一种水性丙烯酸酯压敏胶,包括单体75-120份,碳酸氢钠0.3-0.5份,乳化剂0.8-1.5份,引发剂0.2-0.5份,其中单体为丙烯酸丁酯40-60份、丙烯酸甲酯20-30份、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯15-30份,乳化剂为十二烷基硫酸钠0.5-1份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1-2份,引发剂为过硫酸钾0.2-0.5份,均为重量份。本发明的压敏胶具有较高的初粘力、持粘力和耐高温性能。

一种水性丙烯酸酯压敏胶及其制造工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高性能的水性丙烯酸酯压敏胶及其制造工艺,属有机化工领域。
技术背景
乳液聚合以水为介质,可以提高聚合物的分子量,其成本低,且无环境污染,已经广泛应用于胶黏剂、涂料、油墨和橡胶工业领域,但由于其剥离强度和耐高温性不好,限制了其在特殊领域的应用,为了扩大其应用领域,本发明对丙烯酸酯进行改性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高性能的水性丙烯酸酯压敏胶及其制备方法。
为实现以上目的,本发明的一种水性丙烯酸酯压敏胶,包括单体75-120份,碳酸氢钠0.3-0.5份,乳化剂0.8-1.5份,引发剂0.2-0.5份,其中单体为丙烯酸丁酯40-60份、丙烯酸甲酯20-30份、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯15-30份,乳化剂为十二烷基硫酸钠0.5-1份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1-2份,引发剂为过硫酸钾0.2-0.5份,均为重量份。
本发明的水性丙烯酸酯压敏胶的制备方法为在容器中加入部分引发剂、去离子水、乳化剂和碳酸氢钠,升温至80℃-90℃,再加入部分单体和引发剂,反应2h后保温1-1.5h降温出料得到出核乳液,再滴加余下的单体和引发剂,反应3-4h,得到种子核壳乳液。
本发明产生的有益效果为,本发明采用十二烷基硫酸钠与烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚复合乳化剂制备的乳液稳定性好,压敏胶性能优异,剥离强度高。本发明为了提高压敏胶的粘结强度并降低粘度,加入了增粘树脂甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯,制备的压敏胶具有较高的初粘力、持粘力和耐高温性能。
实施例
实施例1:
一种水性丙烯酸酯压敏胶,包括单体丙烯酸丁酯40份、丙烯酸甲酯30份、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯15,碳酸氢钠0.4份,乳化剂为十二烷基硫酸钠1份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2份,引发剂为过硫酸钾0.3份,均为重量份。
制备方法为在容器中加入0.1份过硫酸钾、去离子水、乳化剂和碳酸氢钠,升温至80℃,再加入单体丙烯酸丁酯20份、丙烯酸甲酯20份、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯10份和0.1份过硫酸钾,反应2h后保温1h降温出料得到出核乳液,再滴加余下的单体和引发剂,反应3h,得到种子核壳乳液。
实施例2:
一种水性丙烯酸酯压敏胶,包括单体丙烯酸丁酯50份、丙烯酸甲酯30份、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯30份,碳酸氢钠0.4份,乳化剂为十二烷基硫酸钠0.5份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1.5份,引发剂为过硫酸钾0.5份,均为重量份。
制备方法为在容器中加入0.2份过硫酸钾、去离子水、乳化剂和碳酸氢钠,升温至85℃,再加入单体丙烯酸丁酯30份、丙烯酸甲酯20份、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯20份和0.2份过硫酸钾,反应2h后保温1.5h降温出料得到出核乳液,再滴加余下的单体和引发剂,反应4h,得到种子核壳乳液。
实施例3:
一种水性丙烯酸酯压敏胶,包括单体丙烯酸丁酯60份、丙烯酸甲酯20份、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯20份,碳酸氢钠0.5份,乳化剂为十二烷基硫酸钠0.5份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2份,引发剂为过硫酸钾0.4份,均为重量份。
制备方法为在容器中加入0.2份过硫酸钾、去离子水、乳化剂和碳酸氢钠,升温至90℃,再加入单体丙烯酸丁酯40份、丙烯酸甲酯10份、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯10份和0.1份过硫酸钾,反应2h后保温1.5h,降温出料得到出核乳液,再滴加余下的单体和引发剂,反应3.5h,得到种子核壳乳液。

1.一种水性丙烯酸酯压敏胶,包括单体75-120份,碳酸氢钠0.3-0.5份,乳化剂2-3份,引发剂0.2-0.5份,其特征在于:单体为丙烯酸丁酯40-60份、丙烯酸甲酯20-30份、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯15-30份,乳化剂为十二烷基硫酸钠0.5-1份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1.5-2份,引发剂为过硫酸钾0.2-0.5份,均为重量份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种水性丙烯酸酯压敏胶,其特征在于:制备方法为:在容器中加入部分引发剂、去离子水、乳化剂和碳酸氢钠,升温至80℃-90℃,再加入部分单体和引发剂,反应2h后保温1-1.5h降温出料得到出核乳液,再滴加余下的单体和引发剂,反应3-4h,得到种子核壳乳液。
