Abstract

本发明涉及一种双固化有机硅改性聚氨酯胶黏剂制备。利用高折射钛杂化硅树脂对聚氨酯进行改性,一方面引入高折射率的Ti和耐高温的Si,提高树脂折光率与耐温性能,同时Ti的引入进一步催化了Si原子上烷氧基湿气固化;另一方面,体系中的-NCO基团可与固化剂HDI进一步反应固化,提高固化物交联密度,从而提高固化物机械性能。

一种双固化有机硅改性聚氨酯胶黏剂制备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种钛杂化有机硅改性聚氨酯预聚物结构设计。
背景技术
随着社会的进步与发展,高折射聚氨酯材料备受人们关注。目前研究的高折射聚氨酯材料,大多是通过将硫元素引入聚氨酯体系中,提高材料的折射率。但此类聚氨酯材料使用仍然受到温度限制,热稳定性较差。而有机硅在很早时间就用于聚氨酯的改性,因为其独特的Si-O-Si键具有较大的内聚能,赋予了有机硅材料优异的耐高温性能。通过共聚将有机硅与聚氨酯两者的优异性能结合起来,是改善有机硅材料和聚氨酯材料性能的一条重要途径。另外,高折射率的钛杂化有机硅材料也在被广泛研究。本文通过钛杂化硅树脂改性聚氨酯,一方面提高了聚氨酯材料的折射率,另一方面提高的聚氨酯材料的耐高温性能,扩大了聚氨酯材料的使用范围。
发明内容
本发明制备了钛杂化有机硅改性聚氨酯预聚物,提高了聚氨酯材料折射率,同时提高了聚氨酯材料耐热性能,扩大了聚氨酯材料使用范围。
该聚氨酯胶粘剂组分按重量计为:
预聚物                                20-50份
固化剂HDI                             5-12份
酯类稀释剂                            5-20份
预聚物结构式如下:
(Ⅰ)式中R1可为苯基,乙烯基,烷氧基;R2可为苯基,乙烯基,烷氧基;R3可为丁氧基,丙氧基,异丙氧基,乙氧基。
R基团结构为:
其中x取值为1-10;R5为脂肪族二元异氰酸酯或芳香族二元异氰酸酯;R4为聚酯或聚醚二元醇
具体实施方法
实施例1
取预聚物40份,稀释剂7份,加入真空搅拌机内,脱水共混,取出共混物加入高速分散机中,再加入固化剂HDI7份,继续真空状态充分搅拌,即得到单组分高折射聚氨酯胶粘剂。
实施例2
取预聚物25份,稀释剂5份,加入真空搅拌机内,脱水共混,取出共混物加入高速分散机中,再加入固化剂HDI5份,继续真空状态充分搅拌,即得到单组分高折射聚氨酯胶粘剂。
实施例3
取预聚物30份,稀释剂6份,加入真空搅拌机内,脱水共混,取出共混物加入高速分散机中,再加入固化剂HDI6份,继续真空状态充分搅拌,即得到单组分高折射聚氨酯胶粘剂。

1.一种双固化有机硅改性聚氨酯胶黏剂制备,其特征在于:该聚氨酯胶粘剂组分按重量计为: 
预聚物                                             30-50份 
固化剂HDI                                          5-12份 
酯类稀释剂                                         10-20份。 
2.一种双固化有机硅改性聚氨酯胶黏剂制备,其特征在于,结构式如下: 
(Ⅰ)式中R1可为苯基,乙烯基,烷氧基;R2可为苯基,乙烯基,烷氧基;R3可为丁氧基,丙氧基,异丙氧基,乙氧基;R基团结构为: 
其中x取值为1-10;R5为脂肪族二元异氰酸酯或芳香族二元异氰酸酯;R4为聚酯或聚醚二元醇。
