本发明涉及营养食品领域,具体是一种酵素胶囊及其制备方法。
背景技术
酵素又称为“酶”是各种生物化学反应的催化剂,酵素存在于所有活细胞内,是它激活了细胞之活力,使细胞展现出种种生命迹象,美国自然疗法博士亨伯特·圣提诺说:人体像灯泡,酵素像电流。唯有通电后的灯泡才会亮,没有了电,我们有的只是一个不会亮的灯炮而已。因此,酵素是人体不可缺少的重要物质。酵素分为两大类,体外酵素和体内酵素,人体内的酵素是有限的,随着年龄的增长,酵素会慢慢减少,当体内酵素作用衰弱或减少,疾病就会随之而来,因此人体应该合理的从体外补充酵素来满足新陈代谢的需要,抵抗疾病的侵扰。获得体外酵素的两大途径:一是生食,二是摄取酵素补充物。生食较麻烦费时,而且还有农药污染的问题,这间接影响了酵素的功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种酵素胶囊及其制备方法,将水果自然发酵后的果肉通过处理制作成胶囊,携带和食用都很方便。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:酵素胶囊,以质量份数计,其组成为:火龙果100-200份,木瓜100-200份,草莓50-80份,柠檬50-90份,花蜜50-100份。
所述蜂蜜为椴树花蜜或洋槐花蜜。
酵素胶囊的一优选组成为:火龙果130-160份,木瓜150-170份,草莓65-70份,柠檬60-80份,花蜜60-80份。
酵素胶囊的制备方法,步骤如下:1)将火龙果去皮,木瓜去籽,草莓去蒂,柠檬去蒂后均切成小块;2)将上述原料放入玻璃瓶中,加入花蜜,密封发酵14-15天;3)捞出果肉后急冷固化;4)干燥后研磨成粉末状,填装入胶囊。
所述步骤2)中玻璃瓶中最上面一层的水果是柠檬。

酵素胶囊的制备方法,步骤如下:1)将火龙果去皮,木瓜去籽,草莓去蒂,柠檬去蒂后均切成小块;2)将上述原料放入玻璃瓶中,加入花蜜,密封发酵14-15天;3)捞出果肉后急冷固化;4)干燥后研磨成粉末状,填装入胶囊。

2.根据权利要求1所述的酵素胶囊,其特征在于,所述蜂蜜为椴树花蜜或洋槐花蜜。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的酵素胶囊的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:1)将火龙果去皮,木瓜去籽,草莓去蒂,柠檬去蒂后均切成小块;2)将上述原料放入玻璃瓶中,加入花蜜,密封发酵14-15天;3)捞出果肉后急冷固化;4)干燥后研磨成粉末状,填装入胶囊。
4.根据权利要求3所述的酵素胶囊的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2)中玻璃瓶中最上面一层的水果是柠檬。
