一种牛肉风味蓝莓干及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:蓝莓500-550、钩藤2-3、灵芝2.5-3.5、桑椹5-6、绞股蓝2-2.4、芡实3-4、龙常草4-5、鸡冠子3-4、黄豆20-25、山楂30-33、芹菜2-3、山苜楂2-3、桂圆肉1-2、牛肉5-6、柠檬汁4-5、榨菜2-3、乳酸菌0.2-0.3、营养添加剂6-7。本发明生产工艺简单,生产出的蓝莓干口感好,本发明添加的牛肉经处理后将其鲜味融入蓝莓,使得本发明风味独特,同时本发明添加的黄豆使得本发明的蛋白质含量高,此外,本发明还含有多种中草药成分,具有清热平肝、补气安神、补血滋阴、固肾补脾的功效。

背景技术
蓝莓香气宜人,酸甜适度,且营养丰富,广受人们的喜爱。目前市场上销售的由蓝莓加工而来的产品种类繁多,但多不具有保健功能,已不能满足消费者日益增长的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种牛肉风味蓝莓干,本发明具有风味独特,营养丰富的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种牛肉风味蓝莓干,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:
蓝莓500-550、钩藤2-3、灵芝2.5-3.5、桑椹5-6、绞股蓝2-2.4、芡实3-4、龙常草4-5、鸡冠子3-4、黄豆20-25、山楂30-33、芹菜2-3、山苜楂2-3、桂圆肉1-2、牛肉5-6、柠檬汁4-5、榨菜2-3、乳酸菌0.2-0.3、营养添加剂6-7;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:竹茹0.8-1、佛手花1-1.1、薄荷叶1.2-1.3、铺地草0.7-0.8、大枣3-4、洋葱4-5、蟹黄5-6、鱼籽6-7、珍珠粉0.8-1;
制备方法为:(1)将大枣去核,与洋葱混合,加7-8的水打浆,过滤除渣,在所得滤液加入竹茹、佛手花、薄荷叶、铺地草,文火煎煮30-35分钟,过滤除渣,得药液;
(2)将蟹黄、鱼籽送入蒸锅,大火蒸10-12分钟后出料,加药液研磨匀质,小火熬膏,烘干后研成粉末,然后与剩余物料混合拌匀,即得。
所述的牛肉风味蓝莓干的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将钩藤、灵芝、桑椹、绞股蓝、芡实、龙常草、鸡冠子加5-6倍的水文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤除渣,得提取液;
(2)将黄豆置于提取液中浸泡5-6小时后捞出沥干,加3-4倍的水打浆,所得浆液与柠檬汁合并,在30-35℃下接入乳酸菌,发酵2-3小时,大火煮沸,得发酵豆浆;
(3)将芹菜、山苜楂、桂圆肉加一倍的水打浆,过滤除渣,所得滤液与去核的山楂混合拌匀,烘干后进行粉碎;
(4)将牛肉、榨菜混合入锅,加3-4倍的水大火煮沸,过滤除渣,得牛肉汤;
(5)取蓝莓果肉,加发酵豆浆腌渍3-4小时,送入烘箱烘至含水量降至13-15%时出料,然后与步骤(3)所得物料、牛肉汤、剩余物料混合入锅,大火炒至锅底干燥,即得。
本发明中的铺地草为大戟科植物铺地草的全草,龙常草为禾木科龙常草的全草,鸡冠子为苋科植物鸡冠花的种子。
本发明的有益效果为:

蓝莓500、钩藤2、灵芝3.5、桑椹6、绞股蓝2、芡实3、龙常草5、鸡冠子3、黄豆20、山楂33、芹菜3、山苜楂3、桂圆肉2、牛肉5、柠檬汁4、榨菜3、乳酸菌0.2、营养添加剂7;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(公斤)原料制成:竹茹0.8、佛手花1.1、薄荷叶1.2、铺地草0.8、大枣4、洋葱4、蟹黄6、鱼籽7、珍珠粉0.8;
制备方法为:(1)将大枣去核,与洋葱混合,加7-8的水打浆,过滤除渣,在所得滤液加入竹茹、佛手花、薄荷叶、铺地草,文火煎煮30-35分钟,过滤除渣,得药液;
(2)将蟹黄、鱼籽送入蒸锅,大火蒸10-12分钟后出料,加药液研磨匀质,小火熬膏,烘干后研成粉末,然后与剩余物料混合拌匀,即得。

蓝莓500-550、钩藤2-3、灵芝2.5-3.5、桑椹5-6、绞股蓝2-2.4、芡实3-4、龙常草4-5、鸡冠子3-4、黄豆20-25、山楂30-33、芹菜2-3、山苜楂2-3、桂圆肉1-2、牛肉5-6、柠檬汁4-5、榨菜2-3、乳酸菌0.2-0.3、营养添加剂6-7;
