一种猕猴桃果味花香锅巴,是由以下重量份的原料组成:
高粱80-150、小麦60-80、地瓜粉15-30、猕猴桃汁15-20、槐花8-15、山楂粉10-15、香茅草2-3、川芎1-2、石榴叶2-3、九仙草2-3、水杨梅1-2、梦冬花2-3、当归1-2、营养添加剂7-12、薏仁油适量;
所述的营养添加剂由下述重量份的原料制成:橡籽淀粉8-15、鸡汤100-150、鸡菌10-15、火麻仁6-8、甜杏仁10-15、脆骨10-12、马蹄香2-3、鸡骨香1-2、鸡蛋花2-4、紫苏叶3-6、米酒20-30、苹果原醋10-15;
所述的营养添加液的的制备方法为:(1)、将马蹄香、鸡骨香、鸡蛋花、紫苏叶混合加8-10倍水煎煮1-2小时,过滤去渣,得到滤液;(2)、将火麻仁、甜杏仁文火炒香,研磨成粉,得香仁粉;(3)、将脆骨洗净除杂,放入苹果原醋中浸泡20-40分钟,捞出后放入米酒中,煮制沸腾10-20分钟,研磨成浆,得骨浆;

(4)、将干香粉与煎煮液、猕猴桃汁、槐花泥揉拌成面团,经压片、切制成型、烘干,在表面刷涂均匀营养添加剂,放入薏仁油中煎炸至熟香,捞出沥干,即得。

(4)、将干香粉与煎煮液、猕猴桃汁、槐花泥揉拌成面团,经压片、切制成型、烘干,在表面刷涂均匀营养添加剂,放入薏仁油中煎炸至熟香,捞出沥干,即得。
Claims (2)
1.一种猕猴桃果味花香锅巴,其特征在于,是由以下重量份的原料组成:
高粱80-150、小麦60-80、地瓜粉15-30、猕猴桃汁15-20、槐花8-15、山楂粉10-15、香茅草2-3、川芎1-2、石榴叶2-3、九仙草2-3、水杨梅1-2、梦冬花2-3、当归1-2、营养添加剂7-12、薏仁油适量;
所述的营养添加剂由下述重量份的原料制成:橡籽淀粉8-15、鸡汤100-150、鸡菌10-15、火麻仁6-8、甜杏仁10-15、脆骨10-12、马蹄香2-3、鸡骨香1-2、鸡蛋花2-4、紫苏叶3-6、米酒20-30、苹果原醋10-15;
所述的营养添加液的的制备方法为:(1)、将马蹄香、鸡骨香、鸡蛋花、紫苏叶混合加8-10倍水煎煮1-2小时,过滤去渣,得到滤液;(2)、将火麻仁、甜杏仁文火炒香,研磨成粉,得香仁粉;(3)、将脆骨洗净除杂,放入苹果原醋中浸泡20-40分钟,捞出后放入米酒中,煮制沸腾10-20分钟,研磨成浆,得骨浆;
(4)、将鸡菌洗净切末,与骨浆、滤液、鸡汤搅拌均匀,加热至沸,倒入香仁粉及其他剩余原料,文火熬制成稠糊状,即可。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的猕猴桃果味花香锅巴的加工方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)、将香茅草、水杨梅、梦冬花、当归等中药原料混合加水煎煮,过滤去渣,得煎煮液;
(2)、将高粱、小麦分别除杂洗净,破碎研磨成粉混合,与地瓜粉、山楂粉混合均匀,文火炒至干香,得干香粉;
(3)、将槐花用含有4-8%食盐的盐水冲洗干净,入笼蒸制熟香,再捣压成泥,得槐花泥;
(4)、将干香粉与煎煮液、猕猴桃汁、槐花泥揉拌成面团,经压片、切制成型、烘干,在表面刷涂均匀营养添加剂,放入薏仁油中煎炸至熟香,捞出沥干,即得。
