Abstract

"MOTOR ELéTRICO LINEAR". A ser aplicado a um compressor hermético de refrigeração para produzir movimento reciprocante de um pistão (40) em um cilindro (16) para comprimir gás refrigerante. A bobina (50) do motor elétrico linear é montada à parede interna de um bloco (14) que forma o cilindro (16) do compressor, sendo que um suporte (54) de imã é montado a uma flange básica (42) que se estende para fora do pistão (40). O suporte (54) é formado por uma placa básica (62) montada à flange básica (42) do pistão (40), tendo uma pluralidade de braços de garra (66) em forma de "L" e que são espaçados e fixados ao redor da placa básica (62), tendo as bordas da pernas longas (68 ) dos braços de garra (66 ) estendidas radialmente em relação ao eixo geométrico central do pistão (40). Um ímã (58), permanente e de formato arqueado, é encaixado entre os lados planos opostos, de cada par de pernas longas dos braços de garra (66), para formarem um conjunto de ímãs toroidal estável e rígido, posicionado entre a parede externa do cilindro (16) e a bobina (50).
