背景技术
    人们日常生活,离不开食品、饮料,人们对其口味和营养以及特殊的保健功能的要求也在逐渐升高,市场上的饮料、食品种类已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生保健的食品、饮品越来越受到消费者的青睐。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种金针菇橘子汁及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种金针菇橘子汁,由以下重量份原料制成:橘子300-330、猕猴桃120-130、樱桃50-60、矿泉水300-320、嫩玉米100-120、金针菇35-40、冬瓜40-50、厚朴花5-7、莲子8-10、冬瓜皮5-6、菊花粉5-7、黄芩5-6、赤瓜木2-3、荷叶灰2-3、营养液10-13、蔗糖适量、水适量:
营养液,由以下重量份原料制成:红豆汁50-60、雪莲菌10-15、大蒜15-20、糯米酒40-50、香蜂草8-10、苹果花5-6、枸杞6-7、百合6-7、水适量;
营养液的制备方法:(1)将糯米酒混合香蜂草放入碾磨机中碾磨,待香蜂草被碾碎成末,过滤,得到浆液;
(2)将雪莲菌、大蒜洗净放入锅中,加红豆汁,加热焖煮30-40分钟,将锅中所有物料打成浆汁,过滤,得浆液;
(3)将苹果花、枸杞、百合用5-8倍量的水提取,得提取液,与步骤1、步骤2的浆液混合,搅拌均匀即得营养液。
一种金针菇橘子汁的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将橘子放在铺有炭火的铁丝网上烤,待有橘子的烤香味溢出时,将橘子取下,与猕猴桃、樱桃一起洗净,取其果肉,与矿泉水一起放入榨汁机中榨汁,过滤,得到果汁备用;
(2)将冬瓜去皮去籽,与洗净的嫩玉米、金针菇混合,切碎后放入锅中,加适量水,加热焖煮30-40分钟,将锅中所有物料碾磨成浆液,过滤,取滤液备用;
(3)将厚朴花、莲子、冬瓜皮、菊花粉、黄芩、赤瓜木、荷叶灰用5-9倍量的水提取,得提取液备用;
(4)将果汁、步骤2中滤液、提取液与剩余原料中除水外的其他食用成分合并,充分搅拌,混合均匀后灌装即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明公开了一种金针菇橘子汁,添加橘子、猕猴桃、冬瓜等,口感好,能够补充人体必需维生素、消除皮下脂肪,厚朴花、莲子、冬瓜皮、菊花粉、黄芩等提取物有一定的排毒养颜、清热降火的作用,适合容易上火长痘的人饮用。

1.一种金针菇橘子汁,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:橘子300-330、猕猴桃120-130、樱桃50-60、矿泉水300-320、嫩玉米100-120、金针菇35-40、冬瓜40-50、厚朴花5-7、莲子8-10、冬瓜皮5-6、菊花粉5-7、黄芩5-6、赤瓜木2-3、荷叶灰2-3、营养液10-13、蔗糖适量、水适量:
