本发明主要涉及米酒及其制备方法技术领域,尤其涉及一种海参葡萄米酒。
背景技术
米酒又称甜酒,是一种滋补佳品,口感好,营养佳,市场在售的米酒涉及各种品牌,但是基本都是普通的米酒,没有特殊的功效,然而人们对食品的保健作用越来越重视,保健米酒会是人们最佳的选择。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种海参葡萄米酒的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种海参葡萄米酒,由以下重量份原料制成:糯米300-320、西米30-40、酒曲4-5、海参粉10-15、鱼骨粉10-15、葡萄50-60、蓝莓40-50、黄芪6-8、肉桂5-6、白芍5-6、胡椒5-7、枳椇子4-5、箬叶2-3、红参2-3、食品添加剂8-10、茉莉花粉末适量、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:葡萄35-45、樱桃30-40、茶油1-2、红景天4-6、淡豆豉4-6、藿香5-6、菱角叶3-5、三七花2-3、水适量;
食品添加剂的制备方法:(1)将葡萄、樱桃洗净,取其果肉,放入榨汁机中榨成果汁备用;
(2)将红景天、淡豆豉、藿香、菱角叶、三七花用5-8倍量的水提取,得到提取液备用;
(3)将茶油、果汁、提取液合并,混匀备用。
一种海参葡萄米酒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将糯米洗净,与西米一起放入锅中,加入适量水,煮成米饭,待米饭冷却至34-36℃时,加入酒曲,拌匀后盖上盖子,发酵2-3天,得到发酵物备用;
(2)将海参粉、鱼骨粉放入锅中,炒熟备用;
(3)将葡萄、蓝莓洗净,取其果肉备用;
(4)将黄芪、肉桂、白芍、胡椒、枳椇子、箬叶、红参用5-8倍量的水提取,得到提取液备用;
(5)将发酵物、海参粉、鱼骨粉、果肉、食品添加剂混合,拌匀后放入容器中,将茉莉花粉末做成多份小茶包嵌插在容器中,加适量水后,加盖再次发酵5-7天,取出小茶包即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明公开了一种海参葡萄米酒及其制备工艺,添加海参粉、鱼骨粉、葡萄、蓝莓等组合发酵得到米酒,增加了米酒的蛋白质含量,具有葡萄、蓝莓的酸甜口感,色泽更美,以及黄芪、肉桂、白芍、胡椒、枳椇子等提取物的添加,具有一定的养身保健的作用,适量饮用,有益身体健康。

一种海参葡萄米酒,由以下重量份(Kg)原料制成:糯米300、西米30、酒曲4、海参粉10、鱼骨粉10、葡萄50、蓝莓40、黄芪6、肉桂5、白芍5、胡椒5、枳椇子4、箬叶2、红参2、食品添加剂8、茉莉花粉末适量、水适量:
