本发明涉及一种果味黑芝麻糊,制作步骤为,选取颗粒饱满无虫蛀的黑芝麻,除去灰尘,烘烤后打磨成粉末状;选取新鲜山药,除尘、脱皮、切片后放入烘烤炉中烘烤,然后利用粉磨机将山药切片磨成粉末状备用;将糯米粉放入锅中,用小火炒熟至颜色变黄,备用;将猕猴桃干、香蕉干及苹果干分别放入粉磨机中,打成粉末状;按照比例将黑芝麻粉、糯米粉、山药粉、猕猴桃干粉、香蕉干粉及苹果干粉及绵白糖均匀混合;包装成小袋销售。该果味黑芝麻糊不仅保留了水果和黑芝麻本身具有的营养物质,口感甜而不腻,而且含有丰富的维生素、磷、钙及铁,不添加任何防腐剂和人工色素,营养成分高,适于在市场上大规模推广销售,造福广大群众。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种食用的黑芝麻糊,尤其是营养丰富,口感好的一种果味黑芝麻糊。
背景技术
目前,公知的市场上销售的黑芝麻糊一般都含有多种添加剂,经常食用对人们的健康不利,而且黑芝麻糊的味道单一,经常食用便会觉得甜腻,若能在黑芝麻糊中加入爽口的水果味道,而且不添加任何添加剂,则会给人们的生活带来福音。
发明内容
为了解决现有的黑芝麻糊味道单一的问题,本发明提供一种果味黑芝麻糊,该果味黑芝麻糊不仅保留了水果和黑芝麻本身具有的营养物质,口感甜而不腻,而且含有丰富的维生素、磷、钙及铁,不添加任何防腐剂和人工色素,营养成分高,适于在市场上大规模推广销售,造福广大群众。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该果味黑芝麻糊的制备步骤如下:
(1)选取颗粒饱满无虫蛀的黑芝麻,在清水中清洗2-3次,除去黑芝麻表面的灰尘,沥干水分;
(2)将黑芝麻放入烤箱中烘烤,烤箱温度为130℃-140℃,烘烤6-10分钟后取出;
(3)将烤熟的黑芝麻放入粉磨机中,打磨10-20分钟,打成粉末状,放入干燥的消毒容器中备用;
(4)选取当季的鲜山药,在清水中清洗1-3次,除去山药上的尘土;
(5)将山药脱皮,对剩下的芯肉进行切片,芯肉的直径为1.5厘米-2.5厘米,切成厚度为0.5厘米-1.5厘米的小圆片,如此切片便于更好的清洗山药切片表面的粘液;
(6)对山药切片用水冲洗1-3次,沥干水分,放入烤箱中烘烤,烤箱温度为100℃-120℃,烘烤10-14分钟后取出;
(7)将烤熟的山药片放入粉磨机中,打磨8-12分钟,打成粉末状,放入干燥的消毒容器中备用;
(8)选用已风干无变质的猕猴桃干、香蕉干及苹果干,分别放入粉磨机中,打磨11-15分钟,打成粉末状,放入干燥的消毒容器中备用;
(9)将糯米粉放入锅中,用小火炒熟至颜色变黄,备用;
(10)按照黑芝麻粉45%-55%、糯米粉3%-7%、山药粉25%-30%、猕猴桃干粉3%-8%、香蕉干粉3%-8%、苹果干粉3%-8%及绵白糖2%-4%的质量比混合,搅拌均匀;
(11)按照每小袋38g-42g的重量对黑芝麻糊进行分袋包装,然后装箱出厂销售;
(12)食用时,每一小袋黑芝麻糊用300ml-350ml的开水冲开即可。

具体实施方式
该果味黑芝麻糊的制备步骤如下:
(1)选取颗粒饱满无虫蛀的黑芝麻,在清水中清洗2次,除去黑芝麻表面的灰尘,沥干水分;
(2)将黑芝麻放入烤箱中烘烤,烤箱温度为135℃,烘烤8分钟后取出;
(3)将烤熟的黑芝麻放入粉磨机中,打磨15分钟,打成粉末状,放入干燥的消毒容器中备用;
(4)选取当季的鲜山药,在清水中清洗2次,除去山药上的尘土;
(5)将山药脱皮,对剩下的芯肉进行切片,芯肉的直径为2厘米,切成厚度为1厘米的小圆片,如此切片便于更好的清洗山药切片表面的粘液;
(6)对山药切片用水冲洗2次,沥干水分,放入烤箱中烘烤,烤箱温度为110℃,烘烤12分钟后取出;
(7)将烤熟的山药片放入粉磨机中,打磨10分钟,打成粉末状,放入干燥的消毒容器中备用;
(8)选用已风干无变质的猕猴桃干、香蕉干及苹果干,分别放入粉磨机中,打磨11-15分钟,打成粉末状,放入干燥的消毒容器中备用;
(9)将糯米粉放入锅中,用小火炒熟至颜色变黄,备用;
(10)按照黑芝麻粉50%、糯米粉5%、山药粉27%、猕猴桃干粉5%、香蕉干粉5%、苹果干粉5%及绵白糖3%的质量比混合,搅拌均匀;
(11)按照每小袋40g的重量对黑芝麻糊进行分袋包装,然后装箱出厂销售;
(12)食用时,每一小袋黑芝麻糊用320ml的开水冲开即可。

1.一种果味黑芝麻糊,其特征在于,该果味黑芝麻糊包括黑芝麻粉、糯米粉、山药粉、猕猴桃干粉、香蕉干粉、苹果干粉及绵白糖。
2.一种果味黑芝麻糊,其特征在于,该果味黑芝麻糊配比为,黑芝麻粉45%-55%、糯米粉3%-7%、山药粉25%-30%、猕猴桃干粉3%-8%、香蕉干粉3%-8%、苹果干粉3%-8%及绵白糖2%-4%。
