本申请要求2012年12月12日提交的韩国专利申请第10-2012-0144869号的优先权,该申请的全部内容结合于此用于通过该引用的所有目的。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种混合电动车辆的动力传输***。更具体地,本发明涉及一种混合电动车辆的动力传输***,其克服了由于动力再利用而造成的***效率的恶化,降低了电动机的容量,提高了在高速行驶时机械动力传递路径的权重,以便降低电负载并能够利用发动机的最大动力。
背景技术
车辆的环境友好技术是非常重要的技术,未来的汽车制造业的存活就依赖于该技术。车辆制造商正关注于环境友好车辆的开发,以便符合环境和燃料消耗规则。
一些环境友好车辆的实例是作为零排放车辆(ZEV)和燃料电池电动车辆(FCEV)的电动车辆(EV)。电动车辆和燃料电池电动车辆具有零排放的优点,但是由于技术问题(例如电池的容量和寿命)以及社会基础设施建设(例如充电站)而具有限制。
因此,开发了混合电动车辆并且其被商业化。混合电动车辆通过使用常规内燃发动机和电动机来产生驱动扭矩。混合电动车辆为通过结合电动力和内燃发动机动力而受驱的车辆。由于内燃发动机和电动机根据混合电动车辆被控制为在高效操作点处操作,因此可以使效率极高并可以减少废气。
此外,根据混合电动车辆,作为电动车辆的难题的充电站的建设是不必要的,能够改进燃料经济性并且行驶距离类似于常规内燃发动机车辆的行驶距离。因此,预计混合电动车辆实现未来的环境友好车辆。
使用例如行星齿轮组的动力分配设备的混合电动车辆被称作动力分配式混合电动车辆。动力分配式混合电动车辆的动力流包括发动机扭矩被直接地传递至输出轴的机械流和使用发动机扭矩产生电的电流,并且电池由产生的电来充电或者电动机由已充电的电池的能量来驱动。
由于在动力分配式混合电动车辆中发动机能够独立于输出轴而操作,因此发动机能够在运行期间自由地开机或关机,并且能够实现电动车辆模式。此外,由于动力分配式混合电动车辆的动力传输***能够通过使用两个电动机/发电机而操作为电动可变传输装置(EVT),因此可以有效地驱动发动机。
公开于本发明背景部分的信息仅仅旨在增加对本发明的总体背景的理解,而不应当被视为承认或以任何形式暗示该信息构成已为本领域一般技术人员所公知的现有技术。
发明内容
本发明已致力于提供一种混合电动车辆的动力传输***,其具有这样的优点:克服了由于动力再利用而造成的***效率的恶化,降低了电动机的容量,提高了在高速行驶时机械动力传递路径的权重,以便降低电负载并能够利用发动机的最大动力。
根据本发明的各个方面的混合电动车辆的动力传输***可以包括:输入轴、第一行星齿轮组、第二行星齿轮组、第一电动机/发电机以及第二电动机/发电机,其中,所述输入轴接收发动机扭矩;所述第一行星齿轮组设置在所述输入轴上,并且包括选择性地连接到变速器壳体的第一太阳齿轮,直接地连接到所述输入轴的第一环形齿轮以及第一行星架;所述第二行星齿轮组设置在所述输入轴上,并且包括第二太阳齿轮,选择性地连接到所述第一环形齿轮并且选择性地连接到所述变速器壳体的第二环形齿轮,以及直接地连接到所述第一行星架并且直接地连接到输出齿轮的第二行星架;所述第一电动机/发电机直接地连接到所述第一太阳齿轮;所述第二电动机/发电机直接地连接到所述第二太阳齿轮。
所述第一行星齿轮组可以为双小齿轮行星齿轮组,并且所述第二行星齿轮组可以为单小齿轮行星齿轮组。
所述动力传输***可以进一步包括第一离合器,第一制动器以及第二制动器,其中,所述第一离合器设置在所述第一环形齿轮和所述第二环形齿轮之间;所述第一制动器设置在所述第二环形齿轮和所述变速器壳体之间;所述第二制动器设置在所述第一太阳齿轮和所述变速器壳体之间。
所述第一制动器可以在第一电动车辆模式下进行操作,所述第一离合器和所述第一制动器可以在第二电动车辆模式下进行操作,所述第一制动器可以在第一混合模式下进行操作,所述第一离合器可以在第二混合模式下进行操作,并且所述第一离合器和所述第二制动器可以在固定的齿轮模式下进行操作。
根据本发明的各个其它方面的混合电动车辆的动力传输***可以包括:输入轴,第一行星齿轮组,第二行星齿轮组,第一电动机/发电机,第二电动机/发电机,第一离合器,第一制动器以及第二制动器,其中,所述输入轴接收发动机扭矩;所述第一行星齿轮组为双小齿轮行星齿轮组,并且包括选择性地连接到变速器壳体的第一太阳齿轮,直接地连接到所述输入轴的第一环形齿轮以及第一行星架;所述第二行星齿轮组为单小齿轮行星齿轮组,并且包括第二太阳齿轮,选择性地连接到所述第一环形齿轮并且选择性地连接到所述变速器壳体的第二环形齿轮,以及直接地连接到所述第一行星架并且直接地连接到输出齿轮的第二行星架;所述第一电动机/发电机直接地连接到所述第一太阳齿轮;所述第二电动机/发电机直接地连接到所述第二太阳齿轮;所述第一离合器设置在所述第一环形齿轮和所述第二环形齿轮之间;所述第一制动器设置在所述第二环形齿轮和所述变速器壳体之间;所述第二制动器设置在所述第一太阳齿轮和所述变速器壳体之间。

现在将具体参考本发明的各个实施方案,在附图中和以下的描述中示出了这些实施方案的实例。虽然本发明与示例性实施方案相结合进行描述,但是应当了解,本说明书并非旨在将本发明限制为那些示例性实施方案。相反,本发明旨在不但覆盖这些示例性实施方案,而且覆盖可以被包括在由所附权利要求所限定的本发明的精神和范围之内的各种替换、修改、等效形式以及其它实施方案。
对于解释本示例性实施方案并不必要的部件的描述将被略去,并且在本说明书中同样的构成元件由同样的附图标记表示。在具体描述中,使用序数区别具有相同术语而不具有特定含义的构成元件。
图1为根据本发明的各个实施方案的动力传输***的示意图。参照图1,混合电动车辆的动力传输***包括输入轴IS、输出齿轮OG、第一行星齿轮组PG1和第二行星齿轮组PG2、三个摩擦元件CL1、BK1和BK2以及两个电动机/发电机MG1和MG2。
因此,通过输入轴IS传输的扭矩和从第一电动机/发电机MG1和第二电动机/发电机MG2传输的扭矩通过第一行星齿轮组PG1和第二行星齿轮组PG2的协作而被转换,并然后通过输出齿轮OG输出。
输入轴IS为输入构件,并且来自发动机的曲轴的扭矩通过变扭器而传递或传输,并且输入到输入轴IS。代替变扭器,任何能够将发动机的扭矩传输至动力传输***的设备都可以使用。输出齿轮OG为输出构件,并且通过差动装置将驱动扭矩传输至驱动轮。
第一行星齿轮组PG1为双小齿轮行星齿轮组,并且包括第一太阳齿轮S1、第一环形齿轮R1,以及可旋转地支撑与第一太阳齿轮S1和第一环形齿轮R1接合的第一小齿轮P1的第一行星架PC1。第二行星齿轮组PG2为单小齿轮行星齿轮组,并且包括第二太阳齿轮S2、第二环形齿轮R2,以及可旋转地支撑与第二太阳齿轮S2和第二环形齿轮R2接合的第二小齿轮P2的第二行星架PC2。第一行星架PC1直接地连接到第二行星架PC2,并且第一环形齿轮R1选择性地连接到第二环形齿轮R2。
行星齿轮组PG1和PG2通过第一电动机/发电机MG1和第二电动机/发电机MG2和包括一个离合器CL1和两个制动器BK1和BK2的摩擦元件来结合。
第一电动机/发电机MG1和第二电动机/发电机MG2通过逆变器连接至高压电池,以便在再生制动下给高压电池充电,并且在行驶中通过使用从高压电池供应的电来产生驱动扭矩。第一电动机/发电机MG1直接地连接到第一太阳齿轮S1,并且第二电动机/发电机MG2直接地连接到第二太阳齿轮S2。
此外,摩擦元件为通过液压操作的湿式常规多碟摩擦元件,但是并不限于这些。
第一离合器CL1设置在第一环形齿轮R1和第二环形齿轮R2之间,第一制动器BK1设置在第二环形齿轮R2和变速器壳体H之间,并且第二制动器BK2设置在第一太阳齿轮S1和变速器壳体H之间。因此,第一太阳齿轮S1接收来自第一电动机/发电机MG1的扭矩,并且通过第二制动器BK2***作为选择性固定元件。
第一行星架PC1和第二行星架PC2直接地连接到输出齿轮OG,并且***作为最终输出元件。第一环形齿轮R1直接地连接到输入轴IS,并且***作为接收发动机的扭矩的输入元件。第二太阳齿轮S2接收来自第二电动机/发电机MG2的扭矩。第二环形齿轮R2通过第一离合器CL1选择性地连接到第一环形齿轮R1,以便操作为选择性输入元件,并且通过第一制动器BK1***作为选择性固定元件。
图2为根据本发明的各个实施方案的动力传输***的操作图。参照图2,将具体描述在每个模式下的摩擦元件的操作。
第一制动器BK1在第一电动车辆模式EV1下进行操作。第一离合器CL1和第一制动器BK1在第二电动车辆模式EV2下进行操作。第一制动器BK1在第一混合模式EVT1下进行操作。第一离合器CL1在第二混合模式EVT2下进行操作。第一离合器CL1和第二制动器BK2在固定的齿轮模式FG下进行操作。
根据本发明的各个实施方案的动力传输***能够实现两个EV模式、两个混合模式和一个固定的齿轮模式。将具体描述在每个模式下动力传输***的操作。
第一电动车辆模式。如果操作第一制动器BK1并且将电施加至第二电动机/发电机MG2,则第二电动机/发电机MG2的扭矩通过连接到输出齿轮OG的第二行星架PC2输出。因此,实现了第一电动车辆模式。由于在此时发动机停止,因此连接到第一太阳齿轮S1的第一电动机/发电机MG1向着反方向旋转,但是它对车辆的行驶不具有任何影响。
第二电动车辆模式。如果操作第一离合器CL1和第一制动器BK1,则第一电动机/发电机MG1和第二电动机/发电机MG2能够用作电动机。因此,实现了第二电动车辆模式。由于两个电动机的驱动扭矩在第二电动车辆模式下输出,因此能够使车辆的驱动扭矩最大化。因此,第一电动机/发电机MG1和第二电动机/发电机MG2能够适用于在动力传输***中所需的扭矩性能。此外,如果本发明的示例性实施方案被应用至***式混合电动车辆,则第一电动机/发电机MG1和第二电动机/发电机MG2的容量能够降低。
第一混合模式。如果发动机在操作第一制动器BK1的状态下通过第一电动机/发电机MG1启动,则实现第一混合模式。第一电动机/发电机MG1***作为发电机并控制换档比。此外,由于第二环形齿轮R2***作为固定元件,因此第二电动机/发电机MG2不能控制换档比,并且***作为电动机,以便将扭矩传输至输出齿轮OG。
第二混合模式。如果在第一混合模式下松开第一制动器BK1并且操作第一离合器CL1,则第一环形齿轮R1和第二环形齿轮R2连接,并且第二电动机/发电机MG2向着反方向旋转。在该状态下,第一电动机/发电机MG1***作为发电机,并且第二电动机/发电机MG2***作为电动机。因此,实现了第二混合模式。
固定的齿轮模式FG。如果操作第一离合器CL1和第二制动器BK2,则第一太阳齿轮S1被第二制动器BK2停止,连接到输出齿轮OG的第二行星架PC2旋转地比连接到发动机的第一环形齿轮R1快。由于在此时第一电动机/发电机MG1并不传输扭矩,因此仅通过第二行星齿轮组PG2形成换档比。此外,由于发动机在固定的齿轮模式下直接地连接到第一行星齿轮组PG1和第二行星齿轮组PG2,因此在固定的齿轮模式下的效率优于动力分配模式的效率。此外,能够在固定的齿轮模式下实现操作电动机和发动机的并行混合***。
根据本发明,通过结合两个行星齿轮组PG1和PG2、三个摩擦元件CL1、BK1和BK2以及两个电动机/发电机MG1和MG2能够实现两个电动车辆模式,两个混合模式和一个固定的齿轮模式。此外,可以克服由于动力再利用而造成的***效率的恶化,可以降低电动机的容量,可以提高在高速行驶时机械动力传递路径的权重,以便降低电负载,并且能够利用发动机的最大动力。

Claims (5)

1.一种混合电动车辆的动力传输***,包括:
输入轴,所述输入轴接收发动机扭矩;
第一行星齿轮组,所述第一行星齿轮组设置在所述输入轴上,并且包括选择性地连接到变速器壳体的第一太阳齿轮,直接地连接到所述输入轴的第一环形齿轮以及第一行星架;
第二行星齿轮组,所述第二行星齿轮组设置在所述输入轴上,并且包括第二太阳齿轮,选择性地连接到所述第一环形齿轮并且选择性地连接到所述变速器壳体的第二环形齿轮,以及直接地连接到所述第一行星架并且直接地连接到输出齿轮的第二行星架;
第一电动机/发电机,所述第一电动机/发电机直接地连接到所述第一太阳齿轮;以及
第二电动机/发电机,所述第二电动机/发电机直接地连接到所述第二太阳齿轮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合电动车辆的动力传输***,其中所述第一行星齿轮组为双小齿轮行星齿轮组,并且所述第二行星齿轮组为单小齿轮行星齿轮组。
3.根据权利要求1所述的混合电动车辆的动力传输***,进一步包括:
第一离合器,所述第一离合器设置在所述第一环形齿轮和所述第二环形齿轮之间;
第一制动器,所述第一制动器设置在所述第二环形齿轮和所述变速器壳体之间;以及
第二制动器,所述第二制动器设置在所述第一太阳齿轮和所述变速器壳体之间。
4.根据权利要求3所述的混合电动车辆的动力传动***,其中:
所述第一制动器在第一电动车辆模式下进行操作,
所述第一离合器和所述第一制动器在第二电动车辆模式下进行操作,
所述第一制动器在第一混合模式下进行操作,
所述第一离合器在第二混合模式下进行操作,以及
所述第一离合器和所述第二制动器在固定的齿轮模式下进行操作。
5.一种混合电动车辆的动力传输***,包括:
输入轴,所述输入轴接收发动机扭矩;
第一行星齿轮组,所述第一行星齿轮组为双小齿轮行星齿轮组,并且包括选择性地连接到变速器壳体的第一太阳齿轮,直接地连接到所述输入轴的第一环形齿轮以及第一行星架;
第二行星齿轮组,所述第二行星齿轮组为单小齿轮行星齿轮组,并且包括第二太阳齿轮,选择性地连接到所述第一环形齿轮并且选择性地连接到所述变速器壳体的第二环形齿轮,以及直接地连接到所述第一行星架并且直接地连接到输出齿轮的第二行星架;
第一电动机/发电机,所述第一电动机/发电机直接地连接到所述第一太阳齿轮;
第二电动机/发电机,所述第二电动机/发电机直接地连接到所述第二太阳齿轮;
第一离合器,所述第一离合器设置在所述第一环形齿轮和所述第二环形齿轮之间;
第一制动器,所述第一制动器设置在所述第二环形齿轮和所述变速器壳体之间;以及
第二制动器,所述第二制动器设置在所述第一太阳齿轮和所述变速器壳体之间。
