本发明涉及一种通过用矿物加工和处理废弃塑料材料,以生产具有高强度和低成本的热塑性复合材料的方法。本发明的目的是使用一种回收方法,其包含高用量的添加剂,由此获得具有较高强度的复合材料。本发明的另一个目的是使用一种回收方法,其中在生产过程中使用高用量的添加剂,且生产中使用的机器未被损坏。

Description

回收废弃热塑性材料和在复合材料生产中利用这些回收的热塑性复合材料的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种通过用矿物加工和处理废弃塑料材料以生产具有高强度和低成本的热塑性复合材料的方法。
背景技术
如今,由于例如木材、金属、铁、石膏等材料的成本较高,所以生产出可以替代以上提及的材料的复合材料。
热塑性复合材料主要通过加工塑料材料,和向塑料中加入各种化学和其他添加剂生产出来。这些添加剂的目的是不增加成本的情况下,改善热塑性材料的机械性能和化学性能。然而,制得的热塑性材料不具有人们所希望的成本。这种情况也使在建筑工业(construction and building industries)中使用这些材料变的更加困难。
现今,也使用回收方法获得热塑性复合材料。。从经济和环境角度考虑,从废物中的废弃塑料中收集的,可以用在热塑性复合材料中的塑料材料是优选的。然而,当废弃塑料材料表面的例如污垢、油、化学物等没有被完全清除时,得到的热塑性复合材料的质量会变差。
废弃塑料材料的回收方法主要由以下步骤组成:将废弃塑料与混杂物分离,将塑料材料切成小片,熔融并浇铸成期望的模塑体,冷却并获得期望的产品。除此之外,各种热塑性复合材料通过在以上提及的熔融步骤中,加入添加剂到塑料材料中被生产出来。
已知技术中的日本专利文献JP2007130885公开了一种高强度、良好的耐久性和长寿命的复合材料生产体系。在这种方法中,首要步骤主要是确定加入塑料中的添加剂的量和尺寸。然后,确定添加剂的量和种类。第三步是关于熔化混合物,并控制模具中成型的混合物中添加剂的由以上步骤确定的用量和种类。
已知技术中的日本专利文献JP2009132939公开了一种耐用的复合材料生产技术,其中废弃塑料材料被用作原材料,并将添加剂混合进去。可回收塑料优先含有聚合物,其次含有聚合物以及残余添加剂。
已知技术中的日本专利文献JP2010234812公开了一种通过使用不同的技术和方法得到的高强度、良好的耐久性和长寿命的塑料模塑体生产方法。对于回收的含有2种或更多添加剂的废弃塑料材料,将废弃塑料从混杂材料分离,然后分别熔融和成模。以混合过滤的方式将金属从塑料中分离出来,确定添加剂的类型和用量后,将分离的金属和添加剂加入到可回收塑料中。
已知技术中的日本专利文献JP2004042461公开了在含有混杂物的废弃塑料中的例如清洗污垢、油污、泥土、非期望的化学品和食品废物等的过程管理以及分离和干燥。可回收塑料材料通过在液体中切成小片的形式被变成粉末。然后塑料材料被粘附或者其中含有的材料被从塑料中分离出来。通过液相分离、整形或塑性熔融将展示位置的材料分离出来。
然而,被混合到塑料材料中的添加剂的用量对获得的产品的强度非常重要。加入的添加剂越多(化学品或矿物质),所获得材料的强度会成比例地提高。但是,当高用量的添加剂被混入废弃材料中,混合物的熔融会产生更多的问题。通常在挤出机中实施这些程序。在挤压机中,供给塑料废弃材料和添加剂,得到面团状的复合材料。在这种情况下,当高用量的添加剂被混入混合物中,磨损和分解会在机器中发生,当使用少量的添加剂时,材料不能达到所期望的强度性能。
对于现有技术中已知所使用的通过例如注射和挤出体系运行的塑料加工机器,工作原理是在压力作用下迫使熔融材料通过小孔排出。在体系中具有一个进料区(圆锥或侧面进料螺杆),一个蜗轮(也被称作阿基米德螺杆,它具有压缩和推进机构)和圆柱体(外壳),其中的齿轮向里移动,并且其可以抵抗高压和高达500℃的高温。这种情形增加了机器生产和运行的花费。
另外,对于现有技术中所使用的通过例如注射和挤出体系运行的塑料加工机器,因为从热塑性喂料区开始供给具有一定硬度和摩擦性能的填料,机器上会发生更多的磨损。这种情形增加了机器的维护和修理费用。
此外,对于现有技术中所使用的通过例如注射和挤出体系运行的塑料加工机器,当熔融混合物到达压缩区,其不能被压缩,因为矿物是不可压缩的,它会导致齿轮被堵塞或被产生的非常高的反向转矩力破坏。因此,熔融热塑性混合物中不会使用大量的矿物,并且混合物无法达到所需要的强度值。
另外,对于现有技术中所使用的通过例如注射和挤出体系运行的塑料加工机器,需要使用很特别的模具,这些模具的价格很高。
此外,对于现有技术中所使用的通过例如注射和挤出体系运行的塑料加工机器,材料通过机器自身被注射到模具中,所需要的压力也由机器自身产生。因此,这些机器十分复杂和昂贵。
另外,对于现有技术中所使用的通过例如注射和挤出体系运行的塑料加工机器,由于模具连接在机器上,当材料在模具中冷却时,机器无法工作。结果,这些体系靠起停原理运行,其生产能力比较低。
另一个问题是将面团状的塑料材料挤压到模具中之后等待冷却的周期。在这种情形下,机器无法运行,直到模具中的复合材料冷却。
发明简述
本发明的目的是提供一种废弃塑料的回收方法,该方法会使生产成本降低。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种回收方法,其中的废弃塑料从表面带有污垢、油污、化学品等的材料中清洗出来。
本发明还有另一个目的是提供一种回收方法,其含有较高用量的添加剂,由此可获得具有高强度性能的复合材料。
本发明还有另一个目的是提供一种回收方法,其中在生产中使用高用量的添加剂,且生产中所使用的机器不会被损坏。
本发明还有另一个目的是提供一种回收方法,其具有较低的能量损耗。
为了实现本发明的目的,其回收废弃塑料材料和在复合材料生产中使用这些回收塑料的方法包括以下步骤:
-向开包机中供料,由此释放多种类型的成捆的热塑性废弃材料(110),
-将废弃塑料材料供料给分离装置,在该装置中将这些材料与岩石、泥土、沙子和其它粗糙的混杂物相分离(120),
-将废弃塑料材料供料给切割机中,通过高速刀片将废弃塑料切割成小块,与此同时通过向机器中注射水进行清洗(130),
-将被切成小片的废弃的塑料材料供料给浑水分离机中,通过离心力将小片材料与浑水分离(140),
-将所述材料转移到装满水的池子中进行漂洗,与此同时,将沙子以及可能会残留在该材料上面的较重的其他材料沉淀(150),
-将所述材料转移到有机污染物分离机中,清洗该材料上不能通过前述步骤中的离心力去除的油污和其他有机混杂物(160),
-将所述材料转移到水分离机中,通过离心力分离该材料上的水和湿气(170),
-通过转移到储料仓将所述材料储存(180),
-将所述材料转移到干燥机中,通过加热将该材料干燥,与此同时通过折碎(crinkling)将其粉末化,以便在后来的程序中更容易向机器中供料(190),
-通过转移到储料仓将干燥并折碎的(crinkled)材料储存(200),
-将所述材料转移到卧式反应器(210),
-在压力下将卧式反应器中的材料加热至350℃的温度(220),
-通过侧面供料装置,将涂料和增容剂化学材料加入到在卧式反应器中加热的材料中(230),
-通过另一个侧面供料装置,将矿物材料加入已经加入涂料和增容剂化学材料并已在卧式反应器中加热的所述材料中(240),
-加热塑料材料直到链状连接被破坏,交联得以建立,所述材料彼此在分子水平上重新连接(250),
-在熔融复合材料冷却前,迅速将其从卧式反应器中倾倒入模具中,并在模具内部压缩的压力下冷却(260)。
具体实施方式
为了实现本发明的目的,回收废弃塑料材料并在复合材料生产中使用这些回收塑料的方法图示在附图中,其中:
图-1是方法的流程图。
首先,将多种类型的热塑性废弃塑料材料供料给开包机中,释放压缩的废弃塑料材料。(110)
将废弃塑料材料供料给分离装置,将其与岩石、泥土、沙子和其它粗糙的混杂物相分离。(120)
将废弃塑料材料供料给切割机中,通过高速刀片将废弃塑料切割成小块,与此同时通过向机器中注射水进行清洗。(130)
将被切成小片的废弃的塑料材料供料给浑水分离机中,通过离心力将小片材料与浑水分离。(140)
将所述材料转移到装满水的池子中进行漂洗,与此同时,将沙子和可能会残留在所述材料上面的较重的材其他料沉淀。(150)
将所述材料转移到有机污染物分离机中,清洗该材料上不能通过前述步骤中的离心力去除的油污和其他有机混杂物。(160)
将所述材料转移到水分离机中,通过离心力分离该材料上的水和湿气。(170)
通过转移到储料仓将材料储存。(180)
将所述材料转移到干燥机中,通过加热将该材料干燥,与此同时通过折碎将其粉末化,以便在后来的程序中更容易向机器中投料。(190)
通过转移到储料仓将干燥和折碎的材料储存。(200)
将所述材料转移到卧式反应器。(210)
在压力下将卧式反应器中的所述材料加热至350℃的温度。(220)
通过侧面供料装置,向在卧式反应器中加热的所述材料注入涂料和增容剂化学材料。(230)
通过另一个侧面供料装置,将矿物材料注入体系。(240)
混合物被持续混合和加热,直到塑料材料的链状连接被破坏和支化,且交联建立形成,材料彼此在分子水平上重新连接,一直等到反应结束。(250)
在熔融复合材料冷却前,迅速将其从卧式反应器中倾倒入模具中,并在模具内部压缩的压力下冷却。(260)
根据本发明的方法,可在热塑性塑料中加入较高用量的添加剂,因为填料加入后没有压缩,以及没有产生大的反向转矩。
根据本发明的体系,通过在塑料材料熔融后的反应过程中加入填料来阻止热能的丧失,同时避免对于填料不必要的能量消耗。
根据本发明的体系,由于在塑料材料熔融之后,填料和矿物被送入反应器,所以机器的磨损被最小化。
本发明的方法极大节约了能量。在当前所使用的例如注射和挤出体系运行的塑料加工机器中,在起始的时候,将填料与热塑性材料同时被送入机器中,混合物需要被加热到热塑性材料的熔融温度之上。在此必须消耗能量来加热热塑性塑料和填料。根据本发明所述的体系中,加热填料不一定需要消耗能量,由于填料在后期阶段被送入体系。
根据本发明的方法,从卧式反应器中流出的熔融复合材料被迅速倒入模具中并在压力的压缩下冷却。使用的多模具体系依赖于卧式反应器的容量和模具中熔融复合材料的冷却时间。模具被按顺序放置,一个模具被充满然后脱模冷却,旁边的模具继续运行。模具中的压缩通过液压来实施。体系中使用非溢流(non flooding)压缩成型方法。通过这种方法,具有大体积和一定重量的塑料材料在模具中通过压力压缩进较小容量的模腔。在非溢流压缩模具中,冲压驱动与模腔以汽缸活塞体系那样相匹配。
根据本发明的方法,模具很简单,生产成本也很便宜,这是由于使用了非溢流压缩成型方法。
根据本发明的方法,由于压缩模具所需要的压力通过液压来提供,其为体系的单独部分,体系的机器不需要很复杂,因此投资花费会比较低。
根据本发明的方法,由于所使用的模具并未与机器接触,以及使用的是多模具体系,当材料在模具中冷却时,其他机器继续运转。结果,根据本发明的方法通过连续工作原理运转,且生产能力比较高。

Claims (1)

1.一种回收废弃塑料材料并在复合材料生产中使用这些回收塑料的方法,其特征在于包含如下步骤:
-向开包机中供料,由此释放多种类型的压缩的热塑性废弃材料(110),
-将废弃塑料材料供料给分离装置,在该装置中将其与岩石、泥土、沙子和其它粗糙的混杂物相分离(120),
-将废弃塑料材料供料给切割机中,通过高速刀片将废弃塑料切割成小块,与此同时通过向机器中注射水进行清洗(130),
-将被切成小片的废弃塑料材料供料给浑水分离机中,通过离心力将小片材料与浑水分离(140),
-将所述材料转移到装满水的池子中进行漂洗,与此同时,将沙子和可能会残留在该材料上的较重的其他材料沉淀(150),
-将所述材料转移到有机污染物分离机中,清洗在材料上不能通过前述步骤中的离心力去除的油污和其他有机混杂物(160),
-将所述材料转移到水分离机中,通过离心力分离该材料上的水和湿气(170),
-通过转移到储料仓将所述材料储存(180),
-将所述材料转移到干燥机中,通过加热将该材料干燥,与此同时通过折碎将其粉末化,以便在后来的程序中更容易向机器中供料(190),
-通过转移到储料仓将干燥和折碎的材料储存(200),
-将所述材料转移到卧式反应器(210),
-在压力下将卧式反应器中的材料加热至350℃的温度(220),

-通过另一个侧面供料装置,将矿物材料加入已经加入涂料和增容剂化学材料并在卧式反应器中已加热的所述材料中(240),
-加热塑料材料直到链状连接被破坏,交联得以建立,所述材料彼此在分子水平上重新连接(250),
-在熔融复合材料冷却前,迅速将其从卧式反应器中倾倒入模具中,并在模具内部压缩的压力下冷却。(260)
