本发明公开了一种酵素液,以质量份数计,其组成为:草莓250-300份,樱桃250-400份,木糖醇40-60份,益生菌发酵剂8-15份。所述益生菌发酵剂为酵母菌、双歧杆菌或者乳酸菌。酵素液中还含有花蜜5-10份。本发明的有益效果是:将草莓、樱桃这两种水果佳品借助纯种的益生菌群通过自然发酵的方式将其制成酵素液,其功效更为显著,口感也更好,而且便于食用和携带。

技术领域
本发明涉及营养食品领域,具体是一种酵素液及其制备方法。
背景技术
酵素又称为“酶”是各种生物化学反应的催化剂,酵素存在于所有活细胞内,是它激活了细胞之活力,使细胞展现出种种生命迹象,美国自然疗法博士亨伯特·圣提诺说:人体像灯泡,酵素像电流。唯有通电后的灯泡才会亮,没有了电,我们有的只是一个不会亮的灯炮而已。因此,酵素是人体不可缺少的重要物质。酵素分为两大类,体外酵素和体内酵素,人体内的酵素是有限的,随着年龄的增长,酵素会慢慢减少,当体内酵素作用衰弱或减少,疾病就会随之而来,因此人体应该合理的从体外补充酵素来满足新陈代谢的需要,抵抗疾病的侵扰。获得体外酵素的两大途径:一是生食,二是摄取酵素补充物。生食较麻烦费时,而且还有农药污染的问题,这间接影响了酵素的功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种酵素液及其制备方法,利用天然的果实通过益生菌发酵得到的一种酵素液,该口服液味道可口,营养丰富。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种酵素液,以质量份数计,其组成为:草莓250-300份,樱桃250-400份,木糖醇40-60份,益生菌发酵剂8-15份。
所述益生菌发酵剂为酵母菌、双歧杆菌或者乳酸菌。
酵素液中还含有花蜜5-10份。
酵素液一优选组成为:草莓260-280份,樱桃270-320份,木糖醇45-55份,益生菌发酵剂10-12份,花蜜6-8份。
酵素液的制备方法,步骤如下:1)将草莓和樱桃用纯净水清理后切成小块,然后捣碎;2)加入益生菌发酵剂,搅拌均匀后放入玻璃器皿中发酵14-20天,温度控制在15-25℃;3)用150-200目的滤袋进行过滤,取滤液待用;4)将滤液放入玻璃器皿中,在15-25℃温度下陈熟40-60天;5)用300目的滤袋过滤后取滤液,加入木糖醇和花蜜,得到酵素液。
本发明的有益效果是:草莓营养价值高,含丰富维生素C,有帮助消化的功效,草莓还可以巩固齿龈,清新口气,润泽喉部;樱桃富含铁元素,每百克樱桃中含铁量多达59毫克,居于水果首位,还含有大量的维生素A、维生素B、C及钙、磷等矿物元素;将上述两种水果佳品借助纯种的益生菌群通过自然发酵的方式将其制成酵素液,其功效更为显著,口感也更好,而且便于食用和携带。
具体实施方式
一种酵素液,其组成为:草莓250份,樱桃250份,木糖醇40份,乳酸菌8份。
酵素液的制备方法,步骤如下:1)将草莓和樱桃用纯净水清理后切成小块,然后捣碎;2)加入益生菌发酵剂,搅拌均匀后放入玻璃器皿中发酵15天,温度控制在20℃;3)用200目的滤袋进行过滤,取滤液待用;4)将滤液放入玻璃器皿中,在25℃温度下陈熟40天;5)用300目的滤袋过滤后取滤液,加入木糖醇和花蜜,得到酵素液。

1.一种酵素液,其特征在于,以质量份数计,其组成为:草莓250-300份,樱桃250-400份,木糖醇40-60份,益生菌发酵剂8-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的酵素液,其特征在于,还含有花蜜5-10份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的酵素液,其特征在于,其组成为:草莓260-280份,樱桃270-320份,木糖醇45-55份,益生菌发酵剂10-12份,花蜜6-8份。
4.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的酵素液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
1)将草莓和樱桃用纯净水清理后切成小块,然后捣碎;2)加入益生菌发酵剂,搅拌均匀后放入玻璃器皿中发酵14-20天,温度控制在15-25℃;3)用150-200目的滤袋进行过滤,取滤液待用;4)将滤液放入玻璃器皿中,在15-25℃温度下陈熟40-60天;5)用300目的滤袋过滤后取滤液,加入木糖醇和花蜜,得到酵素液。
