优选的是,所述的润肠通便的低聚木糖益生菌粉,是由以下重量份的原料制成的:低聚木糖700~800份,蜂蜜粉800~900份,山梨醇1500~1600份,魔芋胶100~300份,长双歧杆菌40~60份,两歧双歧杆菌40~60份,乳双歧杆菌40~60份,嗜热链球菌40~60份,副干酪乳杆菌40~60份,嗜酸乳杆菌40~60份,苹果粉500~3000份。
本发明还提供了上述的润肠通便的低聚木糖益生菌粉的制备方法,其特征在于,
(1)备料:先将低聚木糖、蜂蜜粉、山梨醇、魔芋胶、苹果粉于80~85℃干燥3~4小时,使水分含量控制在<3%,然后过100目筛;
(2)称量:控制操作间温度18~26℃,相对湿度<30%,按以下重量份数称取原辅料:低聚木糖100~1500份,蜂蜜粉500~2000份,山梨醇500~2000份,魔芋胶100~1000份,益生菌100~700份,苹果粉500~3000份,备用;
(3)混合:控制操作间温度18~26℃,相对湿度<30%,将上述物料用多向运动型混合机混合15~20分钟,使混合均匀,得总混合物料,水分活度控制在<0.2范围内;即得低聚木糖益生菌粉。
上述方法制备的润肠通便的低聚木糖益生菌粉。

本发明还提供了一种低聚木糖益生菌保健品的制备方法为:
(1)备料:先将低聚木糖、蜂蜜粉、山梨醇、魔芋胶、苹果粉于85℃干燥约3小时,使水分含量控制在<3%,然后过100目筛。
(2)称量:控制操作间温度18~26℃,相对湿度<30%,准确称取配方量所需原辅料,备用。
(3)混合:控制操作间温度18~26℃,相对湿度<30%,将上述物料用多向运动型混合机混合约20分钟,使混合均匀,得总混合物料,水分活度控制在<0.2范围内。
(4)分装:控制操作间温度18~26℃,相对湿度30%以下,将总混合物料使用自动充氮包装机进行充氮包装。
(5)检验:按企标要求对样品进行抽样检测,要求样品中低聚木糖含量≥18g/100g,益生菌含量≥10,10cfu/100g。检查样品包装是否完整,是否有漏气现象。
(6)包装入库:将检验合格后产品按包装规格进行外包装、装箱。将包装好的产品置于阴凉干燥的仓库里,库温不高于25℃,相对湿度不高于75%。
本发明的低聚木糖益生菌保健品,服用时,用50℃以下温开水溶解冲服即可。

本发明的低聚木糖益生菌保健品,配方中各原料的药理和药效如下:
低聚木糖是迄今为止人体肠道内双歧杆菌增殖效果最好的功能性低聚糖之一,被誉为“超强双歧因子”。双歧杆菌代谢低聚木糖产生的短链脂肪酸,能够降低肠道pH值,在抑制其他有害菌繁殖的同时,还能促进肠道蠕动,增加粪便湿润度,促进排便,防止便秘的发生。低聚木糖还是一种双向调节剂,对缓解腹泻症状也有一定的作用。
山梨醇可由葡萄糖还原而制取,是一种营养型甜味剂,在体内被缓慢地吸收利用,且血糖值不增加,是比较好的保湿剂和界面活性剂,利用山梨醇带来的高渗作用,让更多的水分渗入肠腔,软化大便,刺激肠壁,反射性地引起排便反应,达到缓解便秘的作用。
临床实践证明,蜂蜜有很好的润肠作用,是良好的通便剂,可作为一种较理想的治疗药物,是治疗习惯性便秘、老年性便秘及孕妇便秘等的克星,对小肠推进运动有明显的促进作用,并显著缩短通便时间,蜂蜜粉既保留了蜂蜜的营养成分,又便于加工利用。
魔芋胶的主要成分是葡甘聚糖。葡甘聚糖为可溶性半纤维素,能吸收水、保水,并通过酵解增加粪便体积和松软度,利于通便,防止便秘。葡甘聚糖又是一种植物胶,能够持水增稠,增加产品的稳定性。
功能性便秘一般与肠道菌群失调密切相关,补充双歧杆菌等肠道益生菌,恢复肠道菌群平衡,可以有效地缓解便秘。双歧杆菌代谢产生的乙酸和乳酸pH值为2.8~3.1,使肠道呈酸性,能控制由有害菌引起的异常发酵,减少有毒代谢产物的产生,并且刺激肠蠕动,从而减少水分的过度吸收而缓解便秘症状。
乳杆菌具有耐酸、产酸能力强的特点,通过对抗有害微生物活性、抑制小肠细菌过度生长来调节肠道菌群,具有维持肠道内菌群平衡,提高机体免疫力等多种功能。
苹果含有丰富的膳食纤维-果胶,苹果中的果胶可以吸收本身容积2.5倍的水分,可以增加粪便体积软化粪便,促进肠道蠕动,起到润肠通便的作用。
本发明的低聚木糖益生菌保健品,使用肠道益生菌及益生元低聚木糖,可以改善肠道微生态环境,另外还添加了蜂蜜粉、山梨醇、魔芋胶、苹果粉,同时具备微生态制剂、润滑性泻剂、渗透性泻剂、容积性泻剂的功能,而且不会产生副作用,可以达到长期预防便秘的目的。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1制备低聚木糖益生菌保健品
配方为:低聚木糖800克,蜂蜜粉1200克,山梨醇800克,魔芋胶100克,两歧双歧杆菌(1000亿/克)40克,乳双歧杆菌(1000亿/克)40克,副干酪乳杆菌(1000亿/克)60克,嗜酸乳杆菌(1000亿/克)60克,苹果粉2000克。
制备方法为:
先将低聚木糖、蜂蜜粉、山梨醇、魔芋胶、苹果粉于85℃干燥约3小时,使水分含量控制在<3%,然后过100目筛,准确称取配方量所需原辅料,将原料混合均匀,然后进行自动充氮包装5g/袋,操作过程控制操作间温度18~26℃,相对湿度<30%。
服用时用50℃以下温开水溶解冲服即可。

制备方法为:
先将低聚木糖、蜂蜜粉、山梨醇、魔芋胶、苹果粉于85℃干燥约3小时,使水分含量控制在<3%,然后过100目筛,准确称取配方量所需原辅料,将原料混合均匀,然后进行自动充氮包装5g/袋,操作过程控制操作间温度18~26℃,相对湿度<30%。
服用时用50℃以下温开水溶解冲服即可。
实施例3制备低聚木糖益生菌保健品
配方为:低聚木糖1200克,蜂蜜粉800克,山梨醇1200克,魔芋胶200克,长双歧杆菌(1000亿/克)60克,乳双歧杆菌(1000亿/克)60克,副干酪乳杆菌(1000亿/克)40克,嗜热链球菌(1000亿/克)40克,苹果粉1600克。
制备方法为:
先将低聚木糖、蜂蜜粉、山梨醇、魔芋胶、苹果粉于85℃干燥约3小时,使水分含量控制在<3%,然后过100目筛,准确称取配方量所需原辅料,将原料混合均匀,然后进行自动充氮包装5g/袋,操作过程控制操作间温度18~26℃,相对湿度<30%。

配方为:低聚木糖750克,蜂蜜粉850克,山梨醇1500克,魔芋胶180克,长双歧杆菌(1000亿/克)45克,两歧双歧杆菌(1000亿/克)45克,乳双歧杆菌(1000亿/克)45克,嗜热链球菌(1000亿/克)60克,副干酪乳杆菌(1000亿/克)60克,嗜酸乳杆菌(1000亿/克)60克,苹果粉1500克。
制备方法为:
先将低聚木糖、蜂蜜粉、山梨醇、魔芋胶、苹果粉于85℃干燥约3小时,使水分含量控制在<3%,然后过100目筛,准确称取配方量所需原辅料,将原料混合均匀,然后进行自动充氮包装5g/袋,操作过程控制操作间温度18~26℃,相对湿度<30%。

制备方法为:
先将低聚木糖、蜂蜜粉、山梨醇、魔芋胶、苹果粉于85℃干燥约3小时,使水分含量控制在<3%,然后过100目筛,准确称取配方量所需原辅料,将原料混合均匀,然后进行自动充氮包装5g/袋,操作过程控制操作间温度18~26℃,相对湿度<30%。
实施例6制备低聚木糖益生菌保健品
配方为:低聚木糖800克,蜂蜜粉890克,山梨醇1600克,魔芋胶160克,长双歧杆菌(1000亿/克)50克,两歧双歧杆菌(1000亿/克)50克,乳双歧杆菌(1000亿/克)50克,嗜热链球菌(1000亿/克)40克,副干酪乳杆菌(1000亿/克)60克,鼠李糖乳杆菌(1000亿/克)60克,苹果粉1200克。
制备方法为:
先将低聚木糖、蜂蜜粉、山梨醇、魔芋胶、苹果粉于85℃干燥约3小时,使水分含量控制在<3%,然后过100目筛,准确称取配方量所需原辅料,将原料混合均匀,然后进行自动充氮包装5g/袋,操作过程控制操作间温度18~26℃,相对湿度<30%。
服用时用50℃以下温开水溶解冲服即可。
病例资料:临床应用100例,女性62例,年龄22~50岁,男性38例,年龄25~48岁,平均年龄35岁。三天未排便者34例,4天未排便者38例,5天未排便者26例,7天未排便者2例。治疗前患者均停用各种通便药。
治疗方法:冲服实施例3的药物,每日一次,每次一剂(实施例3给出的剂量即为一剂的量),两周为一疗程。
疗效评价:
显效:临床症状消失,大便每日一次,稳定半个月。
有效:临床症状基本消失或明显好转,大便基本正常或次数明显增加。
无效:症状或大便次数无明显改善。
治疗结果:100例便秘者,显效71例,有效22例,无效7例,显效率71%,总有效率93%,均未发现毒副作用,患者易接受。
临床典型病例:
病例1:陈某,女,20岁,在校大学生,因缺少运动及学习压力过大,经常便秘,表现为大便干硬,甚至一周排便一次,脸色黯黄,腹部胀痛,服用实施例4的低聚木糖益生菌粉保健品5天后,身体感觉轻松,便秘得到缓解,继续服用半个月,排便基本正常。
病例2:李某,男,31岁,从事IT行业每天坐在在电脑前的时间超过12小时,运动少,工作压力大,长期便秘,烦躁不安,用过泻药,服用实施例5的低聚木糖益生菌粉保健品一周后,排便次数明显增加了,坚持服用一个月后,症状基本消除。
病例3:王某,女,45岁,办公室人员,最初只是轻度便秘,服用通便茶后即有所缓解,但长时间服用通便产品后发现便秘越发加重,最终通便药无效,时常腹痛难忍,服用实施例6的低聚木糖益生菌粉保健品,大约两周后,便秘症状得到改善,坚持服用一个月后,症状基本消除。

1.一种润肠通便的低聚木糖益生菌粉,其特征在于,是由以下重量份的原料制成的:低聚木糖100~1500份,蜂蜜粉500~2000份,山梨醇500~2000份,魔芋胶100~1000份,益生菌100~700份,苹果粉500~3000份。
2.如权利要求1所述的润肠通便的低聚木糖益生菌粉,其特征在于,所述的益生菌选自长双歧杆菌、两歧双歧杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、嗜热链球菌、副干酪乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌或鼠李糖乳杆菌中的至少一种。
3.如权利要求1所述的润肠通便的低聚木糖益生菌粉,其特征在于,是由以下重量份的原料制成的:低聚木糖800~1200份,蜂蜜粉1200~1500份,山梨醇1200~1500份,魔芋胶100~500份,益生菌200~400份,苹果粉1800~2000份。
4.如权利要求1所述的润肠通便的低聚木糖益生菌粉,其特征在于,是由以下重量份的原料制成的:低聚木糖700~800份,蜂蜜粉800~900份,山梨醇1500~1600份,魔芋胶100~300份,长双歧杆菌40~60份,两歧双歧杆菌40~60份,乳双歧杆菌40~60份,嗜热链球菌40~60份,副干酪乳杆菌40~60份,嗜酸乳杆菌40~60份,苹果粉500~3000份。
5.一种润肠通便的低聚木糖益生菌粉的制备方法,其特征在于,
(1)备料:先将低聚木糖、蜂蜜粉、山梨醇、魔芋胶、苹果粉于80~85℃干燥3~4小时,使水分含量控制在<3%,然后过100目筛;
(2)称量:控制操作间温度18~26℃,相对湿度<30%,按以下重量份数称取原辅料:低聚木糖100~1500份,蜂蜜粉500~2000份,山梨醇500~2000份,魔芋胶100~1000份,益生菌100~700份,苹果粉500~3000份,备用;
(3)混合:控制操作间温度18~26℃,相对湿度<30%,将上述物料用多向运动型混合机混合15~20分钟,使混合均匀,得总混合物料,水分活度控制在<0.2范围内;即得低聚木糖益生菌润肠通便益生菌粉。
6.权利要求1或2所述的润肠通便的低聚木糖益生菌粉在制备通便润肠功能饮料中的应用。
