本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种梨花山楂面条,由以下重量份原料组成:小麦面粉400-420、荞麦粉80-100、薏仁40-50、黑米40-50、豌豆35-40、梨花30-40、红枣30-35、山楂45-50、草果6-7、天麻6-7、莲子心8-10、枇杷叶5-6、川贝5-6、银杏叶4-5、竹叶兰4-5、黄酒120-140、苹果醋80-100、冰糖40-50、水适量。
一种梨花山楂面条的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将薏仁、黑米、豌豆洗净,置于锅中,加入所述黄酒,加热焖煮20-30分钟,将薏仁、黑米、豌豆捞出,晒干,碾成粉末;
(2)将梨花用棉布包扎好,与洗净去核的红枣、山楂一起置于锅中,加入所述苹果醋,加热煮沸后,继续煮10-20分钟,将梨花包取出,将剩余物质打成红枣浆汁;
(3)将草果、天麻、莲子心、枇杷叶、川贝、银杏叶、竹叶兰、冰糖用5-10倍量的水加热提取,将提取液加热浓缩,得到中药浓缩液;
(4)将小麦面粉、荞麦粉及步骤1中的粉体合并,加入红枣浆汁、中药浓缩液以及适量的水,和和成面团后,做成面条即可。

1.一种梨花山楂面条,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:小麦面粉400-420、荞麦粉80-100、薏仁40-50、黑米40-50、豌豆35-40、梨花30-40、红枣30-35、山楂45-50、草果6-7、天麻6-7、莲子心8-10、枇杷叶5-6、川贝5-6、银杏叶4-5、竹叶兰4-5、黄酒120-140、苹果醋80-100、冰糖40-50、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种梨花山楂面条的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将薏仁、黑米、豌豆洗净,置于锅中,加入所述黄酒,加热焖煮20-30分钟,将薏仁、黑米、豌豆捞出,晒干,碾成粉末;
(2)将梨花用棉布包扎好,与洗净去核的红枣、山楂一起置于锅中,加入所述苹果醋,加热煮沸后,继续煮10-20分钟,将梨花包取出,将剩余物质打成红枣浆汁;
(3)将草果、天麻、莲子心、枇杷叶、川贝、银杏叶、竹叶兰、冰糖用5-10倍量的水加热提取,将提取液加热浓缩,得到中药浓缩液;
