一种富含维生素的蓝莓鸡精,由以下重量份原料组成:食盐300-330、白砂糖50-60、谷元粉200-230、鸡肉粉100-120、香菇粉40-50、蓝莓40-50、木瓜40-50、猕猴桃40-50、核桃20-30、谷氨酸钠1-2、胡椒粉8-10、大蒜粉30-40、黄精5-6、珍珠4-5、冬虫夏草4-5、罗汉果5-6、黄荆根5-6、菊花4-5、甜菜根4-5、菠菜根3-4、鱼油1-2、米酒80-100、水适量。本发明的一种富含维生素的蓝莓鸡精,制作工艺简单,用谷元粉、鸡肉粉作为主材料,同时添加蓝莓、木瓜等水果,增加本发明鸡精的维生素的含量,营养美味,以及黄精、珍珠、冬虫夏草、罗汉果提取物的添加,具有很好的补益身体、养颜美容的效果。

技术领域
本发明主要涉及鸡精及其制备方法技术领域,尤其涉及一种富含维生素的蓝莓鸡精。
背景技术
为了烧出鲜美的菜或者煮出可口的汤,人们在炒菜或做汤时常常会投放味精或鸡精来调味。鸡精作为第二代复合调味品,其鲜度是普通味精的1.8-2.2 倍。但是目前的鸡精产品均为单一的调味品,只是单纯地注重口味,而忽略了营养方面的考虑。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种富含维生素的蓝莓鸡精的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种富含维生素的蓝莓鸡精,由以下重量份原料组成:食盐300-330、白砂糖50-60、谷元粉200-230、鸡肉粉100-120、香菇粉40-50、蓝莓40-50、木瓜40-50、猕猴桃40-50、核桃20-30、谷氨酸钠1-2、胡椒粉8-10、大蒜粉30-40、黄精5-6、珍珠4-5、冬虫夏草4-5、罗汉果5-6、黄荆根5-6、菊花4-5、甜菜根4-5、菠菜根3-4、鱼油1-2、米酒80-100、水适量。
一种富含维生素的蓝莓鸡精的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将蓝莓、木瓜、猕猴桃洗净,取其果肉,加入鱼油、米酒、适量的水,煎煮20-30分钟,将锅中所有物料打成浆汁,将浆汁喷雾干燥,得到粉末;
(2)将黄精、珍珠、冬虫夏草、罗汉果、黄荆根、菊花、甜菜根、菠菜根用5-10倍量的水提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(3)将食盐、白砂糖、谷元粉、鸡肉粉、香菇粉、谷氨酸钠、胡椒粉、大蒜粉、步骤1中的粉末、中药粉合并,混合均匀,造粒即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明的一种富含维生素的蓝莓鸡精,制作工艺简单,用谷元粉、鸡肉粉作为主材料,同时添加蓝莓、木瓜等水果,增加本发明鸡精的维生素的含量,营养美味,以及黄精、珍珠、冬虫夏草、罗汉果提取物的添加,具有很好的补益身体、养颜美容的效果。

一种富含维生素的蓝莓鸡精,由以下重量份(Kg)原料组成:食盐300、白砂糖50、谷元粉200、鸡肉粉100、香菇粉40、蓝莓40、木瓜40、猕猴桃40、核桃20、谷氨酸钠1、胡椒粉8、大蒜粉30、黄精5、珍珠4、冬虫夏草4、罗汉果5、黄荆根5、菊花4、甜菜根4、菠菜根3、鱼油1、米酒80、水适量。
一种富含维生素的蓝莓鸡精的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将蓝莓、木瓜、猕猴桃洗净,取其果肉,加入鱼油、米酒、适量的水,煎煮20分钟,将锅中所有物料打成浆汁,将浆汁喷雾干燥,得到粉末;
(2)将黄精、珍珠、冬虫夏草、罗汉果、黄荆根、菊花、甜菜根、菠菜根用5倍量的水提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;

1.一种富含维生素的蓝莓鸡精,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:食盐300-330、白砂糖50-60、谷元粉200-230、鸡肉粉100-120、香菇粉40-50、蓝莓40-50、木瓜40-50、猕猴桃40-50、核桃20-30、谷氨酸钠1-2、胡椒粉8-10、大蒜粉30-40、黄精5-6、珍珠4-5、冬虫夏草4-5、罗汉果5-6、黄荆根5-6、菊花4-5、甜菜根4-5、菠菜根3-4、鱼油1-2、米酒80-100、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种富含维生素的蓝莓鸡精的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将蓝莓、木瓜、猕猴桃洗净,取其果肉,加入鱼油、米酒、适量的水,煎煮20-30分钟,将锅中所有物料打成浆汁,将浆汁喷雾干燥,得到粉末;
(2)将黄精、珍珠、冬虫夏草、罗汉果、黄荆根、菊花、甜菜根、菠菜根用5-10倍量的水提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(3)将食盐、白砂糖、谷元粉、鸡肉粉、香菇粉、谷氨酸钠、胡椒粉、大蒜粉、步骤1中的粉末、中药粉合并,混合均匀,造粒即可。
