本发明涉及一种隔音密封陶瓷套接管,包括塑料外管套和陶瓷内管套,所述塑料外管套的管套孔内穿接陶瓷内管套,塑料外管套靠上端的外管面设置连接螺纹,且塑料外管套和陶瓷内管套之间的管腔内填充消音棉,所述陶瓷内管套的套接孔由上管孔部、下管孔部、连接上管孔部和下管孔部的过渡孔部组成,且陶瓷内管套的套接孔内插接导液管,所述导液管下端是与过渡孔部配接的锥形管部,且导液管与上管孔部连接的管部表面均匀设置卡接条,所述上管孔部的孔壁面上均匀设置与卡接条连接的卡接槽。本发明具有隔音消音效果,连接密封性好,避免套接管与管道连接处出现液体渗漏,且拆装方便,便于检修。

技术领域
本发明涉及陶瓷管技术领域,尤其涉及一种隔音密封陶瓷套接管。
背景技术
现有的套接管多是采用金属或塑料制成,其中金属管耐腐蚀性差,塑料管抗压抗老化能力差,套接管的使用寿命短,且现有套接管多用砖砌包围并用水泥封死,便于与周围的墙体一同粉刷或是贴瓷砖,该种方法虽然对管道的保护坚实,但是存在着不少缺点:砌砖占用空间大、且出现泄漏问题时拆卸检修不方便,且现有的套接管不具有隔音消音的功能,如卫生间的下水管道进出听得见冲洗时的流水声,同时套接管与管道的连接处经常因密封性不好而出现泄漏。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种隔音密封陶瓷套接管,液体流过套接管时具有隔音效果,且与管道连接的密封性好,拆装方便。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种隔音密封陶瓷套接管,包括塑料外管套和陶瓷内管套,所述塑料外管套的管套孔内穿接陶瓷内管套,塑料外管套靠上端的外管面设置连接螺纹,且塑料外管套和陶瓷内管套之间的管腔内填充消音棉,所述陶瓷内管套的套接孔由上管孔部、下管孔部、连接上管孔部和下管孔部的过渡孔部组成,且陶瓷内管套的套接孔内插接导液管,所述导液管下端是与过渡孔部配接的锥形管部,且导液管与上管孔部连接的管部表面均匀设置卡接条,所述上管孔部的孔壁面上均匀设置与卡接条连接的卡接槽。
进一步地,所述上管孔部的孔径大于下管孔部的孔径。
进一步地,所述导液管上穿接固定帽,所述导液管通过固定帽与塑料外管套的连接螺纹旋接固定。
进一步地,所述上管孔部和过渡孔部的形状大小和导液管外形大小相配。
进一步地,所述卡接槽两侧槽壁面上设置齿槽,且在齿槽内设置橡胶层,所述卡接条两侧面上设置与齿槽插接的齿条。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过在塑料外管套和陶瓷内管套之间的管腔内填充消音棉,当导液管内的液体从陶瓷内管套的套接孔流过时,可有效吸收液体流动时产生的噪音,具有隔音消音效果,且陶瓷内管套的套接孔由上管孔部、下管孔部、连接上管孔部和下管孔部的过渡孔部组成,并在上管孔部的孔壁上均匀设置卡接槽,且卡接槽与导液管的管部表面设置卡接条插接,同时卡接槽两侧槽壁面上设置齿槽,且在齿槽内设置橡胶层,齿槽与接条两侧的齿条实现密封插接,并且过渡孔部是与导液管下端锥形管部配接的锥形孔,陶瓷内管套与导液管连接密封性好,避免套接管与管道连接处出现液体渗漏,同时导液管通过固定帽与塑料外管套的连接螺纹旋接,实现与塑料外管套的固定连接,拆装方便,便于检修。

如图1-5所示,本发明涉及一种隔音密封陶瓷套接管,包括塑料外管套1和陶瓷内管套4,所述塑料外管套1的管套孔内穿接陶瓷内管套4,塑料外管套1靠上端的外管面设置连接螺纹9,且塑料外管套1和陶瓷内管套4之间的管腔内填充消音棉2,所述陶瓷内管套4的套接孔由上管孔部10、下管孔部8、连接上管孔部10和下管孔部8的过渡孔部11组成,且陶瓷内管套4的套接孔内插接导液管3,所述导液管3下端是与过渡孔部11配接的锥形管部6,且导液管3与上管孔部10连接的管部表面均匀设置卡接条5,所述上管孔部10的孔壁面上均匀设置与卡接条5连接的卡接槽13,所述上管孔部10的孔径大于下管孔部8的孔径,所述导液管3上穿接固定帽7,所述导液管3通过固定帽7与塑料外管套1的连接螺纹9旋接固定,所述上管孔部10和过渡孔部11的形状大小和导液管3外形大小相配,所述卡接槽13两侧槽壁面上设置齿槽14,且在齿槽14内设置橡胶层15,所述卡接条5两侧面上设置与齿槽14插接的齿条12。
综上所述,本发明通过在塑料外管套1和陶瓷内管套4之间的管腔内填充消音棉2,当导液管3内的液体从陶瓷内管套4的套接孔流过时,可有效吸收液体流动时产生的噪音,具有隔音消音效果,且陶瓷内管套4的套接孔由上管孔部10、下管孔部8、连接上管孔部10和下管孔部8的过渡孔部11组成,并在上管孔部10的孔壁上均匀设置卡接槽13,且卡接槽13与导液管3的管部表面设置的卡接条5插接,同时卡接槽13两侧槽壁面上设置齿槽14,且在齿槽14内设置橡胶层15,齿槽14与卡接条5两侧的齿条12实现密封插接,并且过渡孔部11是与导液管3下端锥形管部6配接的锥形孔,陶瓷内管套4与导液管3连接密封性好,避免套接管与管道连接处出现液体渗漏,同时导液管3通过固定帽7与塑料外管套1的连接螺纹旋接,实现与塑料外管套1的固定连接,拆装方便,便于检修。

1.一种隔音密封陶瓷套接管,包括塑料外管套(1)和陶瓷内管套(4),其特征在于,所述塑料外管套(1)的管套孔内穿接陶瓷内管套(4),塑料外管套(1)靠上端的外管面设置连接螺纹(9),且塑料外管套(1)和陶瓷内管套(4)之间的管腔内填充消音棉(2),所述陶瓷内管套(4)的套接孔由上管孔部(10)、下管孔部(8)、连接上管孔部(10)和下管孔部(8)的过渡孔部(11)组成,且陶瓷内管套(4)的套接孔内插接导液管(3),所述导液管(3)下端是与过渡孔部(11)配接的锥形管部(6),且导液管(3)与上管孔部(10)连接的管部表面均匀设置卡接条(5),所述上管孔部(10)的孔壁面上均匀设置与卡接条(5)连接的卡接槽(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音密封陶瓷套接管,其特征在于,所述上管孔部(10)的孔径大于下管孔部(8)的孔径。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音密封陶瓷套接管,其特征在于,所述导液管(3)上穿接固定帽(7),所述导液管(3)通过固定帽(7)与塑料外管套(1)的连接螺纹(9)旋接固定。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音密封陶瓷套接管,其特征在于,所述上管孔部(10)和过渡孔部(11)的形状大小和导液管(3)外形大小相配。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音密封陶瓷套接管,其特征在于,所述卡接槽(13)两侧槽壁面上设置齿槽(14),且在齿槽(14)内设置橡胶层(15),所述卡接条(5)两侧面上设置与齿槽(14)插接的齿条(12)。
