Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于内燃机的带传动的张紧辊或张紧轮。
背景技术
用于驱动内燃机次级组件的带传动包括固定于发动机体的辊子和通过弹簧预加载、以枢转方式作用在驱动皮带上的辊子。
为保证这些辊子足够精确的安装位置和定向,已知的是提供了一种具有中孔和肩部的间隔器,所述肩部径向和轴向地支撑内滚道。辊子通过螺杆螺栓紧固于发动机体或另一轴向支撑装置,所述螺杆通过间隔器的中孔从而使得内滚道和间隔器在螺杆头和发动机体之间夹紧。
具有滚动轴承的辊子,肩部和螺杆在辊子的制造商处预装配并且作为结构模块运送到机动车装配地点。
DE10003208A1提出,在辊子制造商处和机动车装配地点之间的运输期间,为了将结构模块保持在一起,使用O形环形状的弹性杯从而将螺杆在运输期间紧固在间隔器的中孔中
DE10003208A1提出,在使用时为密封滚动轴承,使用由螺杆头夹紧到内滚道的轴向表面上的垫圈。
运输时的振动可导致该结构模块中的O形环变松。其后果是垫圈不再覆盖和保护滚动轴承的内部,装配地点空气中的灰尘能够进入。
发明内容
本发明涉及用于内燃机的带传动的张紧辊和张紧轮,其中滚动轴承得到有效保护,在运输和安装期间不受污染。
用于内燃机的带传动的张紧辊和张紧轮包括滑轮;至少一个包括内滚道和外滚道的滚动轴承,所述轴承安装在滑轮中;具有中孔以及径向和轴向地支撑内滚道的肩部的间隔器;布置在间隔器的所述中孔中的螺杆;在运输期间用于将螺杆紧固在间隔器的中孔中的弹性杯;以及在使用时用于密封滚动轴承的装置。
所提出的是一种用于密封滚动轴承的装置,该装置包括至少一个整合到滚动轴承中的密封件。
在一个优选的实施方式中,整合到滚动轴承中的密封件包括至少一个迷宫式密封件。优选地,迷宫式密封件包括由合成橡胶制成的密封件。
有利的是,用于密封滚动轴承的装置包括至少两个整合到滚动轴承两个轴向侧的密封件。因此滚动轴承的两侧均可得到保护。
优选地,所述滑轮过模制在滚动轴承的外滚道上。
在一个优选的实施方式中,螺杆头部与滚动轴承的内滚道直接接触。

具体实施方式
图1表示用于内燃机的带传动的张紧辊或张紧轮。辊子是预装模块并且包括滑轮10;包括内滚道20和外滚道22的滚动轴承18,所述轴承安装在滑轮10中;具有中孔14以及径向和轴向地支撑内滚道20的肩部16的间隔器12;布置在间隔器12的中孔14中的螺杆24;在运输期间用于将螺杆24紧固在间隔器12的中孔14中的弹性杯26;以及整合到滚动轴承18中用于使滚动轴承18内部不受污染的两个密封件28、30。弹性杯26是简单的O形环。
在所示实施方式中,整合到滚动轴承18中的密封件包括迷宫式密封件,该迷宫式密封件包括由合成橡胶制成的并且紧固于外滚道22和内滚道20的环形元件。
滚动轴承18是单排球轴承,节圆直径为28.5mm。滚动轴承18使用油脂润滑。
滑轮10过模制到滚动轴承18的外滚道22上。外径向表面具有圆周凹槽,用来更好地将滑轮10固定于外滚道22。可替代的是,滑轮可由冲压的钣金件制成。
间隔器12是具有肩部16的金属衬套,肩部形成在背对接触表面32的一侧上,接触表面32设置为紧压在发动机体上或另一支撑表面上。容纳O形环形式的弹性杯的凹槽围绕容纳螺杆24的孔14的边缘设置。
螺杆24的头部34与滚动轴承18的内滚道20直接接触从而提供力的直接传送。
Claims (6)
1.用于内燃机的带传动的张紧辊或张紧轮,包括:
-滑轮(10);
-至少一个滚动轴承(18),所述滚动轴承包括内滚道(20)和外滚道(22),所述轴承安装在滑轮(10)中;
-间隔器(12),所述间隔器具有中孔(14)以及径向和轴向地支撑内滚道(20)的肩部(16);
-螺杆(24),所述螺杆布置在间隔器(12)的所述中孔(14)中;
-弹性杯(26),用于在运输期间将螺杆(24)紧固在间隔器(12)的中孔(14)中;以及
-在使用时用于密封滚动轴承(18)的装置;
其特征在于,
-用于密封滚动轴承(18)的装置包括至少一个整合到滚动轴承(18)中的密封件(28,30)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的张紧辊或张紧轮,其特征在于,整合到滚动轴承(18)中的所述密封件包括至少一个迷宫式密封件(28,30)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的张紧辊或张紧轮,其特征在于,所述迷宫式密封件(28,30)由合成橡胶制成的O形环制成。
4.根据前述权利要求中的一项所述的张紧辊或张紧轮,其特征在于,用于密封滚动轴承(18)的装置包括至少两个整合到滚动轴承(18)的两个轴向侧中的密封件。
5.根据前述权利要求中的一项所述的张紧辊或张紧轮,其特征在于,滑轮(10)过模制到滚动轴承(18)的外滚道(22)上。
6.根据前述权利要求中的一项所述的张紧辊或张紧轮,其特征在于,螺杆(24)的头部与滚动轴承(18)的内滚道(20)直接接触。
