Abstract

本发明涉及一种经济环保型降解塑料片材及其制备方法。经济环保型降解塑料母料由聚烯烃、碳酸钙、光敏剂、氧化降解剂、生物降解控制剂、加工助剂、偶联剂、热稳定剂、光稳定剂和抗氧化剂组成。片材的原料组成按重量份数计为经济环保型降解塑料母料30份,活性碳酸钙60~100份,短纤维10~20份,偶联剂0.5~2.5份。本发明提供了经济环保型降解母料的生产方法,该母料还可与其他塑料混合加工成可降解的塑料制品。本发明中加工经济环保型降解片材的技术,与现有技术相比,采用大量碳酸钙和短纤维作为加工原料,降低生产成本的同时,保证产品的使用要求。该片材具有耐高温、耐水、耐油性等化学稳定性,可用于食品、玩具、五金和电子产品等包装领域,具有生物分解速度快、成本低廉、易于实现产业化等优点。

经济环保型降解塑料片材及其制备方法
技术领域
本专利涉及降解塑料技术领域,特指一种经济环保型降解塑料母料及其片材的制备方法。
背景技术
近年来降解塑料作为缓和环境污染的有效手段,引起了人们的广泛关注。但是由于降解塑料的各项性能指标和传统塑料相比还有一定差距,而且生产成本偏高导致其市场接受度还不是很高,难以进行推广使用。
本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
(1)外观保持了材料的表面光洁、无毒、无害、无异味,使用的都是食品级原料,卫生清洁;
(2)产品具有足够的力学性能和耐高温、耐水、耐油性等化学稳定性,完全满足食品包装材料的餐盒、吸塑注塑产品的使用要求;
(3)使用过的制品,在1~2年内能在自然条件下分解为水和二氧化碳,生物降解速度快,而不会产生白色污染,符合环保的要求;
(4)生产过程可以实现机械化,自动化,规模化,产业化,材料成本低廉,市场前景广阔,需求巨大。
发明内容
本发明解决了现有技术用于降解塑料片材加工原料高成本的问题,提供了一种技术,采用碳酸钙和纤维增强作为生产原料,降低了产品成本,又保证满足了产品的强度要求和使用要求,
本发明的技术内容如下:
1)以重量份数计:A、经济环保型降解塑料母料的配方:聚烯烃10~30份、光敏剂0.02~0.3份、氧化降解剂10~30份、生物降解控制剂0.02~0.3份、加工助剂0.5~2.5份、偶联剂0.5~2.5份、热稳定剂1~20份、光稳定剂1~20份、抗氧化剂1~5份、碳酸钙20~40份。B、经济环保型降解塑料片材配方:经济环保型降解塑料母料30份、聚烯烃70份、活性碳酸钙60~100份、短纤维10~20份、偶联剂0.5~2.5份。
2)经济环保型降解塑料片材制备方法:A、预先将填充料碳酸钙按配方放入高速混炼机高速转动,偶联剂用溶剂稀释,喷入碳酸钙材料内,混合均匀,加入聚烯烃、光敏剂、氧化降解剂、生物降解控制剂、加工助剂热稳定剂、光稳定剂、抗氧化剂,并控制温度在60~100℃以内共混均匀,混合均匀后,放入低速混合机混合冷却,然后加入双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒作为经济环保型降解塑料母料;B、将活性碳酸钙、短纤维加入转速为800转/分钟的高速混合机中加入偶联剂与之相混合均匀,然后加入聚烯烃,控制温度在60~100℃以内共混均匀,混合均匀后,放入低速混合机混合冷却,然后加入双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒;将制备的塑料粒子再和经济环保型降解塑料母料在高速混合机中混合均匀,一起加入单螺杆挤出成型机挤出片材产品。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例,对本发明做详细的描述。
实施例1:
1)经济环保型降解塑料母料的制备:预先将填充料碳酸钙30份按配方放入高速混炼机高速转动,硅烷偶联剂1份用溶剂稀释,喷入碳酸钙材料内,混合均匀,加入聚丙烯20份、烷氧基镍0.1份、硬脂酸铁10份、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯0.05份、聚乙烯蜡1份、硬脂酸锌5份、水杨酸-4-叔丁基苯酯3份,1-羟基-3-甲基-4-异丙苯2份,并控制温度在60~100℃以内共混均匀,混合均匀后,放入低速混合机混合冷却,然后加入双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒作为经济环保型降解塑料母料;
2)环保型降解塑料片材的制备:将碳酸钙80份、短纤维10份加入转速为800转/分钟的高速混合机中加入硅烷偶联剂1.5份与之相混合均匀,加入聚丙烯40份,控制温度在60~100℃以内共混均匀,混合均匀后,放入低速混合机混合冷却,然后加入双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒;将制备的塑料粒子再和经济环保型降解塑料母料30份在混合机中混合均匀,一起加入单螺杆挤出成型机挤出片材产品。
实施例2:
1)经济环保型降解塑料母料的制备:预先将填充料碳酸钙40份按配方放入高速混炼机高速转动,钛酸酯偶联剂1.5份用溶剂稀释,喷入碳酸钙材料内,混合均匀,加入聚丙烯25份、烷氧基镍0.2份、硬脂酸锰10份、聚丙交酯0.08份、环氧大豆油1.5份、硬脂酸锌5份、水杨酸-4-辛基苯酯3份,2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚2份,并控制温度在60~100℃以内共混均匀,混合均匀后,放入低速混合机混合冷却,然后加入双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒作为经济环保型降解塑料母料;
2)环保型降解塑料片材的制备:将碳酸钙30份、短纤维15份加入转速为800转/分钟的高速混合机中加入硅烷偶联剂2份与之相混合均匀,加入聚丙烯35份,控制温度在60~100℃以内共混均匀,混合均匀后,放入低速混合机混合冷却,然后加入双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒;将制备的塑料粒子再和经济环保型降解塑料母料30份在混合机中混合均匀,一起加入单螺杆挤出成型机挤出片材产品。
根据以上说明书的指示,本发明所属领域的技术人员还可以将经济环保型降解塑料母料和其他塑料混合加工成塑料制品,在实际应用中可对本发明作适当调整修改,产品均能在6~18个月内最终与土壤同化。

Claims (10)

1.一种经济环保型降解塑料片材,其特征在于,按重量份数计,其原料组成包括:经济环保型降解塑料母料30份、聚烯烃70份、活性碳酸钙60~100份、短纤维10~20份、偶联剂0.5~2.5份;所述经济环保型降解塑料母料组成包括:聚烯烃10~30份、光敏剂0.02~0.3份、氧化降解剂10~30份、生物降解控制剂0.02~0.3份、加工助剂0.5~2.5份、偶联剂0.5~2.5份、热稳定剂1~20份、光稳定剂1~20份、抗氧化剂1~5份、碳酸钙20~40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的经济环保型降解塑料片材,其特征在于:所述的聚烯烃为:聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的经济环保型降解塑料片材,其特征在于:所述的偶联剂为:钛酸酯偶联剂、铝酸酯偶联剂硅烷偶联剂中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的经济环保型降解塑料片材,其特征在于:所述的光敏剂为烷基镍、烷氧基镍、烷硫基镍、双(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苄基膦酸单乙脂)镍、2,2’-硫代双(4-叔辛基酚氧基)镍-正丁胺络合物、2,2’-硫代双(4-叔辛基酚氧基)镍。
5.根据权利要求1所述的经济环保型降解塑料片材,其特征在于:所述的氧化降解剂为:正辛基二茂铁、正辛酞基二茂铁、十一烯酞基二茂铁、硬脂酸铁、硬脂酸锰、硬脂酸钴、硬脂酸铜。
6.根据权利要求1所述的经济环保型降解塑料片材,其特征在于:所述的抗氧化剂为:1-羟基-3-甲基-4-异丙苯、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚。
7.根据权利要求1所述的经济环保型降解塑料片材,其特征在于:所述的生物降解控制剂为:水杨酸酯类、二苯酮类、聚丙交酯、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的经济环保型降解塑料片材,其特征在于:所述的加工助剂为环氧大豆油或者聚乙烯蜡。
9.根据权利要求1所述的经济环保型降解塑料片材,其特征在于:所述的热稳定剂为硬脂酸钡或者硬脂酸锌。
10.根据权利要求1所述经济环保型降解塑料片材,其特征在于,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、经济环保型降解塑料母料的制备:预先将填充料碳酸钙按配方放入高速混炼机高速转动,偶联剂用溶剂稀释,喷入碳酸钙材料内,混合均匀,加入聚烯烃、光敏剂、氧化降解剂、生物降解控制剂、加工助剂热稳定剂、光稳定剂、抗氧化剂,并控制温度在60~100℃以内共混均匀,混合均匀后,放入低速混合机混合冷却,然后加入双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒作为经济环保型降解塑料母料;
B、经济环保型降解塑料片材的制备:将活性碳酸钙、短纤维加入转速为800转/分钟的高速混合机中加入偶联剂与之相混合均匀,然后加入聚烯烃,控制温度在60~100℃以内共混均匀,混合均匀后,放入低速混合机混合冷却,然后加入双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒;将制备的塑料粒子再和经济环保型降解塑料母料在高速混合机中混合均匀,一起加入单螺杆挤出成型机挤出片材产品。
