本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种笋尖银鱼罐头,由以下重量份原料组成:笋尖160-180、银鱼50-60、香菇30-40、海带30-40、泡椒70-80、生姜汁50-60、柠檬40-50、玉米40-50、牛奶80-100、苹果酱90-100、百合5-6、鸡内金5-6、菟丝子5-6、甘草5-6、大麦3-5、丁香3-5、龙利叶3-5、食品添加剂6-8、食盐适量、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料组成:牛奶30-35、鸡蛋20-30、胡萝卜10-15、大麦苗20-30、三七4-5、大麦秸4-5、水适量;
食品添加剂的制备方法,将三七、大麦秸用5-8倍量的水提取,将提取液浓缩备用;将鸡蛋液打出,放入容器中,充分搅拌,搅匀后,加入牛奶,放入锅中,隔水蒸熟;将胡萝卜、大麦苗洗净,打成浆汁备用;将浓缩液、蒸蛋、浆汁合并,充分搅拌,混匀即可。

所述食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料组成:牛奶30-35、鸡蛋20-30、胡萝卜10-15、大麦苗20-30、三七4-5、大麦秸4-5、水适量;
所述食品添加剂的制备方法,将三七、大麦秸用5-8倍量的水提取,将提取液浓缩备用;将鸡蛋液打出,放入容器中,充分搅拌,搅匀后,加入牛奶,放入锅中,隔水蒸熟;将胡萝卜、大麦苗洗净,打成浆汁备用;将浓缩液、蒸蛋、浆汁合并,充分搅拌,混匀即可。
