本发明公开了一种缓解心烦失眠型龙眼味玉米粥,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制成:玉米碴500-550、湘莲13-14、仙灵脾2-3、犁头草2-3、川朴1.2-1.5、花椒籽8-9。本发明添加的麦冬具有除烦热、缓解心热烦闷,所含的仙灵脾具有调节神经衰弱,同时,还添加了龙眼肉、竹笋、百合、银耳等一些营养丰富,口味独特的辅料,使得玉米粥的口感更好,老少皆宜。

背景技术
    目前,随着人们生活水平的提高,对于食疗的要求也越来越重视,而玉米粥具有它独特的疗性成为人们喜爱它的重要原因,传统的玉米粥口味单一,且多不具有保健功能,已不能满足于消费者的需求。 
  
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种缓解心烦失眠型龙眼味玉米粥及其制备方法,本发明具有缓解心烦失眠、养血安神,且营养丰富的特点。 
本发明所采用的技术方案是: 
一种缓解心烦失眠型龙眼味玉米粥,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制成:
玉米碴500-550、湘莲13-14、仙灵脾2-3、犁头草2-3、川朴1.2-1.5、花椒籽8-9、麦冬2-3、 桑白皮1-2、丰花草3-4、板栗壳2-3、黄杨叶 4-5、大枣12-13、枸杞子10-11、芡实9-10、柏仁3-4、莜麦5-6、麦麸7-8、米糠8-9、竹笋10-12、百合5-6、银耳14-15、龙眼肉20-22、香草20-25、柏子仁11-14、营养添加剂60-66;
所述营养剂由下列重量份原料制成:板栗仁10-12、杏仁12-13、白茅根1-2、女贞叶0.8-0.9、萝卜丝2-3、鱼浆5-6、蒜头3-4、鸡皮5-6、蛋清8-9、马蹄2-3、异叶茴芹0.5-0.6、杜仲0.9-1、芥末1-2;
制备方法为:(1)按马蹄、杏仁、板栗仁采用烘烤箱至颜色微微变深,再用打粉机制成粉,再和水按照6:1的比例进行磨浆过滤,于离心机中离心10-12分钟,弃去上清液,得到粗制的果粉,将粗制果粉用清水洗涤、离心,反复操2-3次得到精制果粉,将精制果粉加水加热至糊化,后取出烘干研成粉;
(2)将白茅根、女贞叶、异叶茴芹、杜仲加5-6倍水,煎煮20-25分钟,过滤除渣,得药液,将药液与萝卜丝、蒜头、鸡皮混合加热至糊状,后取出烘干研成粉;
(3)将鱼浆、蛋清、芥末搅拌均匀,再转炉干炒熟化,再取出研成粉,再与步骤(1)、(2)所得为物料混合以及其他剩余原料混合均匀,即得。
所述缓解心烦失眠型龙眼味玉米粥的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤: 
(1)        将仙灵脾、犁头草、川朴、麦冬、 桑白皮、丰花草加5-6倍水,煎煮30-35分钟,过滤除渣,得药液,将龙眼肉、竹笋、百合、银耳放入药液中小火,煎煮5-7分钟,取出放入双螺杆挤压中,挤压成片状;
(2)        将大枣、枸杞子、芡实、柏仁、莜麦、麦麸、米糠放入打浆机中制浆,取出烘干,研成粉,再与香草混合放入转炉中炒香,过滤掉香草,得粉料;
(3)将玉米碴、湘莲混合炒香,再与步骤(1)、(2)中所得物料以及其他剩余原料混合,放入沸水中煮成粥,即得。
  
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明在传统的玉米种添加了多种名贵中药和多种营养丰富的辅料,其中,添加的麦冬具有除烦热、缓解心热烦闷,所含的仙灵脾具有调节神经衰弱,同时,还添加了龙眼肉、竹笋、百合、银耳等一些营养丰富,口味独特的辅料,使得玉米粥的口感更好,老少皆宜。

(2)将白茅根、女贞叶、异叶茴芹、杜仲加5-6倍水,煎煮20-25分钟,过滤除渣,得药液,将药液与萝卜丝、蒜头、鸡皮混合加热至糊状,后取出烘干研成粉;
(3)将鱼浆、蛋清、芥末搅拌均匀,再转炉干炒熟化,再取出研成粉,再与步骤(1)、(2)所得为物料混合以及其他剩余原料混合均匀,即得。
所述缓解心烦失眠型龙眼味玉米粥的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤: 
(1)        将仙灵脾、犁头草、川朴、麦冬、 桑白皮、丰花草加5-6倍水,煎煮30-35分钟,过滤除渣,得药液,将龙眼肉、竹笋、百合、银耳放入药液中小火,煎煮5-7分钟,取出放入双螺杆挤压中,挤压成片状;
(2)        将大枣、枸杞子、芡实、柏仁、莜麦、麦麸、米糠放入打浆机中制浆,取出烘干,研成粉,再与香草混合放入转炉中炒香,过滤掉香草,得粉料;
(3)将玉米碴、湘莲混合炒香,再与步骤(1)、(2)中所得物料以及其他剩余原料混合,放入沸水中煮成粥,即得。

玉米碴500-550、湘莲13-14、仙灵脾2-3、犁头草2-3、川朴1.2-1.5、花椒籽8-9、麦冬2-3、 桑白皮1-2、丰花草3-4、板栗壳2-3、黄杨叶 4-5、大枣12-13、枸杞子10-11、芡实9-10、柏仁3-4、莜麦5-6、麦麸7-8、米糠8-9、竹笋10-12、百合5-6、银耳14-15、龙眼肉20-22、香草20-25、柏子仁11-14、营养添加剂60-66;
所述营养剂由下列重量份原料制成:板栗仁10-12、杏仁12-13、白茅根1-2、女贞叶0.8-0.9、萝卜丝2-3、鱼浆5-6、蒜头3-4、鸡皮5-6、蛋清8-9、马蹄2-3、异叶茴芹0.5-0.6、杜仲0.9-1、芥末1-2;

2.根据权利要求1所述缓解心烦失眠型龙眼味玉米粥的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将仙灵脾、犁头草、川朴、麦冬、 桑白皮、丰花草加5-6倍水,煎煮30-35分钟,过滤除渣,得药液,将龙眼肉、竹笋、百合、银耳放入药液中小火,煎煮5-7分钟,取出放入双螺杆挤压中,挤压成片状;
(2)将大枣、枸杞子、芡实、柏仁、莜麦、麦麸、米糠放入打浆机中制浆,取出烘干,研成粉,再与香草混合放入转炉中炒香,过滤掉香草,得粉料;
(3)将玉米碴、湘莲混合炒香,再与步骤(1)、(2)中所得物料以及其他剩余原料混合,放入沸水中煮成粥,即得。
