技术领域
本发明涉及一种油墨的制备方法,尤其涉及一种高性能水性聚氨酯油墨的制备方法,属于油墨技术领域。
背景技术
油墨是用于印刷的重要材料,它通过印刷将图案、文字表现在承印物上。油墨一般由颜料、连结料、溶剂和助剂等组成,这些成分均匀地混合并经反复轧制而成一种黏性胶状流体。油墨广泛用于书刊、包装装潢、建筑装饰等各种印刷,随着社会需求增大,油墨品种和产量也相应扩展和增长。作为油墨连结料的水性聚氨酯,以其耐髙低温、耐脆化、耐摩擦、附着力强、柔韧性好、弹性好和拉伸强度髙等优良性能,被广泛应用。
在印刷油墨中,以水性聚氨酯为连结料的印刷油墨以其不含挥发性有机溶剂,安全、无毒的特点,被大量用于食品、药品、儿童玩具中的软包装印刷。目前,用于软包装膜的水性聚氨酯油墨由于用料配方、制备工艺等方面的缺陷,存在诸多问题,如:稳定性较差、干燥较慢、成膜性能一般,特别是附着力不高,不能很好满足印刷的要求。
发明内容
针对上述需求,本发明提供了一种高性能水性聚氨酯油墨的制备方法,该制备方法工序安排合理,制备成本适中,制得的水性聚氨酯油墨安全无毒,对软包装膜具有优良的附着力、较好的稳定性、较快的干燥速率和较强的成膜性能。

在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的步骤a)中,油墨原料的主要成分为:聚氨酯乳胶和色浆;聚氨酯乳胶各成分及质量百分比为:聚酯二元醇42%、二羟甲基丙酸28%、1, 4-丁二醇8%、功能性单体8%、甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯12%、催化剂二丁基二月桂酸锡2%;色浆各成分及质量百分比为:颜料38%、聚丙烯乳胶20%、润湿剂8%,去离子水34%。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的步骤b)中,制备过程如下:首先,按照质量配比将聚酯二元醇、二羟甲基丙酸、1, 4-丁二醇和甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯添加到带搅拌器的反应釜中,并加入适量丙酮,反应釜温度加热至45℃,在330-350r/min的搅速下反应1-1.2小时;然后,提升反应釜温度至65℃,并加入二丁基二月桂酸锡,在280-300r/min的搅速下进一步反应2小时左右;接着,加入丙烯酸双环戊二烯酯,反应釜温度不变,充分反应1小时后冷却至室温;最后,加入适量三乙胺进行中和处理,处理后的混合溶液加入乙二胺的水溶液进行乳化处理,即制得聚氨酯乳胶。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的步骤c)中,制备过程为:首先,按质量百分比将颜料,聚丙烯乳胶、润湿剂和去离子水依次添加至搅拌容器,以360-380r/min的搅拌速度均匀搅拌30-35分钟;随后,将混合物放在快速摇摆机上,以900-920r/min的研磨速度研磨3-3.5小时,制得细度为12-14um的色浆。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的步骤d)中,配制过程如下:首先,按照配比将63%-65%的聚氨酯乳胶和35%-37%的色浆添加至反应釜;然后,提升反应釜温度至60℃-65℃,并以550-560r/min的速度搅拌40-45分钟;接着,缓冷至室温,并在室温下静置处理2-3小时;最后,过滤油墨并进行灌装、封装等后处理。
本发明揭示了一种高性能水性聚氨酯油墨的制备方法,该制备方法工序安排合理,制备成本适中,制得的水性聚氨酯油墨安全无毒,对软包装膜具有优良的附着力、较好的稳定性、较快的干燥速率和较强的成膜性能。

实施例1
本发明提及的高性能水性聚氨酯油墨的具体制备方法如下:
a)选材备料,油墨原料的主要成分为:聚氨酯乳胶和色浆;聚氨酯乳胶中各成分的质量百分配比为:聚酯二元醇42%、二羟甲基丙酸28%、1, 4-丁二醇8%、功能性单体8%、甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯12%、催化剂二丁基二月桂酸锡2%,其功能性单体为丙烯酸双环戊二烯酯单体,该单体是由丙烯酸和双环戊二烯按质量比6:5反应合成;色浆中各成分的质量百分比为:颜料38%、聚丙烯乳胶20%、润湿剂8%,去离子水34%,颜料由碳黑与酞菁蓝按质量比11:2混合配制而成;
b)制备聚氨酯乳胶,具体制备过程如下:首先,按照质量配比将聚酯二元醇、二羟甲基丙酸、1, 4-丁二醇和甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯添加到带搅拌器的反应釜中,并加入适量丙酮,反应釜温度加热至45℃,在330r/min的搅速下反应1.2小时;然后,提升反应釜温度至65℃,并加入二丁基二月桂酸锡,在280r/min的搅速下进一步反应2小时左右;接着,加入丙烯酸双环戊二烯酯,反应釜温度不变,充分反应1小时后冷却至室温;最后,加入适量三乙胺进行中和处理,处理后的混合溶液加入乙二胺的水溶液进行乳化处理,即制得聚氨酯乳胶;
c)制备色浆,具体制备过程为:首先,按质量百分比将颜料,聚丙烯乳胶、润湿剂和去离子水依次添加至搅拌容器,以360r/min的搅拌速度均匀搅拌35分钟;随后,将混合物放在快速摇摆机上,以900r/min的研磨速度研磨3.5小时,制得细度为13um左右的色浆;
d)配制油墨,配制过程如下:首先,按照配比将63%的聚氨酯乳胶和37%的色浆添加至反应釜;然后,提升反应釜温度至60℃-62℃,并以560r/min的速度搅拌40分钟;接着,缓冷至室温,并在室温下静置处理2-3小时;最后,过滤油墨并进行灌装、封装等后处理。
实施例2
本发明提及的高性能水性聚氨酯油墨的具体制备方法如下:
a)选材备料,油墨原料的主要成分为:聚氨酯乳胶和色浆;聚氨酯乳胶中各成分的质量百分配比为:聚酯二元醇42%、二羟甲基丙酸28%、1, 4-丁二醇8%、功能性单体8%、甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯12%、催化剂二丁基二月桂酸锡2%,其功能性单体为丙烯酸双环戊二烯酯单体,该单体是由丙烯酸和双环戊二烯按质量比6:5反应合成;色浆中各成分的质量百分比为:颜料38%、聚丙烯乳胶20%、润湿剂8%,去离子水34%,颜料由碳黑与酞菁蓝按质量比11:2混合配制而成;
b)制备聚氨酯乳胶,具体制备过程如下:首先,按照质量配比将聚酯二元醇、二羟甲基丙酸、1, 4-丁二醇和甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯添加到带搅拌器的反应釜中,并加入适量丙酮,反应釜温度加热至45℃,在350r/min的搅速下反应1小时;然后,提升反应釜温度至65℃,并加入二丁基二月桂酸锡,在300r/min的搅速下进一步反应2小时左右;接着,加入丙烯酸双环戊二烯酯,反应釜温度不变,充分反应1小时后冷却至室温;最后,加入适量三乙胺进行中和处理,处理后的混合溶液加入乙二胺的水溶液进行乳化处理,即制得聚氨酯乳胶;
c)制备色浆,具体制备过程为:首先,按质量百分比将颜料,聚丙烯乳胶、润湿剂和去离子水依次添加至搅拌容器,以380r/min的搅拌速度均匀搅拌30分钟;随后,将混合物放在快速摇摆机上,以920r/min的研磨速度研磨3小时,制得细度为12um左右的色浆;
d)配制油墨,配制过程如下:首先,按照配比将64%的聚氨酯乳胶和36%的色浆添加至反应釜;然后,提升反应釜温度至64℃-65℃,并以550r/min的速度搅拌42分钟;接着,缓冷至室温,并在室温下静置处理2-3小时;最后,过滤油墨并进行灌装、封装等后处理。
本发明揭示了一种高性能水性聚氨酯油墨的制备方法,其特点是:该制备方法工序安排合理,制备成本适中,制得的水性聚氨酯油墨安全无毒,对软包装膜具有优良的附着力、较好的稳定性、较快的干燥速率和较强的成膜性能。

2.根据权利要求1所述的高性能水性聚氨酯油墨的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤a)中,油墨原料的主要成分为:聚氨酯乳胶和色浆;聚氨酯乳胶各成分及质量百分比为:聚酯二元醇42%、二羟甲基丙酸28%、1, 4-丁二醇8%、功能性单体8%、甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯12%、催化剂二丁基二月桂酸锡2%;色浆各成分及质量百分比为:颜料38%、聚丙烯乳胶20%、润湿剂8%,去离子水34%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高性能水性聚氨酯油墨的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤b)中,制备过程如下:首先,按照质量配比将聚酯二元醇、二羟甲基丙酸、1, 4-丁二醇和甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯添加到带搅拌器的反应釜中,并加入适量丙酮,反应釜温度加热至45℃,在330-350r/min的搅速下反应1-1.2小时;然后,提升反应釜温度至65℃,并加入二丁基二月桂酸锡,在280-300r/min的搅速下进一步反应2小时左右;接着,加入丙烯酸双环戊二烯酯,反应釜温度不变,充分反应1小时后冷却至室温;最后,加入适量三乙胺进行中和处理,处理后的混合溶液加入乙二胺的水溶液进行乳化处理,即制得聚氨酯乳胶。
