绿茶籽油:是用绿茶籽(果实)压榨的油, 绿茶籽含 25% 的亚油酸, 含超高的维生素E,维生素E含量达356mg/L, 维生素E是天然抗氧化剂,能通过阻止自由基的破坏作用,减少过氧化物的生成,延缓机体的衰老。茶多酚含量高,具有降低血糖、调节血脂、降低胆固醇和抗过敏、抗炎、保护视力等功效。绿叶籽中含有茶碱和亚麻酸,可预防心脑血管疾病 , 降低临界性高血压。绿茶叶籽中所含有的胡萝卜素具有维持生殖和泌尿***机能。
仙桃草:为玄参科植物坟母草带虫瘿的全草。拉丁植物动物矿物名:Veronica peregrina L。别名:蚊母草。味甘,微辛,性平。归肝,胃,肺经。功能主治:化瘀止血,清热消肿,止痛。主跌打损伤,咽喉肿痛,痈疽疮疡,咳血,吐血,衄血,肚胃气痛,疝气痛,痛经。
三叶芹:别名鸭儿芹、山芹、野蜀芹等,届伞形科鸭儿芹属多年生草本宿根植物。三叶片营养丰富、每100g可食部分含蛋白质1.1g,糖类2.6g,维生素A100国际单位,维生索B10.O4mg,维生素B20.02mg、维生素 C9mg,钙44mg,磷38mg,铁0.8g。用途:1.食用:幼苗及嫩茎叶洗净,直接炒食,素炒或加肉丝齐炒均可,味道极佳。煮蛋花汤或当调味料亦佳。2.药用:全草:发表散寒,温肺止咳。治食积腹痛,甲状腺肿,气虚食少,风寒感冒咳嗽,尿闭。叶外敷治蛇蜂螫伤。
山葵:别称山萮菜、哇沙蜜、泽山葵、溪山葵。十字花科。拉丁学名:Wasabia japonica。食用价值:1.根、茎、叶都是可以食用的,我们一般所使用的部分是它的根茎部。其根部外观成绿色长柱状,表面粗糙,食用时放置于磨泥器上作顺时针方向画圆弧磨成粗颗粒的山葵泥,搭配生鱼片或握寿司食用。为了不让它的香气太早挥发掉,应该在食用前才研磨。2.新鲜山葵磨成的山葵泥与我们日常看到牙膏型山葵酱比起来,其实并不辣,但是香气却是远远胜出许多。最贵的山葵根茎在日本拍卖,成交价1万日元(约合人民币600元)3.山葵通常以根部出售;山葵根需要磨成细泥状才能使用。山葵糊作成后需要密封好,防止气味挥发;因此寿司师傅制作寿司时会把山葵放在鱼和饭之间。4.山葵叶可以食用,也有山葵根的辣味。山葵叶用盐醋酱汁腌制过夜后可制成山葵沙拉,又可以用酱油开水烹煮,作为下饭、下酒的小菜或卷寿司的材料食用,甚至可以蘸上淀粉浆后炸成天妇罗。药用价值:性味:茎:辛、寒。效用:茎:促进食欲,杀菌,防腐,镇痛。治神经病,关节炎,鱼鸟肉中毒。
荚蒾:拉丁学名:Viburnum dilatatum Thunb。忍冬科,荚蒾属落叶灌木,高可达3米。观赏价值:荚蒾枝叶稠密,树冠球形;叶形美观,入秋变为红色;开花时节,纷纷白花布满枝头;果熟时,累累红果,令人赏心悦目。如此集叶花果为一树,实为观赏佳木,是制作盆景的良好素材。药用价值:别名酸汤杆、苦柴子、檕迷、挈檀(陆玑《诗疏》),羿先(《唐本草》),孩儿拳头(《救荒本草》)。性味归经: 枝、叶:酸,微寒。根:辛、涩,微寒。《唐本草》:"甘苦,平,无毒。《中华本草》味酸;性微寒。功能主治:疏风解毒;清热解毒;活血。主风热感冒;疔疮发热;产后伤风;跌打骨折。枝、叶:清热解毒,疏风解表。用于疔疮发热,风热感冒;外用治过敏性皮炎。药理作用:1.抗菌作用:本品煎剂在试管内对金黄色葡萄球菌、炭疽杆菌、白喉杆菌、绿脓杆菌、乙型链球菌、朋肠杆菌、伤寒杆菌和痢疾杆菌有不同程度的抑制作用。2.抗肿瘤作用:荚蒾叶甲醇提取物50μg/ml,在体外对人表皮样瘤鼻咽癌(KB)细胞有明显抑制作用,其抑制率为36.2%。果实无效。3.抗胆碱酯酶作用:甲醇提取物对人血浆胆碱酯酶在体外试验中有显着抑制作用,其抑制率大于80%。
具体实施方式
实施例1:一种野菜饼干,由以下有效组分及重量份组成:面粉60-80份、食盐3-4份、绿茶籽油8-10份,仙桃草嫩苗叶20-30份,三叶芹嫩茎叶25-30份,山葵嫩叶5-10份,荚蒾果实20-25份;选取新鲜的仙桃草嫩苗叶、三叶芹嫩茎叶、山葵嫩叶、荚蒾果实焯水后打成浆体后,再与面粉、食盐、绿茶籽油、纯净水搅拌调制成粘稠状,冲压成型后烘烤,温度250-300度,烘烤4-6分钟。纯净水加入量为原料搅拌调制成浆状即可。
焯水,就是将新鲜的仙桃草嫩苗叶、三叶芹嫩茎叶、山葵嫩叶、荚蒾果实放在开水锅中加热至半熟。
实施例2:一种野菜饼干,由以下有效组分及重量份组成:面粉:70克、食盐3克、绿茶籽油9克,仙桃草嫩苗叶25克,三叶芹嫩茎叶27克,山葵嫩叶7克,荚蒾果实22克;选取新鲜的仙桃草嫩苗叶、三叶芹嫩茎叶、山葵嫩叶、荚蒾果实焯水后打成浆体后,再与面粉、食盐、绿茶籽油、纯净水搅拌调制成粘稠状,冲压成型后烘烤,温度275度,烘烤5分钟。纯净水加入量为将原料搅拌调制成浆状即可。

本发明供65例气喘、过敏性皮炎症状人食用,每天食用1小片饼干,食用一定的天数后,对治疗气喘、过敏性皮炎效果明显,如下是部分具体例子。
Claims (2)
1.一种野菜饼干,其特征在于由以下有效组分及重量份组成:面粉60-80份、食盐3-4份、绿茶籽油8-10份,仙桃草嫩苗叶20-30份,三叶芹嫩茎叶25-30份,山葵嫩叶5-10份,荚蒾果实20-25份;选取仙桃草嫩苗叶、三叶芹嫩茎叶、山葵嫩叶、荚蒾果实焯水后打成浆体后,再与面粉、食盐、绿茶籽油、纯净水搅拌调制成粘稠状,冲压成型后烘烤。
2.根据权利要求1所述的野菜饼干,其特征在于由以下有效组分及重量份组成:面粉70份、食盐3份、绿茶籽油9份,仙桃草嫩苗叶25份,三叶芹嫩茎叶27份,山葵嫩叶7份,荚蒾果实22份;选取仙桃草嫩苗叶、三叶芹嫩茎叶、山葵嫩叶、荚蒾果实焯水后打成浆体后,再与面粉、食盐、绿茶籽油、纯净水搅拌调制成粘稠状,冲压成型后烘烤。
