技术领域
本发明涉及一种金属焊接方法,特别是一种槽钢拼焊方形管焊接工艺。
背景技术
现有技术中,在由槽钢拼焊方形管的工艺中,普遍只焊接槽钢对接处的外面焊缝,机械强度差,气密性难以满足技术要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种对接处内、外两面分别焊接,工件变形小、强度高、密封性能好的槽钢拼焊方形管焊接工艺。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的具体工艺步骤如下:
1.焊件组装:将两块槽钢的槽口边对接装配,装配间隙小于1.5mm,在对接焊缝的外边线缝处加开90°的V形坡口、深度3~4mm,再在坡口处点焊固定,点焊间距38~42mm,槽钢两端安装引弧板。
2.表面清理:清除干净对接焊缝内、外边周围的油污、锈迹。
3.顺序焊接:针对对接焊缝,按照先内后外顺序焊接,内边焊接采用小型自动焊机、由含量95%的CO2气体加含量5%的氩气为保护气体进行自动焊接,外边焊接采用埋伏自动焊接,焊丝材料H08Mn2SiA、直径1.2mm,CO2气体纯度大于99.5%,氩气纯度大于99.95%,焊接电流380~390A、电压25V,保护气体流量20L/min,焊接速度27m/h,焊丝伸出长度18~20mm,焊丝与焊接前进方向夹角75°~80°,反极性接法。
本发明由于采用以上工艺方法,操作方便,效率高,成本低,工件变形小、强度高、密封性能好。
具体实施方式
1.选用16Mn槽钢,将两块槽钢的槽口边对接装配,装配间隙小于1.5mm,在对接焊缝的外边线缝处加开90°的V形坡口、深度3~4mm,再在坡口处点焊固定,点焊间距40mm,槽钢两端安装引弧板。
2.清除干净对接焊缝内、外边周围的油污、锈迹。
3.针对对接焊缝,按照先内后外顺序焊接,内边焊接采用小型自动焊机、由含量95%的CO2气体加含量5%的氩气为保护气体进行自动焊接,外边焊接采用埋伏自动焊接,焊丝材料H08Mn2SiA、直径1.2mm,CO2气体纯度大于99.5%,氩气纯度大于99.95%,焊接电流390A、电压25V,保护气体流量20L/min,焊接速度27m/h,焊丝伸出长度18~20mm,焊丝与焊接前进方向夹角75°~80°,反极性接法。

1.一种槽钢拼焊方形管焊接工艺,其特征是经过如下工艺步骤:
焊件组装:将两块槽钢的槽口边对接装配,装配间隙小于1.5mm,在对接焊缝的外边线缝处加开90°的V形坡口、深度3~4mm,再在坡口处点焊固定,点焊间距38~42mm,槽钢两端安装引弧板;
