技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆料,具体涉及一种耐候耐磨防老化改性丁腈橡胶电缆料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,电缆的需求市场广阔,推动着电缆料生产技术的进步,电缆料不仅用途广泛,而且对其性能指标有特殊的要求,比如绝缘性,拉伸强度,使用温度,阻燃性能等指标均有严格的要求,不断的提高电缆料的性能,是经济和社会发展的迫切需求,传统的电缆料多存在阻燃性差,高温易变形,力学性能差,使用寿命短等问题,给实际使用带来很多不便,甚至威胁到人们的生命财产安全,因此,急需改变原有电缆料配方,改进材料性能,以适应电缆市场多样的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种耐候耐磨防老化改性丁腈橡胶电缆料,提升了传统丁腈橡胶与三元乙丙橡胶共混材料的性能,使其具备优越的力学性能,耐气候老化、耐磨、耐高温,使用寿命长,能够适应特定的使用环境条件,为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种耐候耐磨防老化改性丁腈橡胶电缆料,其特征在于,该电缆料包含以下重量份的组分:丁腈橡胶25-30,EVA20-24,聚醋酸乙烯5-8,三元乙丙橡胶20-24,软木颗粒10-12,磷酸三甲苯酯4-5,抗氧剂10351-2,2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚1-2,氧化锌4-5,乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷1-2,硬脂酸铝2-3,菜籽油2-4,硅烷偶联剂KH5501-2,促进剂DM1-2,氧化锌3-4,N220炭黑30-34,N550炭黑23-25,硫磺1-2,助剂4-5。
所述的助剂包含以下重量份的原料:天青石20-25,交联剂TAC3-4,双季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯2-3,二甲基硅油2-3,碳化硅1-2,乌洛托品1-2,氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷2-3,促进剂CZ1-2,蛭石3-4,硼酸锌1-2,氧化锌2-3,花椒籽油1-2;制备方法是将天青石、蛭石放入煅烧炉中在550-570℃下煅烧3-4小时,冷却,粉碎成50-100目后放入12-15%盐酸溶液中浸泡2-3小时,过滤出天青石、蛭石粉末,清水洗净,烘干,粉碎成200-300目粉末,与其它剩余成分混合,研磨分散1-2小时,即得。
所述的一种耐候耐磨防老化改性丁腈橡胶电缆料,其制备方法如下:
(1)将EVA、聚醋酸乙烯、磷酸三甲苯酯、N550炭黑混合,送入双螺杆挤出机造粒;
(2)将丁腈橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶投入密炼机中,塑炼12-15min,当密炼机温度达到130-150℃时,开始出料,待塑炼料冷却后,送入密炼机中,加入其他剩余原料,混炼8-10min,待密炼温度达到110-125℃时,开始出料,混合料冷却备用;
(3)将步骤(1)、步骤(2)得到的物料一起送入密炼机中,在60-100℃下混炼3-4min,冷却后送入开炼机中开炼,薄通6-7次,即得本发明橡胶料。
本发明结合了丁腈橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶以及EVA等原料的优点,提升了传统丁腈橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶共混橡胶电缆料的性能,使其具备卓越的力学性能,耐气候老化、耐磨、耐高温,使用寿命长,能够适应特定的使用环境条件,市场应用前景广阔。
具体实施方式
实施例
本实施例的电缆料包含以下重量份的原料:丁腈橡胶30,EVA24,聚醋酸乙烯8,三元乙丙橡胶24,软木颗粒12,磷酸三甲苯酯5,抗氧剂10352,2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚2,氧化锌5,乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷2,硬脂酸铝3,菜籽油4,硅烷偶联剂KH5502,促进剂DM2,氧化锌4,N220炭黑34,N550炭黑25,硫磺2,助剂5。
所述的助剂包含以下重量份的原料:天青石25,交联剂TAC4,双季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯3,二甲基硅油3,碳化硅2,乌洛托品1,氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷3,促进剂CZ2,蛭石4,硼酸锌2,氧化锌3,花椒籽油2;制备方法是将天青石、蛭石放入煅烧炉中在570℃下煅烧4小时,冷却,粉碎成80目后放入15%盐酸溶液中浸泡3小时,过滤出天青石、蛭石粉末,清水洗净,烘干,粉碎成300目粉末,与其它剩余成分混合,研磨分散1.5小时,即得。
所述的一种耐候耐磨防老化改性丁腈橡胶电缆料,其制备方法如下:
(1)将EVA、聚醋酸乙烯、磷酸三甲苯酯、N550炭黑混合,送入双螺杆挤出机造粒;
(2)将丁腈橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶投入密炼机中,塑炼15min,当密炼机温度达到145℃时,开始出料,待塑炼料冷却后,送入密炼机中,加入其他剩余原料,混炼10min,待密炼温度达到125℃时,开始出料,混合料冷却备用;
(3)将步骤(1)、步骤(2)得到的物料一起送入密炼机中,在100℃下混炼3min,冷却后送入开炼机中开炼,薄通7次,即得本发明橡胶料。
本发明制备的电缆料,力学性能得到有效改善,拉伸强度,断裂伸长率等指标获得提高,具备耐气候老化、耐磨、耐高温特性。
本发明电缆料的性能测试结果为:拉伸强度为18.6Mpa,断裂伸长率为432%,经136℃×168h热空气老化后,拉伸强度保持率98.2%,断裂伸长率保持率为97.9%,在100℃环境下能长时间稳定工作,低温冲击脆化温度达到-40℃,在-70℃条件下弯曲后不开裂,在经1000小时的人工气候老化试验后,拉伸轻度变化率为30.2%,断裂伸长率变化率为29.2%。

Claims (1)

1.一种耐候耐磨防老化改性丁腈橡胶电缆料,其特征在于,该电缆料由以下重量份的原料制成:丁腈橡胶25-30,EVA20-24,聚醋酸乙烯5-8,三元乙丙橡胶20-24,软木颗粒10-12,磷酸三甲苯酯4-5,抗氧剂10351-2,2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚1-2,氧化锌4-5,乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷1-2,硬脂酸铝2-3,菜籽油2-4,硅烷偶联剂KH5501-2,促进剂DM1-2,氧化锌3-4,N220炭黑30-34,N550炭黑23-25,硫磺1-2,助剂4-5;

所述的助剂制备方法是将天青石、蛭石放入煅烧炉中在550-570℃下煅烧3-4小时,冷却,粉碎成50-100目后放入12-15%盐酸溶液中浸泡2-3小时,过滤出天青石、蛭石粉末,清水洗净,烘干,粉碎成200-300目粉末,与其它剩余成分混合,研磨分散1-2小时,即得;
所述的耐候耐磨防老化改性丁腈橡胶电缆料,其制作工艺如下:
(1)将EVA、聚醋酸乙烯、磷酸三甲苯酯、N550炭黑混合,送入双螺杆挤出机造粒;
(2)将丁腈橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶投入密炼机中,塑炼12-15min,当密炼机温度达到130-150℃时,开始出料,待塑炼料冷却后,送入密炼机中,加入其他剩余原料,混炼8-10min,待密炼温度达到110-125℃时,开始出料,混合料冷却备用;
(3)将步骤(1)、步骤(2)得到的物料一起送入密炼机中,在60-100℃下混炼3-4min,冷却后送入开炼机中开炼,薄通6-7次,即得。
