本发明公开了一种散热器壳体金属冲压件表面处理工艺,包括如下步骤:1)取15质量份 苯甲酸、8质量份聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、2质量份钼酸钠、4质量份硝酸镍、4质量份氟化氢钠、2份质量植酸、3.6质量份羟丙基甲基纤维素混合,于110℃,反应3.5小时,制得金属表面处理剂;2)在将13质量份金属表面处理剂与96质量份水混合,制得表面处理工作液;3)将表面处理工作液升温至50℃,将金属冲压件置入表面处理工作液25分钟。本发明散热器壳体金属冲压件表面处理工艺,能提高金属冲压件的抗氧化、防腐蚀能力。

本发明涉及散热器壳体金属冲压件表面处理工艺。
背景技术
现有金属冲压件的抗氧化、防腐蚀能力有待提高。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种散热器壳体金属冲压件表面处理工艺,提高金属冲压件的抗氧化、防腐蚀能力。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种散热器壳体金属冲压件表面处理工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)取15质量份 苯甲酸、8质量份聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、2质量份钼酸钠、4质量份硝酸镍、4质量份氟化氢钠、2份质量植酸、3.6质量份羟丙基甲基纤维素混合,于110℃,反应3.5小时,制得金属表面处理剂;
2)在将13质量份金属表面处理剂与96质量份水混合,制得表面处理工作液;
3)将表面处理工作液升温至50℃,将金属冲压件置入表面处理工作液25分钟。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种散热器壳体金属冲压件表面处理工艺,提高金属冲压件的抗氧化、防腐蚀能力。

本发明具体实施的技术方案是:
一种散热器壳体金属冲压件表面处理工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)取15质量份 苯甲酸、8质量份聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、2质量份钼酸钠、4质量份硝酸镍、4质量份氟化氢钠、2份质量植酸、3.6质量份羟丙基甲基纤维素混合,于110℃,反应3.5小时,制得金属表面处理剂;
2)在将13质量份金属表面处理剂与96质量份水混合,制得表面处理工作液;
3)将表面处理工作液升温至50℃,将金属冲压件置入表面处理工作液25分钟。

2)在将13质量份金属表面处理剂与96质量份水混合,制得表面处理工作液;
3)将表面处理工作液升温至50℃,将金属冲压件置入表面处理工作液25分钟。
