本发明涉及一种防治高血糖的保健馒头。
背景技术
摄食过多甜食或含糖饮料导致高血糖的原因之一。正常情况下,人体能够通过激素调节和神经调节这两大调节***确保血糖的来源与去路保持平衡,使血糖维持在一定水平。但是在遗传因素(如糖尿病家族史)与环境因素(如不合理的膳食、肥胖等)的共同作用下,两大调节功能发生紊乱,就会出现血糖水平的升高。长期的高血糖会使全身各个组织器官发生病变,导致急慢性并发症的发生。如胰腺功能衰竭、失水、电解质紊乱、营养缺乏、抵抗力下降、肾功能受损、神经病变、眼底病变等。控制高血糖成为人们日常保健的重要课题。
糖尿病在中医看来主要是由于素体阴虚,五脏柔弱,复因饮食不节,过食肥甘,情志失调,劳欲过度,而导致肾阴亏虚,肺胃燥热;病机重点为阴虚燥热,而以阴虚为本,燥热为标;病延日久,阴损及阳,阴阳俱虚;阴虚燥热,耗津灼液使血液粘滞,血行涩滞而成瘀;阴损及阳,阳虚寒凝,亦可导致瘀血内阳。
