背景技术
已知塑料箱、具体地加压的塑料油箱(DKKB)配置有拉杆,用于吸收作用于箱壳的张力。拉杆通常由与箱壳相同的材料、具体地由高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)制成。HDPE制成的拉杆能够在箱壳的生产期间密封到箱壳中,且因此生产的成本不高。
塑料制成的拉杆例如从US6338420B1已知。所述文献记载了一种用于机动车辆的塑料油箱,包括具有基部和顶部侧的中空的塑料容器主体和在所述中空的容器主体中的塑料支柱,塑料支柱的顶脚熔融粘结到油箱的顶部侧,并且塑料支柱的底脚熔融粘结到油箱的基部。
但是,塑料制成的拉杆在燃料作用下表现出膨胀性状,因此,拉杆且由此另外地塑料箱随时间而变形。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于改进用于塑料箱的拉杆,具体地在于确定这样的拉杆:其具有改进的在燃料作用下的长期特性,不易于变形,需要很少的安装空间,并且具有低的重量且易于生产。本发明的另外目的在于确定改进的塑料箱和用于生产塑料箱的工艺。
该目的通过一种用于塑料箱的拉杆实现,其中该拉杆具有塑料制成的端面,并且在端面之间具有金属制成的中心部件。
虽然,根据本发明,拉杆具有塑料制成的端面,并且因此能够容易地连接到塑料箱,具体地能够焊接到塑料箱的箱壳,但该拉杆根据本发明并非由塑料连续地制成,而是具有金属制成的中心部件,与相应的塑料部件相比,该金属制成的中心部件在较长时间段上不易于在燃料作用下变形。
该目的另外通过一种塑料箱实现,其中该塑料箱具有塑料制成的箱壳和至少一个根据本发明的拉杆。在这里,箱壳能够具体地由HDPE构成。
该目的另外通过一种用于生产这样的塑料箱的工艺实现,其中拉杆的端面在箱壳的生产期间被焊接到箱壳。由此,可以实现尺寸稳定的塑料箱的特别成本有效的生产。

可优选地,端面表示拉杆的端部的终止处。

根据另一优选实施方式,中心部件是具有开口的金属管。内部的中空管在构造有诸如狭槽的开口时使得箱的内容物可以被容纳在金属管的内部,且因此拉杆占据很少的油箱体积。
根据一个实施方式,拉杆的端部由穿孔的金属板形成,该穿孔的金属板通过注射成型用塑料包封。这建立了拉杆的金属和塑料之间的简单连接,并且在工艺中确保了拉杆的低重量。具有这一类型的端部的拉杆可优选地用金属棒作为中心部件。
根据一个实施方式,端部是塑料注射成型件。举例来说,注射成型件能够与中心部件一起用作具有开口的金属管。在这一方面,金属管可优选地被弯边到两个端部注射成型件上。塑料注射成型件也能够具有金属制成的内部支承套,用于加强。

具体实施方式
图1a、1b和1c示出了已知的拉杆。该拉杆由HDPE以单件形式生产。因此,拉杆的端面1和2同样地由HDPE构成,并且能够焊接到塑料箱。拉杆的中心部件3是HDPE固体材料。
图2a、2b和2c示出了根据本发明的拉杆。该拉杆具有塑料制成的端面1、2,并且在端面1、2之间具有金属制成的中心部件3。为此,在所示的实施方式中,使用细金属棒6作为中心部件3,所述金属棒在两端具有穿孔的金属板9。例如,孔12以旋转对称方式分布在穿孔的金属板9上。穿孔的金属板9通过注射成型用塑料包封,且因此在所有情况下,一个穿孔的金属板9和一个塑料包封一起形成端部4、5。因此,端部4和5的端面1和2由塑料、具体地由HDPE构成。
