技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于压缩机的适配器装置,更具体地,该适配器装置被设计用于将磁性环附接到线性压缩机的共振弹簧,可以允许或者可以不允许这些部件、弹簧或者片状板簧的同时容纳。
背景技术
如本领域公知的,线性压缩机设备设置有在压缩机腔室内沿轴线移动的活塞以便使给定量的流体的压力升高到***(该***通常是冷却***)的适当操作所必须的值。因此,这种压缩机包括外壳、附接到限定压缩机的腔室的外壳的汽缸、活塞、线性电动机和致动机构,该致动机构经由通常构成共振弹簧的弹性机构将电动机联接到活塞。
然而,通常由磁性本体构成的电动致动器典型地刚性联接(胶接、焊接等等)到弹性元件,这使得可能的部件维护和替换过程变得困难。然而,金属的弹性元件(或者共振弹簧)可能会损害致动器的合适的磁通量,造成不希望的损失,并且另外在压缩机的操作期间的磁性本体的中断可能允许来自电机的电流的通道到达弹性元件,造成很多麻烦。
文献PI0601645-BR6可以作为现有技术的当前状态的示例来说明上述实施例,并且该文献还公开了用于与弹性元件互联的基座部分的存在,需要使用大量的材料用于其制造,因此增大了所带来的制造成本。
另外,该刚性联接使得弹性介质的任何维护过程变得困难,并且与弹性介质的适当运动/动作发生干涉。
应当注意,许多压缩机采用设置在弹性介质的端部处的板簧或者板簧的结合进行操作,所述板簧用作用于将组件紧固到压缩机外壳元件的紧固元件,并且还能吸收工作应力,因此,对于在压缩机的操作期间的适当操作和发出的噪声水平的最小化是十分重要的。因此,在弹性元件和致动器构件之间的刚性联接也使得板簧的安装和定位复杂化,板簧通常也刚性附接到这两个部件,导致上述提及的相同缺点。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的之一是提供一种合适的构件并且是电绝缘的,用于在压缩机的弹性元件和其线性磁性致动器之间的联接。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种适配器,该适配器通过干涉能够实现磁性致动器和共振弹簧之间的互连,并且不是那么刚性以致于出现类似的已知缺陷。
本发明的又一目的是公开一种用于共振弹簧的适配器,该适配器的联接形成在部件之间,所述适配器允许适配器(具体是指磁性致动器)的尺寸的大大减小,实现更紧凑的设备,并且可能更经济的设备。
本发明通过提供一种用于线性压缩机的适配器装置实现上述目标,该线性压缩机包括弹性元件、磁性致动器和往复活塞,该往复活塞借助于杆或连接杆联接到弹性元件,该压缩机能够在采用板簧的情况下操作,所述适配器装置包括:至少一个支撑元件,所述支撑元件与弹性元件相配合,所述支撑元件包括配置有周向中间突出部分的基本上圆筒形部件;和至少一个紧固环,所述紧固环与所述支撑元件和所述磁性致动器相配合。
简单来讲,用于本发明的目标的线性压缩机的适配器装置包括用于以可拆卸的并且电磁隔离的方式实现磁性致动器和线性压缩机的弹性元件或共振弹簧之间的互连的构件。
根据本发明的优选实施例,所述紧固元件由非磁性电绝缘材料(优选陶瓷材料)制造而成。
根据本发明的优选实施例,所述支撑元件借助于干涉联接(更具体地通过凸类型配合)而联接到所述弹性元件,优选地使得所述支撑元件联接到周向弹性元件的远端内部区域。
在本发明的可能实施例之一中,所述紧固环的远端边缘涂敷有粘合元件,以允许到所述磁性致动器的任何附接,并且优选地所述紧固环的远端边缘具有劈分元件,用于确保粘合层保持恒定不变。
本发明的目的的适配器的支撑元件还设置有周向中间突出部分,所述周向中间突出部分配置有止挡部,用于与位于所述周向中间突出部分与所述中间弹性元件的远端之间的至少一个板簧的配合而联接。
本发明还包括一种线性压缩机,所述线性压缩机包括弹性元件、磁性致动器和往复活塞,所述往复活塞借助于杆或连接杆联接到弹性元件,所述压缩机能够在采用板簧的情况下操作,其特征在于,所述线性压缩机包括由至少一个支撑元件和至少一个紧固环限定的适配器装置,所述至少一个支撑元件与所述弹性元件相配合,所述支撑元件包括配置有周向中间突出部分的基本上圆筒形部件,所述至少一个紧固环与所述支撑元件和所述磁性致动器相配合,所述紧固环由非磁性电绝缘材料制造而成。

具体实施方式
从以上提及的附图可以看出,如图2-4所示,根据本发明的优选实施例构建的用于线性压缩机的适配器装置包括支撑元件6和紧固环或紧固元件7,所述支撑元件与弹性元件1(所述弹性元件1在示例中是共振弹簧)相配合,所述紧固环或元件通过胶合或者类似技术与压缩机的装配马达的磁性致动器2(在该示例中由具有圆筒形构造的磁性环表示)联接。
从图1-图5可以看出,支撑元件6由装配有周向中间突出部分61的基本上圆筒形部件限定,该突出部分将该部件细分为两个区域:沿其外周联接的近端(相对于弹性元件1),有效附接到***马达(未示出)的磁性致动器2的紧固环7。
该周向突出部分61具有阶梯形轮廓,以允许板簧5或者可能的片状板簧5与弹性元件1一起定位。在这方面,显然***可以在存在板簧或不存在板簧的情况下操作,而不会超出所要求的保护范围。如果该***不采用板簧,支撑元件6的周向突出部分61与弹性元件1的远端直接接触。
从图1、图5.1和图5.2可以看出,弹性元件1与适配器装置的联接(配合)通过干涉形成,这是因为支撑元件6的近端区域设置成***用作“凹”形部件的弹性元件的内径的“凸”形部件,以便于装置的组装。因此,在两个部件之间的联接将支撑元件6与弹性元件1的远端周向区域的内周保持在一起,而该组装不需要使用粘合材料、焊接或者任何其它紧固构件(其是现有技术中的常见实施例)。
重要的是,该构造和组装形式大大便于任何部件维护和替换过程。
并且,通过采用施加到紧固环的远端边缘71的粘合材料实施磁性致动器2和紧固环7的紧固,并且从图4中可以更好地看出,为了确保粘合层保持恒定不变以提供部件的充分紧固,在环7的远端边缘71上设置大约0.1mm宽的劈分件72(其可以是沉孔或突出部分)。
总而言之,用于本发明目的的线性压缩机的适配器装置的组装包括以下步骤:
借助于干涉将支撑元件6联接到弹性元件1;
通过将粘合材料施加到周向中间突出部分61而将紧固环7联接到支撑元件6;
将粘合剂施加在紧固环7的远端边缘71上;以及
将磁性致动器2的端部之一附接在紧固环7的远端边缘71上。
重要的是,本发明目的的适配器装置可以根据需要采用各种美学构造、材料和尺寸制造。
应该注意,尽管已经示出了本发明的优选构造形式,但是应该理解,本领域技术人员可以进行任何省略、替换和构造改变,而不会偏离旨在保护的精神和范围。并且还明确地指出,以基本上相同的方式执行相同功能以实现相同结果的元件的所有组合均在本发明的范围内。采用其它元件替代所描述的实施例的元件也完全被涉及并包含。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于线性压缩机的适配器装置,所述线性压缩机包括弹性元件(1)、磁性致动器(2)以及往复活塞(3),所述往复活塞借助于杆(4)联接到所述弹性元件,所述线性压缩机能够在采用板簧(5)的情况下操作,所述适配器装置包括:
至少一个支撑元件(6),所述支撑元件与弹性元件(1)相配合,所述支撑元件(6)包括配置有周向中间突出部分(61)的基本上圆筒形部件;
至少一个紧固环(7),所述紧固环与所述支撑元件(6)和所述磁性致动器(2)相配合;以及
所述适配器装置是以可拆卸的并且电磁隔离的方式实现线性压缩机的磁性致动器(2)和弹性元件(1)之间的互连,
所述适配器装置的特征在于,所述周向中间突出部分(61)配置有止挡部,用于与位于所述周向中间突出部分(61)与所述弹性元件(1)的远端之间的至少一个板簧(5)配合联接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适配器装置,其特征在于,所述紧固环(7)由非磁性电绝缘材料制造而成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的适配器装置,其特征在于,所述紧固环(7)由陶瓷材料制造而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的适配器装置,其特征在于,所述支撑元件(6)借助于干涉联接而联接到所述弹性元件(1)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的适配器装置,其特征在于,所述支撑元件(6)联接到所述弹性元件(1)的远端内周向区域。
6.根据权利要求1所述的适配器装置,其特征在于,所述紧固环(7)的远端边缘(71)涂敷有粘合元件,用于附接到所述磁性致动器(2)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的适配器装置,其特征在于,所述紧固环(7)的远端边缘(71)具有多个劈分件(72)。
8.一种线性压缩机,所述线性压缩机包括弹性元件(1)、磁性致动器(2)和往复活塞(3),所述往复活塞借助于杆(4)联接到所述弹性元件(1),所述线性压缩机能够在采用板簧(5)的情况下操作,所述线性压缩机包括由至少一个支撑元件(6)和至少一个紧固环(7)限定的适配器装置,所述至少一个支撑元件与所述弹性元件(1)相配合,所述支撑元件(6)包括配置有周向中间突出部分(61)的基本上圆筒形部件,所述至少一个紧固环与所述支撑元件(6)和所述磁性致动器(2)相配合,
所述适配器装置的特征在于,所述周向中间突出部分(61)配置有止挡部,用于与位于所述周向中间突出部分(61)与所述弹性元件(1)的远端之间的至少一个板簧(5)配合联接。
