋藻的营养价值和保健功能进行了大量研究,发现它有巨大的经济和社会效益。以后各国学者也作了广泛的研究。
钝顶螺旋藻的蛋白质最高,藻蓝蛋白含量最多,SOD活性高,可溶性蛋白量高。钝顶钝顶螺旋藻应用比较广泛、现在人们主要研究究的也是钝顶螺旋藻、原因在于钝顶螺旋藻的营养成份比其它如极大螺旋藻、盐泽螺旋藻要高的多,具有关资料显示,钝顶螺旋藻蛋白质含量最低都已达到56%以上,全国的钝顶螺旋藻蛋白质平均含量在63%左右、大康螺旋藻蛋白质含更是高达65%以上。现在螺旋藻产区主要分布在南方程海、福建和北方内蒙古鄂乐多斯,其中以南方程海的为佳。
钝顶螺旋藻的作用比较多,一般最常用也最主要的作用为提高机体免疫力、促进肠胃蠕动、补充机体的常规元素和微量元素。值得一提的是螺旋藻藻蓝蛋白,藻蓝蛋是一种天然的食用色素、浴于水,不溶于油脂和醇类,是一种蓝色粉末。具有抗癌、促进细胞再生的功能、可作为高级的天然色素。

螺旋藻对人们的健康到底有哪些好处?专家表示,螺旋藻的营养价值是被世界公认的,这么好的产品如何发展,如何能够对我们国家,甚至对世界人口的营养改善发挥作用,需要营养专家、螺旋藻等专家的共同
研究。他认为这是很有意义的事情。不仅能够在公众营养改善上,在国家竞争力上发挥更大的作用,而且螺旋藻的其它功能包括治疗贫血,化疗以后的辅助治疗,防治脂肪肝等,都有科学依据证明。
松花粉,中药名。为松科植物马尾松Pinus massoniana Lamb.、油松Pinus tabuliformis Carr.或同属数种植物的干燥花粉。春季花刚开时,采摘花穗,晒干,收集花粉,除去杂质。松花粉含有多种营养物质,包括22种氨基酸、14种维生素和30多种微量元素以及大量的活性蛋白酶、核、黄酮类化合物及其它活性物质。松花粉富含的蛋白质多以游离氨基酸的形式存在,含量超过牛奶、鸡蛋的5-7倍;维生素C的含量高于新鲜水果和蔬菜,被称为天然维生素之王。服用松花粉,短期内会减轻疲劳,增强体力;便秘消失,消化转好;皮肤细腻,面色红润;睡眠踏实,心情愉悦;精力充沛,记忆力提高。松花粉是高效功能型保健食品,它可以全面调理人体各个***,对人类健康极为有益。松花粉内含全面而均衡的营养,可以增强体力、精力,使疲劳得到全面的恢复。
松花粉能促进肝细胞活性,使胆汁分泌正常,防止肝病的发生,并能促进肝脏解毒功能。许多实验表明,松花粉对肝细胞有良好的保护作用。下面是两个实验:
麦芽,中药名。多生长在北方区域,为禾本科植物大麦Hordeurn vulgare L.的成熟果实经发芽干燥的炮制加工品。将麦粒用水浸泡后,保持适宜温、湿度,待幼芽长至约5mm时,晒干或低温干燥。麦芽可用于肝郁气滞,胸胁胀闷,及肝脾不各,嗳气少食等证,常与香橼、佛手等配伍,以增其舒肝和胃之效。脾胃虚弱,运化无力,而致食积不消者,则可与党参、白术、陈皮等同用,以增健脾消食之力。
麦芽用于米面类食物引起的食积不消和妇女断乳,或乳汁郁积,***胀痛。前者,常配山楂、神曲,煎汤或作丸服,后来,可单用本品,煎汤服。回乳须用30~120g。
麦芽含淀粉酶、转化糖酶、蛋白质、蛋白分解酶、维生素B、卵磷脂、麦芽糖、葡萄糖等成分。若将本品制成浸膏,有滋养补益作用。其它补脾润肺药作煎膏(膏滋)时,本品可作滋润、赋形剂。
栀子;别名:木丹、鲜支、卮子、支子、越桃、山栀子、枝子、小卮子、黄鸡子、黄荑子、黄栀子、黄栀、山黄栀、山栀;今南方及西蜀州郡皆有之。木高七、八尺,叶似李而厚硬,又似樗蒲子,二、三月生白花,花皆六出,甚芬芳,俗说即西域詹匐也。夏、秋结实如诃子状,生青熟黄,中人深红,九月采实暴干。此亦有两、三种,入药者山栀子,方书所谓越挑也。皮薄而圆小,刻房七棱至九棱者为佳。其大而长者,乃作染色,又谓之伏尸栀子,不堪入药用。
《本草思辨录》:″栀子,其治在心、肝、胃者多,在肺者少。苦寒涤热,而所涤为瘀郁之热,非浮散之热,亦非坚结之热。能解郁不能攻坚,亦不能平逆,故阳明之腹满有燥屎,肺病之表热咳逆,皆非其所司。独取其秉肃降之气以敷条达之用,善治心烦与黄疸耳。心烦或懊憹或结痛,黄疸或寒热不食或腹满便赤,皆郁也。心烦心下濡者为虚,胸中室者为实。实与虚皆汗吐下后余邪留踞,皆宜吐去其邪。栀子解郁而性终下行,何以能吐?协以香豉,则一升一降,邪不任受则吐。黄疸之瘀热在表,其本在胃,栀子入胃涤热下行,更以走表利便之茵陈辅之,则瘀消热解而疸以愈。然则栀子于肺无与乎?仲圣云:凡用栀子汤病人旧微溏者不可与服之。肺与大肠相表里,服栀子则益其大肠之寒,此可为秉金气之一证。至治肝则古方不可胜举,总不离乎解郁火。凡肝郁则火生,胆火外扬,肝火内伏,栀子解郁火,故不治胆而治肝,古方如泻青丸、凉肝汤、越鞠丸、加味逍遥散之用栀子皆是。凉膈散有栀子,以治心也。泻黄散有栀子,以治胃也。而泻白散不遴入,则以肺中气热而不涉血者,栀子不与也。《本经》主胃中热气,朱丹溪谓最清胃脘之血,究栀子之治,气血皆有而血分为多,然不能逐瘀血与丹皮、桃仁分功;其解血中之郁热,只在上中焦而不在下焦;亦不入足太阳与手、足少阳;不入足太阳,故不利小便。茵陈蒿汤所以必先煮茵陈,许学士之治酒齄鼻,朱丹溪之治热厥心痛,《集简方》之敷折伤肿痛,皆属血中郁热。其余之治,悉可类推。″栀子水漫液在试臂内对许兰氏黄癣菌,腹股沟表皮癣菌、红色表皮癣菌等多种真菌有抑制作用,其水煎剂15毫克/毫升能杀死钩端螺旋体,在体外,栀子煎剂能使血吸虫停止活动,
丁香,为木犀科,属落叶灌木或小乔木。广泛分布于桑给巴尔、马达加斯加岛等地,因花筒细长如钉且香故名,为哈尔滨市市花,是著名的庭园花木。花序硕大、开花繁茂,花色淡雅、芳香,习性强健,栽培简易。因而在园林中广泛栽培应用。古代诗人多以丁香写愁。因为丁香花多成簇开放,好似结。称之为“丁结,百结花”。
1.抗病原微生物作用
在试管内,丁香对葡萄球菌和结核杆菌的生长有抑制作用.丁香水煎剂及粉末对溶血性链球菌有较强的抗菌作用,其抗菌作用且不受加热的影响.实验证明:丁香的醇浸出物对白喉杆菌、炭疽杆菌、副伤寒杆菌、痢疾杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、霍乱弧菌均有抑制作用.丁香油的抗菌能力强于丁香.体外试验证明,丁香的醇浸出物对白喉杆菌、炭疽杆菌、副伤寒杆菌、痢疾杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、霍乱弧菌均有抑制作用.在试管内,丁香油与丁香酚在1∶16 000~1∶64 000时,可完全阻止布氏杆菌的发育;在1∶8 000时则可完全抑制鸟型结核杆菌的发育;在1∶2 000~1∶8 000浓度时,对金黄色葡萄球菌及肺炎杆菌、痢疾杆菌、大肠杆菌、变形杆菌、结核杆菌均有抑制作用.体外试验证明,丁香对流感病毒PR8株病毒有抑制作用.
丁香的水、醇及***浸出液和其挥发油,对致病性真菌均有明显的抗真菌作用.低浓度浸出液对许兰黄癣菌、白色念珠菌等有抑制作用.在试管内,丁香油及丁香酚在1∶8000~1∶16 000浓度时,对多种毛癣菌、黄癣菌及腹股沟表皮癣菌有抗菌作用.
抗菌作用:含有1%浓度的丁香的***浸出液,水浸液或含8%浓度的丁香煎剂的沙伯氏培养基,对许兰氏黄癣菌、白色念珠菌等多种致病性真菌均有抑制作用。较高浓度时对新型隐球菌也有抑制作用。醇浸出液与醚浸出液相似,但水浸液较差。丁香油及丁香油酚在1∶8000-1∶16000时,对致病性真菌即有抑制作用。对金黄色葡萄球菌及肺炎、痢疾(志贺氏)、大肠、变形、结核等杆菌均有抑菌作用。丁香对流感病毒PR8株也有抑制作用(体外试验)。对鼠疫杆菌、霍乱弧菌、炭疽杆菌、伤寒杆菌、白喉杆菌、变形杆菌、大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌等抑制作用;丁香油及丁香酚对布氏杆菌即有抑制作用,对鸟型结核杆菌也有抑制作用。
抗真菌作用:对星形奴卡菌、许兰黄癣菌、石膏样小孢子菌及腹股沟表皮癣菌等有抑制作用。
驱虫作用:水或醇提取液在体外对猪蛔虫有麻痹或杀死作用,感染蛔虫的狗口服丁香油0.5-1.0g/kg,有驱虫作用,但一次服用并不能将蛔虫全部驱除。丁香油较煎剂为优。50%煎剂及乙醇浸剂在体外对猪蛔虫有杀死作用;丁香油效力更大,其1%的混悬液即有杀死部分蛔虫的作用,0.1-0.5g/kg灌胃对狗蛔虫有驱除作用。
健胃作用:丁香为芳香胃剂,可缓解腹部气胀、增强消化能力、减轻恶心呕吐。5%丁香油酚乳剂可使胃粘液分泌显著增加,而酸度则不增强;丁香水浸液灌胃,可使巴甫洛夫小胃狗的胃酸排出量和胃蛋白酶活力显著增加。丁香油之作用稍差,连续应用,可使粘液耗竭,而仅分泌非粘液性的渗出物;36小时后方能部分恢复反应(分泌粘液),完全恢复需数月以后。
杏仁是蔷薇科杏的种子,分为甜杏仁和苦杏仁,主要含有蛋白质、脂肪、糖、微量苦杏仁苷。脂肪的组成中主要是油酸和亚油酸。
杏仁分为甜杏仁及苦杏仁两种。中国南方产的杏仁属于甜杏仁(又名南杏仁),味道微甜、细腻,多用于食用,还可作为原料加入蛋糕、曲奇和菜肴中,具有润肺、止咳、滑肠等功效,对干咳无痰、肺虚久咳等症有一定的缓解作用;北方产的杏仁则属于苦杏仁(又名北杏仁),带苦味,多作药用,具有润肺、平喘的功效,对于因伤风感冒引起的多痰、咳嗽、气喘等症状疗效显著;但苦杏仁一次服用不可过多,每次以不高于9克为宜。
甜杏仁是一种健康食品,适量食用不仅可以有效控制人体内胆固醇的含量,还能显著降低心脏病和多种慢性病的发病危险。素食者食用甜杏仁可以及时补充蛋白质、微量元素和维生素,例如铁、锌及维生素E。甜杏仁中所含的脂肪是健康人士所必需的,是一种对心脏有益的高不饱和脂肪。研究发现,每天吃50~100克杏仁(大约40~80粒杏仁),体重不会增加。甜杏仁中不仅蛋白质含量高,其中的大量纤维可以让人减少饥饿感,这就对保持体重有益。纤维有益肠道组织并且可降低肠癌发病率、胆固醇含量和心脏病的危险。所以,肥胖者选择甜杏仁作为零食,可以达到控制体重的效果。最近的科学研究还表明,甜杏仁能促进皮肤微循环,使皮肤红润光泽,具有美容的功效。
佛手(学名:Citrus medica L.var.sarcodactylis Swingle):果实在成熟时各心皮分离,形成细长弯曲的果瓣,状如手指,故名佛手。通常用作中药,或因其果形奇特,而作为观赏植物。佛手柑被大量制作成凉果食用及出售。佛手具有抗炎、抗病毒作用:本品所含橙皮甙对豚鼠因缺乏维生素C而致的眼睛球结膜血管内血细胞凝聚及毛细血管抵抗力降低有改善作用;它与栓塞(Thrombogenic)饲料或与致粥样硬化饲料共同喂养大鼠,均可延长大鼠存活时间。能刺激缺乏维生素C豚鼠的生长速度。在加入小泡性口炎病毒前,将小鼠纤维细胞成于200?g/mL的橙皮甙中预先孵化,叮保护细胞不受病毒侵害约24h。用橙皮甙预先处理Hela细胞,能顶防流感病毒的感染。橙皮甙的抗病毒活性能被透明质酸酶所消除。本品所含的地奥明具有维生素P样作用,能降低兔毛细血管渗透性作用,有维生素C2样作用。能增强豚鼠毛细血管的抵抗力和减少肾上腺维生素C的排出。地奥明还有抗炎作用,对角叉菜胶引起的大鼠足跖水肿有消肿作用,腹腔注射的ED50为100mg/kg。
6、其他作用:本品所含的香柑内酯对皮肤有光学活性,作用仅次于8-甲氧基补骨脂素。有杀软体动物作用,主要用于杀灭钉螺。有一定对抗肝素的抗凝血和止血作用。对兔有一过性降血压作用。还有抗微生物活性。橙皮甙有预防冻伤和抑制大鼠眼晶状体的醛还原酶作用。
甘草,(学名:Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch)别名:国老、甜草、乌拉尔甘草、甜根子。豆科、甘草属多年生草本,根与根状茎粗壮,是一种补益中草药。对人体很好的一种药,药用部位是根及根茎,药材性状根呈圆柱形,长25~100厘米,直径0.6~3.5厘米。外皮松紧不一,表面红棕色或灰棕色。根茎呈圆柱形,表面有芽痕,断面中部有髓。气微,味甜而特殊。功能主治清热解毒、祛痰止咳、脘腹等。喜阴暗潮湿,日照长气温低的干燥气候。甘草多生长在干旱、半干旱的荒漠草原、沙漠边缘和黄土丘陵地带。根和根状茎供药用。
1.甘草有类似肾上腺皮质激素样作用。对组胺引起的胃酸分泌过多有抑制作用;并有抗酸和缓解胃肠平滑肌痉挛作用。
2.甘草黄酮、甘草浸膏及甘草次酸均有明显的镇咳作用;祛痰作用也较显著,其作用强度为甘草酸>甘草黄酮>甘草浸膏。
3.甘草还有抗炎,抗过敏作用,能保护发炎的咽喉和气管粘膜。甘草浸膏和甘草酸对某些毒物有类似葡萄糖醛酸的解毒作用。
4.甘草常用来治疗随更年期而来的症状.因为甘草里含有甘草素,是一种类似激素的化合物,它有助于平衡女性体内的激素含量。
5.甘草所含的次酸能阻断致癌物诱发肿瘤生长的作用。
西医药理发现,甘草剂有抗炎和抗***反映的功能,因此在西医临床上主要作为缓和剂。缓解咳嗽,祛痰,治疗咽痛喉炎;甘草或甘草次酸有去氧皮质酮类作用,对慢性肾上腺皮质功能减退症有良好功效;甘草制剂能促进胃部粘液形成和分泌,延长上皮细胞寿命,有抗炎活性,常用于慢性溃疡和十二指肠溃疡的治疗;甘草的黄酮具有消炎、解痉和抗酸作用;甘草也是人丹的主要原料之一。
乌梅别名酸梅、黄仔、合汉梅、干枝梅,为蔷薇科落叶乔木植物梅Prunus mume的近成熟果实,经烟火熏制而成。若用青梅以盐水日晒夜浸,10日后有白霜形成,叫做白霜梅,其功效类似,宜忌相同。据现代研究.青梅或梅子汁。乌梅中含钾多而含钠较少,因此,需要长期服用排钾性利尿药者宜食之;梅子中含有茶酸能促进肠蠕动,因此便秘之人宜食之。梅子中含多种有机酸,有改善肝脏机能的作用,故肝病患者宜食之。梅子中的梅酸可软化血管,推迟血管硬化,具有防老抗衰作用。
1.抗病原微生物作用体外实验表明:乌梅水煎液(1∶1)对炭疽杆菌、白喉和类白喉杆菌、枯草杆菌、葡萄球菌(金黄色、柠檬色、白色)、肺炎球菌皆有抑制作用,对大肠杆菌、宋内痢疾杆菌、变形杆菌、伤寒和副伤寒杆菌、绿脓杆菌、霍乱弧菌等肠内致病菌也有效,而对甲或乙种链球菌无作用.50%煎液(纸片法)对百日咳杆菌和脑膜炎球菌作用最强,对肺炎球菌和溶血性链球菌作用中等,对牛型布杆菌和白喉杆菌也有作用,而对流感杆菌和绿色链球菌无作用.10%煎液(平板法)对大肠杆菌、葡萄球菌等多种细菌有抑制作用.乌梅乙醇浸液对一些革兰阳性和阴性细菌以及人型结核杆菌皆有显著抗菌作用.乌梅粉在平皿上对白色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌、大肠杆菌及伤寒杆菌有较强作用.水浸液1∶80(2倍稀释法)能抑制巴氏杆菌的生长.
但对金黄色葡萄球菌、痢疾杆菌、绿脓杆菌等的作用也有不同的报告,可能与药物的产地、制备方法、菌株不同有关.
葡萄干(英文名称:raisin)是在日光下晒干或在阴影下晾干的葡萄的果实。又名草龙珠、蒲桃。主产新疆、甘肃,陕西、河北、山东等地均有栽培。夏末秋初采收,鲜用或干燥备用。
葡萄干的功效:
1.提高人们身体的代谢机能。
2.快速地消除疲劳。
3.消除多余的脂肪,使血流畅通,偏高的血压降低,血压归于正常。
4.消除肥胖。
5.使胃肠机能转好,缓解便秘。葡萄富含多种氨基酸等人体必需营养元素,适量食用能调治气血虚弱、肺虚咳嗽、心悸盗汗、关节痹痛、神经衰弱及贫血等症。实验表明,从葡萄籽中提取的葡萄籽油,对动物可以起到润肠通便功效。但是葡萄干中含籽比较少,而且有些人食用葡萄干过量“易生内热”,反而会加重便秘。
胚芽米,是保留米的胚芽部分,其他部分则与白米完全相同的一种米。其实米最重要的中心部分为胚芽。顾名思义,所谓的“芽”,乃是生出新的生命的部分。

葛根,中药名。为豆科植物野葛的干燥根,习称野葛。秋、冬二季采挖,趁鲜切成厚片或小块;干燥。甘、辛,凉。有解肌退热,透疹,生津止渴,升阳止泻之功。常用于表证发热,项背强痛,麻疹不透,热病口渴,阴虚消渴,热泻热痢,脾虚泄泻。

奇亚(Chia Seed)又名奇雅子、奇亚籽,学名芡欧鼠尾草(Salvia Hispanica L.),薄荷类植物,原产地为墨西哥南部和危地马拉等北美洲地区。可生长在荒漠带海拔4000英尺以下的地区,人们通常所指的奇亚,其实是该植物的种子——奇亚籽。
它是富含omega-3脂肪酸最丰富的食物,并且含有天然抗氧化剂。奇亚籽的食用历史可追溯到公元前3500年,现在是美国FDA认证的安全食品,也是欧盟立法确认的面包添加成分。
奇亚籽是含Omega-3最丰富,唯一不需加工直接安全食用的纯天然食品。与鱼油相比,奇亚籽的Omega-3脂肪酸含量更高,且无胆固醇,不会引起过敏,无营养富集的海洋污染物。与亚麻籽相比,奇亚籽不含任何对人体有害的成分,且自身含有自然抗氧化物,保护了Omega-3的品质,不像亚麻籽容易腐坏变质,产生有毒物质和异味。自古以来它被做为战士和运动员增强免疫力的高能食物。

青钱柳(拉丁名:Cyclocarya paliurus(Batal.)Iljin.[Pterocarya paliurusBatal.;P.micropaliurus T soong],Folium Cylocaryae Paliuri)的叶,青钱柳又摇钱树、麻柳,胡桃科,属于国家二级保护树种,我国南方多省均有发现,多以零星分布。乃冰川四纪幸存下来的珍稀树种,仅存于中国。

天贝--英文名Tempeh,又译为丹贝、天培,源于南洋岛国,是一种天然发酵大豆制品。传说,天贝的菌种是华人下南洋随豆豉带去的,在特殊的气候条件下,发酵工艺演化,形成了天贝这种独特的食品。又有记载说,天贝曾在二次世界大战中,拯救了无数盟军的性命。
发酵后的天贝有更强的抗菌活性。在印尼民间,天贝是用来治疗肠道不适的药物。天贝提取物——总异黄酮,对食品腐败菌和病原菌(金黄色葡糖球菌、伤寒沙门氏菌、枯草杆菌、大肠杆菌等)均有显著抑菌效果。天贝在二战时期曾救治过许多患严重痢疾的荷兰、英国士兵,天贝救人的故事至今流传。(新鲜天贝中的白色菌层,正是印尼人对治闹肚子的宝贝。)
广东虫草子:水提物的抗氧化活性试验表明:对羟自由基具有较强的清除能力、对脂质的过氧化具有抑制作用、对肝癌细胞7402和HELA细胞有抑制作用,并具有抗疲劳和果蝇延寿作用
雪莲培养物,是在无菌条件下,将雪莲离体的植物器官、组织、细胞、胚胎或原生质体培养在人工配制的培养基上,在人工控制的条件下进行培养,使其组织或细胞增值进而按照需要进行培养的技术;或使其脱分化产生愈伤组织,并再逐步分化出器官并长成完整的植株而生产的培养物。雪莲(Saussurea involucrate(Kar.et Kir.)Sch.Bip)是新疆特有的名贵中草药。维吾尔医认为,雪莲补肾活血,强筋骨,营养神经,调节异常体液。中医认为,雪莲温肾助阳,祛风胜湿,通经活血。雪莲的独特功效越来越受到重视,临床主要用于素体阳虚、血瘀阻络之风寒湿痹痛、小腹疼痛、***等病证的预防和治疗,亦在抗早孕方面。为保护此名贵的物种,采用具有我国独立知识产权的植物细胞工程技术制备雪莲代用品获得成功。经***研究表明,雪莲培养物不仅含有与天然雪莲相近的活性成分,且亦具有与之相当的多方面的药理活性。其主要药理作用镇痛、抗炎、抗风湿;抑制血小板聚集、降血脂、改善血液循环;对免疫***具有调节作用;同时还有抗氧化、抗辐射、和抗疲劳等多方面的药效学作用。
低聚甘露糖(MOS)于2013年10月30日被国家卫生和计划生育委员会批准为新食品原料。低聚甘露糖是由D-甘露糖通过β-1,4糖苷键连接形成主链,在主链或支链上连接葡萄糖而成,聚合度在2~10之间的寡糖。它是一种新型的益生元,能大量激活与增殖双歧杆菌和乳酸菌,调节微生态平衡。
本发明具有如下优点:本发明的全营养配方食品食品,以富硒植物蛋白粉为主要营养成分,加入多种调节肠胃功能常用的中草药;在此基础上加入木瓜、青皮和蛹虫草具有清除体内有毒物质、增强机体免疫力的效果;加入天贝和广东虫草子有非常好的抗菌抑菌作用,尤其对食品腐败菌和病原菌抑制效果显著;加入低聚甘露糖有助于肠道吸收,对肠道吸收功能不好的中老年人群效果显著。本发明按常规方法制成粉剂长期服用,易于吸收。

一种适用于炎性肠病患者的全营养配方食品,包括以下重量百分比的成分:石斛0.8%、山楂0.3%、鸡内金1.5%、沙棘0.15%、木瓜0.35%、莱菔子0.2%、木香0.7%、青皮1.2%、白术2.5%、蛹虫草0.7%、生姜1.5%、猴头菇0.6%、砂仁1.1%、益智仁2.8%、肉豆蔻1.5%、钝顶螺旋藻0.7%、松花粉1.5%、麦芽0.8%、栀子1.4%、丁香1.6%、杏仁2.2%、佛手0.8%、、甘草1.5%、乌梅0.8%、葡萄干0.6%、纳豆0.4%、胚芽米1.3%、葛根1.5%、奇亚籽1.6%、圆苞车前子壳1.3%、青钱柳叶0.4%、茶树花0.5%、裸藻0.3%、天贝0.2%、雪莲培养物2.4%、富硒植物蛋白粉58%和低聚甘露糖余量。
所述的富硒植物蛋白粉的硒含量是45mg/kg。
实施例2
一种适用于炎性肠病患者的全营养配方食品,包括以下重量百分比的成分:石斛0.5%、山楂0.5%、鸡内金1%、沙棘0.2%、木瓜0.2%、莱菔子0.3%、木香0.5%、青皮2%、白术2%、蛹虫草0.8%、生姜1%、猴头菇1%、砂仁1%、益智仁3%、肉豆蔻1%、钝顶螺旋藻1%、松花粉2%、麦芽0.5%、栀子2%、丁香1%、杏仁3%、佛手0.5%、甘草1%、乌梅1%、葡萄干0.5%、纳豆0.5%、胚芽米1%、葛根2%、奇亚籽1%、圆苞车前子壳1.5%、青钱柳叶0.5%、茶树花0.3%、裸藻0.4%、天贝0.1%、雪莲培养物2%、富硒植物蛋白粉60%和低聚甘露糖余量。
所述的富硒植物蛋白粉的硒含量是60mg/kg。
实施例3
一种适用于炎性肠病患者的全营养配方食品,包括以下重量百分比的成分:石斛1%、山楂0.2%、鸡内金2%、沙棘0.1%、木瓜0.5%、莱菔子0.1%、木香1%、青皮1%、白术3%、蛹虫草0.5%、生姜2%、猴头菇0.5%、砂仁2%、益智仁2%、肉豆蔻2%、钝顶螺旋藻0.5%、松花粉1%、麦芽1%、栀子1%、丁香2%、杏仁2%、佛手1%、甘草2%、乌梅0.5%、葡萄干0.8%、纳豆0.2%、胚芽米2%、葛根1%、奇亚籽2%、圆苞车前子壳1%、青钱柳叶0.2%、茶树花0.8%、裸藻0.2%、天贝0.3%、雪莲培养物3%、富硒植物蛋白粉50%和低聚甘露糖余量。
所述的富硒植物蛋白粉的硒含量是35mg/kg。
实施例4
一种适用于炎性肠病患者的全营养配方食品,包括以下重量百分比的成分:石斛0.5%、山楂0.2%、鸡内金1%、沙棘0.1%、木瓜0.2%、莱菔子0.1%、木香0.5%、青皮1%、白术2%、蛹虫草0.5%、生姜1%、猴头菇0.5%、砂仁1%、益智仁2%、肉豆蔻1%、钝顶螺旋藻0.5%、松花粉1%、麦芽0.5%、栀子2%、丁香1%、杏仁2%、佛手0.5%、甘草1%、乌梅0.5%、葡萄干0.5%、纳豆0.2%、胚芽米1%、葛根1%、奇亚籽1%、圆苞车前子壳1%、青钱柳叶0.2%、茶树花0.7%、裸藻0.3%、天贝0.25%、雪莲培养物2%、富硒植物蛋白粉65%和低聚甘露糖余量。
对比实施例1
将实施例1中的木瓜、青皮和蛹虫草均替换为富硒植物蛋白粉,其余配方和制备条件不变。
对比实施例2
将实施例1中的天贝和广东虫草子均替换为富硒植物蛋白粉,其余配方和制备条件不变。
以下对实施例1-4和对比实施例1-2制作的适用于炎性肠病患者的全营养配方食品进行临床效果实验。
实验1
实验征集到慢性肠炎患者共计300人,年龄从25-60周岁,男女不限,每个实施例有50人参加实验。
实验方法:每组患者服用实施例1-4和对比实施例1-2制备的全营养配方食品粉剂,每日3次,每次20g,服用方法:三餐半小时后100ml温开水冲调服用,实验期间不服用任何药物,90天以后统计疗效。
有效:患者的大便次数降低至1-2次/日,大便成形、无腹泻、便秘;
无效:患者慢性肠炎症状无明显改善或者复发。
实验结果见表1:

由以上测试结果可以知道,本发明的适用于炎性肠病患者的全营养配方食品中的各原料具有协同作用。

1.一种适用于炎性肠病患者的全营养配方食品,其特征在于,包括以下成分:石斛、山楂、鸡内金、沙棘、木瓜、莱菔子、木香、青皮、白术、蛹虫草、生姜、猴头菇、砂仁、益智仁、肉豆蔻、钝顶螺旋藻、松花粉、麦芽、栀子、丁香、杏仁、佛手、甘草、乌梅、葡萄干、纳豆、胚芽米、葛根、奇亚籽、圆苞车前子壳、青钱柳叶、茶树花、裸藻、天贝、雪莲培养物、富硒植物蛋白粉、低聚甘露糖。
2.如权利要求1所述的适用于炎性肠病患者的全营养配方食品,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的成分:石斛0.5-1%、山楂0.2-0.5%、鸡内金1-2%、沙棘0.1-0.2%、木瓜0.2-0.5%、莱菔子0.1-0.3%、木香0.5-1%、青皮1-2%、白术2-3%、蛹虫草0.5-0.8%、生姜1-2%、猴头菇0.5-1%、砂仁1-2%、益智仁2-3%、肉豆蔻1-2%、钝顶螺旋藻0.5-1%、松花粉1-2%、麦芽0.5-1%、栀子1-2%、丁香1-2%、杏仁2-3%、佛手0.5-1%、甘草1-2%、乌梅0.5-1%、葡萄干0.5-0.8%、纳豆0.2-0.5%、胚芽米1-2%、葛根1-2%、奇亚籽1-2%、圆苞车前子壳1-1.5%、青钱柳叶0.2-0.5%、茶树花0.3-0.8%、裸藻0.2-0.4%、天贝0.1-0.3%、雪莲培养物2-3%、富硒植物蛋白粉50-65%和低聚甘露糖 余量。
