Abstract

本发明涉及一种小流量减温水调节阀,主要包括阀体、阀盖、阀芯、阀座、阀杆及调节杆;所述阀盖与阀体相配,阀座设置在阀体内,阀杆自上而下伸入阀体的内腔中,在阀杆的下端与阀芯相连接,阀芯与阀座相配,所述阀芯的下端设有调节杆,在调节杆伸至阀座下端后,调节杆与阀座之间留有一定不同面积的间隙,所述调节杆的底端与阀芯相固定,并且调节杆位于阀芯密封圈的里侧,所述调节杆由上端固定部及下端调节部组成。本发明的优点在于:在利用执行器对调节阀的小流量进行调节时,位于阀芯底端的调节杆会先对阀体内介质流量进行精准调节,不会使执行器频繁动作,不但能满足实际工况运行要求,同时也不会对执行器造成损坏。

一种小流量减温水调节阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种小流量调节阀,具体的说是一种利用执行器带动阀杆上下运动,改变介质的流动面积,对流量进行调节控制,以满足不同流量要求的装置。
背景技术
调节阀又名控制阀,在工业自动化过程控制领域中,通过接受调节控制单元输出的控制信号,借助动力操作去改变介质流动面积,达到对流量、压力、液位等工艺参数的最终控制装置。一般由执行机构和阀门组成。如果按行程特点,调节阀可分为直行程和角行程;按其所配执行机构使用的动力,按其功能和特性分为线性特性,等百分比特性及抛物线特性三种。调节阀适用于空气、水、蒸汽、各种腐蚀性介质、泥浆、油品等介质。英文名:control valve,调节阀常用分类:气动调节阀,电动调节阀,液动调节阀,自力式调节阀。
目前,在现有市场上使用中的调节阀,其在对减温水调节阀的小流量进行调节时,由于进口与出口的压差大,压力不稳定,因此执行器在进行调节时,无法准确的控制,从而会使执行器频繁动作,不但不能满足实际工况运行要求,同时也会对执行器造成损坏。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种小流量控制阀门,通过执行器对介质的流量、压力进行精确调节控制装置。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种小流量减温水调节阀,其创新点在于:主要包括阀体、阀盖、阀芯、阀座、阀杆及调节杆;
所述阀盖与阀体相配,阀座设置在阀体内,阀杆自上而下从阀盖的中部位置穿过并伸入阀体的内腔中,在阀杆的下端与阀芯相连接,阀芯与阀座相配,所述阀盖与阀体之间设置有填料式密封结构;
所述填料式密封结构为:在阀杆与阀体之间设置有填料空腔,在填料空腔内填充有填料,在填料的上端安装有填料压盖,填料的下端设置有填料套,所述填料盖的一端通过螺栓与阀体相连接;
所述阀芯的下端安装有调节杆,在调节杆伸至阀座下端后,调节杆与阀座之间留有一定不同面积的间隙,所述调节杆的底端与阀芯相固定,并且调节杆位于阀芯密封圈的里侧,所述调节杆由上端固定部及下端调节部组成,固定部呈圆柱状,调节部呈圆锥状。
进一步的,所述调节杆的调节部的外侧可以呈直线状,也可以呈圆弧状。
进一步的,所述调节杆的调节部的横截面可以呈圆形状,也可以呈梅花状。
本发明的优点在于:在利用执行器对调节阀的小流量进行调节时,位于阀芯底端的调节杆会先对阀体内介质流量进行精准调节,不会使执行器频繁动作,不但能满足实际工况运行要求,同时也不会对执行器造成损坏。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的示意图可知,本发明的小流量减温水调节阀主要包括阀体1、阀盖2、阀芯3、阀座、阀杆4及调节杆。
阀盖2与阀体1相配,阀座设置在阀体内,阀杆4自上而下从阀盖2的中部位置穿过并伸入阀体1的内腔中,在阀杆4的下端与阀芯3相连接,阀芯3与阀座5相配,在阀盖2与阀体1之间设置有填料式密封结构。
填料式密封结构为:在阀杆4与阀体1之间设置有填料空腔6,在填料空腔6内填充有填料,在填料的上端安装有填料盖7,在填料的下端设置有填料套,在填料盖7的上端设置有填料压板8。
如图2所示的示意图可知,在阀芯3的下端安装有调节杆9,在调节杆9伸至阀座5下端后,调节杆9与阀座5之间留有一定不同面积的间隙,调节杆9的底端与阀芯3相固定,并且调节杆9位于阀芯3的密封圈的里侧,调节杆9由上端固定部11及下端调节部10组成,固定部11呈圆柱状,调节部10呈圆台状,调节部10的外侧呈直线状。在本实施例中,调节部10的外侧也可以呈弧形状,不论调节部10的外侧是撑之现状或是圆弧状,调节部10的横截面均呈圆锥状。
如图3所示的示意图可知,调节杆9的调节部10的横截面也呈梅花状。

1.一种小流量减温水调节阀,其特征在于:主要包括阀体、阀盖、阀芯、阀座、阀杆及调节杆;
所述阀盖与阀体相配,阀座设置在阀体内,阀杆自上而下从阀盖的中部位置穿过并伸入阀体的内腔中,在阀杆的下端与阀芯相连接,阀芯与阀座相配,所述阀盖与阀体之间设置有填料式密封结构;
所述填料式密封结构为:在阀杆与阀体之间设置有填料空腔,在填料空腔内填充有填料,在填料的上端安装有填料盖,填料的下端设置有填料套,所述填料盖的一端通过螺栓与阀体相连接;
所述阀芯的下端设有调节杆,在调节杆伸至阀座下端后,调节杆与阀座之间留有一定不同面积的间隙,所述调节杆的底端与阀芯相固定,并且调节杆位于阀芯密封圈的里侧,所述调节杆由上端固定部及下端调节部组成,固定部呈圆柱状,调节部呈圆锥状。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的小流量减温水调节阀,其特征在于:所述调节杆的调节部的外侧可以呈直线状,也可以呈圆弧状。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的小流量减温水调节阀,其特征在于:所述调节杆的调节部的横截面可以呈圆形状,也可以呈梅花状。
