Abstract

本发明提供一种卧式齿外三槽机,包括床身、及设置在床身上的铣槽装置、夹紧工件装置和打孔装置,所述铣槽装置位于床身的前侧右端,夹紧工件装置位于床身的中间部分,打孔装置位于床身的前侧左端,所述铣槽装置包括立柱、滑板、铣槽主轴箱、三面刃铣刀和夹紧油缸,所述夹紧工件装置包括工件箱和夹具,所述打孔装置包括主轴箱、钻头夹套。本发明的有益效果是:机床的铣槽、打孔安装在一个箱体上,只需将夹紧工件装置沿纵向移动,即可实现对工件加工的不同操作;其中工件旋转分度采用蜗轮副驱动,以保证与工件分度精度;由于每个工件的大小不通、铣出的外三槽不同,可以调节Y轴伺服电机,来适应不同的工件。

技术领域
本发明属于齿座加工机械技术领域,尤其是涉及一种卧式齿外三槽机。
背景技术
在现有的技术中,对齿座进行铣外三槽时,要求对三个槽位置精确,大小一样,针对齿座上的3个不同位置的槽,以前的机床调整不方便,加工出来的齿座槽难以符合要求;同时对齿座外三槽加工之后,需要对齿座外三槽位置打孔,将需要加工的产品拿下放入到另外的一个设备上,这样,费时费力,降低生产效率,降低成品率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、操作简单、在同一台设备上铣槽和打孔、提高生产效率的卧式齿外三槽机,尤其适合于加工汽车、拖拉机、摩托车等行业大批量齿座铣槽、打孔。
本发明的技术方案是:一种卧式齿外三槽机,包括床身、及设置在床身上的铣槽装置、夹紧工件装置和打孔装置,所述铣槽装置位于床身的前侧右端,夹紧工件装置位于床身的中间部分,打孔装置位于床身的前侧左端,
所述铣槽装置包括立柱、滑板、铣槽主轴箱、三面刃铣刀和夹紧油缸,所述立柱安装在床身上,所述滑板通过导轨安装在立柱上,所述铣槽主轴箱安装在滑板上,在铣槽主轴箱内设有铣槽主轴,所述三面刃铣刀通过刀杆与铣槽主轴连接,所述夹紧油缸安装在滑板上,所述滑板与第一动力机构相连;
所述夹紧工件装置包括工件箱和夹具,夹具通过螺钉安装在工件主轴端面上,工件电机通过支座设于工件箱上,工件电机通过联轴器与蜗杆相连,蜗杆与蜗轮相啮合,工件主轴与蜗轮相连,所述夹紧工件装置设在滑动装置上,所述滑动装置包括横向滑板、纵向滑板,所述工件箱安装在横向滑板上,所述横向滑板通过横向直线导轨与床身连接,纵向滑板通过纵向直线导轨与横向滑板连接,所述横向滑板与第二动力机构相连,纵向滑板与第三动力机构相连;
所述打孔装置包括主轴箱、钻头夹套,主轴箱内设有主动轮、被动轮,所述主动轮与从动轮通过皮带相连,主动轮、从动轮一侧分别通过连接轴固定在主轴箱内,且连接处均设有轴承,所述主动轮与主轴电机相连,钻头夹套安装在主轴上,钻头夹套上用于放置钻头。
进一步,所述床身上设有机床防护。
进一步,所述第一动力机构包括Y轴伺服电机,Y轴伺服电机设于立柱上,Y轴伺服电机的轴与Y弹性联轴器一端相连,Y弹性联轴器另一端与Y轴滚珠丝杠相连,Y轴滚珠丝杠上设有与之啮合的Y滚珠螺母,Y滚珠螺母设于Y滚珠螺母座上,Y滚珠螺母座与滑板相连。
进一步,第二动力机构包括X轴伺服电机,X轴伺服电机设于床身上,X轴伺服电机的轴与X弹性联轴器一端相连,X弹性联轴器另一端与X轴滚珠丝杠设在X轴承的另一端相连,X轴滚珠丝杠上设有与之啮合的X滚珠螺母,X滚珠螺母设于X滚珠螺母座上,X滚珠螺母座与横向滑板相连。
进一步,所述第三动力机构包括Z轴伺服电机,Z轴伺服电机设于横向滑板上,Z轴伺服电机的轴与Z弹性联轴器一端相连,Z弹性联轴器另一端与Z轴滚珠丝杠相连,Z轴滚珠丝杠上设有与之啮合的Z滚珠螺母,Z滚珠螺母设于Z滚珠螺母座上,Z滚珠螺母座与纵向滑板相连。
进一步,所述主电机固定在主轴箱上。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,有效率高、性能稳定、调整操作方便、适用范围广、刀具简单、加工质量好等特点;机床的铣槽、打孔安装在一个箱体上,只需将夹紧工件装置沿纵向移动,即可实现对工件加工的不同操作;其中工件旋转分度采用蜗轮副驱动,以保证与工件分度精度;由于每个工件的大小不通、铣出的外三槽不同,可以调节Y轴伺服电机,来适应不同的工件。

本实例的工作过程及原理:本实例的工作过程及原理:当需要对工件进行铣槽时,将工件放置在夹具14上进行固定,启动Z轴伺服电机21,将纵向滑板16沿纵向直线导轨18滑到接近铣槽装置的三面刃铣刀9处,关闭Z轴伺服电机21同时工件电机,此时工件转动,刀具不动,完成对工件进行铣槽;然后需要对工件铣出来的槽进行打孔时,需要启动X轴伺服电机19,将横向滑板15沿横向直线导轨17移动到接近打孔装置处,关闭X轴伺服电 将横向滑板15沿横向直线导轨17移动到接近打孔装置处,关闭X轴伺服电机19,启动主轴电机,完成对其打孔的操作。
