Description

本发明涉及一种组合栓塞,该栓塞具有一个用于容纳紧固螺栓的螺纹通道,具有一个通过紧固螺栓的拧入进行膨胀的可膨胀区域,并具有出口开口,该出口开口设置在栓轴内用于将砂浆注射在组合栓塞内。
使用在砖石建筑的钻削孔内的紧固元件的结构设计和利用注射砂浆或类似的粘接剂将该紧固元件牢固地固定在砖石建筑中都是已知的技术。这种固定方法可以由DE-OS2830073号文献中得知。为了将紧固元件进行固定,首先需要导入已钻出的孔中。然后再将一种能够导致织物膨胀的可发泡塑料材料导入。最后,将实际的紧固元件放入其中。
采用砂浆或类似的粘接剂对紧固元件进行固定经常是需要的,尤其在多孔的或脆性的砖石建筑中采用这种紧固方法也能架得到较高的拔拉值。但是在此之前,已知的组合式固定装置在使用中较耗费时间,另外这种固定装置还未曾允许应用于紧固板条或构架的贯通固定件。
本发明是根据所存在的问题创制一种组合栓塞,该栓塞使用简单,而且允许在粘接剂固化之前进行初步地紧固。
这一问题是通过下述结构特征解决的,即在该栓塞的螺纹通道中设置有导向至出口开口的引导表面,该引导表面将螺纹通道分隔一个前区和一个后区,而且该出口开口汇合在沿着组合栓塞的外侧延伸的槽沟中。在稍后拧入紧固螺栓的前区中,在组合式栓塞的轴上具有出口开口,该出口开口由贯通组合式栓塞的螺纹通道向着两旁边导向外面。此前区是利用引导表面与螺纹通道的其余部分隔开的,这样则注射到组合柱塞内的砂浆就不可能进入引导表面后面的螺纹通道中。将砂浆沿着引导表面进行引导,并通过出口开口通向外面,砂浆可以在槽沟内沿着柱塞通向其端部。砂浆注射完成以后,就将引导表面去除,或者将***的紧固螺栓穿过该引导表面推入。然后将紧固螺栓贯穿至螺纹通道后区内,在该区域内没有会引起麻烦的砂浆残余物。甚至如果在栓塞的后区设置一些窄槽时,当将紧固件拧入时则在槽的部位内的少量砂浆也会很容易地被推出去。
螺纹通道的前区的直径最好是大于其后区的直径;以空心元件的形式的一种可拆卸的限制器包括有出口开口和引导表面,它可以***此前区中。
为了防止该限制器的不正确地***,在该限制器和栓塞轴上可以设置定心部分。
不用限制器,而是在螺纹通道的前区和后区之间采用注塑薄片形式的引导表面也是可行的,当将紧固螺栓拧入时则薄片就被突破。在这种情况下,该组合栓塞成为一个单件塑料构件。
用作砂浆的通道并由栓塞的出口开口沿着其纵向外侧延伸的槽沟最好是V形截面的。该槽沟的底部可以具有非常薄的厚度,这样则当紧固螺栓拧入时,该槽沟的底部就撕裂,而且该组合栓塞就能进行自由地膨胀。然而该槽沟也可以这样进行设计,即在槽沟的底部区域内设置一个完全贯通栓塞轴的很窄的开口。如果该开口是相当地窄,基本上就不会有砂浆进入到它下面设置的螺纹通道内。
在最佳实施方案中,组合栓塞具有一个围绕着该栓塞轴的织物,该织物是可膨胀的,并具有细的网眼。当将砂浆注入时,该织物就向外扩张,由于织物是细网眼的,注入的砂浆就保持在该织物与栓塞轴之间。如果将栓塞***一个蜂窝块中或者一个带侧面凸度部分的钻削孔中时,该织物就连同注入的砂浆一起形成相对应的凸度部分,当砂浆凝固以后,该凸度部分就会在组合栓塞与砖石建筑之间形成牢靠的连接。
该组合式栓塞也可以设计成不带护套形的织物,特别是当用于实体建筑材料时更是如此。在栓塞的外表面上除了具有环形槽沟以外,具有粗糙的构形是特别有好处的。这样一种表面保证了在砂浆与组合式栓塞之间的良好连接。
下面将参阅附图对本发明进行更详细地解释。
图1是显示一个***在蜂窝块内的带有限制器的组合栓塞;
图2是显示按照图1所示的限制器一个纵向截面剖视图;
图3是显示一个组合栓塞的实施方案,该栓塞带有一个注塑薄片用以代替限制器。
如图1所示的组合栓塞是由一个栓塞轴1和一个织物2组成,此外该织物是围绕着该栓塞轴并以虚线表示的。
设置在栓塞轴1内的螺纹通道3被分成一个具有较大直径的前区4和一个后区5。在前区4内设有相互对着的两个出口开口6,当将限制器8放入前区4以后,两个出口开口6要与阻制器的开口7对正。限制器8是一种空心元件结构,如图2所示,图中显示沿着剖线AB的纵向截面剖视图。
在限制器8内形成两个楔形排列的导向开口7的引导表面9。当将限制器8置于其位置上,如果将一个注射装置10放置在限制器8的嘴部11上时,就可以利用注射嘴12将砂浆注射到限制器8的空腔内,并由该空腔通向开口7和对应的出口开口6。在织物2的工作部分内就会造成向外凸出,如图所示。当注射过程终止以后,将阻制器8移出,并立即将一个紧固螺栓拧入螺纹通道3中。在拧入过程中,栓塞的后区就膨胀,这就会导致组合栓塞对着墙壁部分13支撑着。照这样就可以实现初步的紧固。
位于虚线范围内的砂浆14一经凝固以后,它就会在墙壁部分13和15与栓塞轴1之间形成牢固的连接。
具有一定构形和/或粗糙化的栓塞表面,在砂浆14与栓塞轴1之间可以获得一个特别好的连接。在该实施方案中所显示的许多个环形槽沟16就是为此目的专门设置的。
槽沟17是由出口开口6向着栓塞轴1的端部18延伸的。在槽沟17内是能够将注射到钻削孔内的砂浆分布到栓塞轴1的整个长度上。该槽沟17是V形截面的并用以对砂浆进行均匀分布的,特别是在用于细的钻孔中或带有细的部分的钻削孔中时进行均匀分布。
该槽沟17具有一个窄的纵向开口19,该开口可以使栓塞轴1进行自由地膨胀。但是,该开口19可以通过一个薄的注塑片进行封闭,该薄片当栓塞膨胀时被撕裂。
图3是显示以整体引导表面20来代替限制器8的实施方案,该整体引导表面是在前区4与后区5之间以一个薄的注塑片21的结构形式实现的。该注塑薄片21将两个区4、5完全隔离开,这样则由前面注射至栓塞内的砂浆就通过出口开口6引导外面。此外,按照图3所示的组合栓塞可以与图1所示的组合柱塞相同的方法进行制造,如果将一个紧固螺栓由前面***柱塞内,该紧固螺栓的头部就穿透注塑薄片21。该注塑薄片21被穿透以后,这样紧固螺栓就可以进入螺纹通道3的较细的部分。

Claims (9)

1、一种组合栓塞,该栓塞具有一个用于容纳紧固螺栓的螺纹通道,具有一个能够由紧固螺栓的拧入进行膨胀的可膨胀的区域,并具有出口开口,该出口开口设置在栓塞轴用于注入的砂浆,其特征在于:在螺纹通道(3)内设置有导向至出口开口(6)的引导表面(9,20),该引导表面将螺纹通道(3)分隔成一个前区(4)和一个后区(5),而且该出口开口(6)汇合在沿着组合栓塞的外侧延伸的槽沟(17)内。
2、根据权利要求1所述的组合栓塞,其特征在于:在所述前区(4)内设置有出口开口(6),而且螺纹通道(3)具有用以***可拆卸的限制器(8)的一个直径放大部分,该限制器(8)是以空心元件的形式构成的,该元件上并带有与出口开口(6)相对正的开口(7)。
3、根据权利要求2所述的组合栓塞,其特征在于:设置在该空心元件内的是对着其侧面开口(7)呈楔形伸展的引导表面(9)。
4、根据权利要求2或3所述的组合栓塞,其特征在于:相对应的定中心元件是设置在限制器(8)上和组合式栓塞上。
5、根据权利1所述的组合柱塞,其特征在于:引导表面(20)是由一种薄的注塑片(21)制成的。
6、根据以上各项权利要求中任何一项所述的组合栓塞,其特征在于:所述槽沟(17)是V形截面的。
7、根据上述各项权利要求中任何一项要求所述的组合柱塞,其特征在于:所述槽沟(17)完全贯通组合栓塞的侧壁并在槽沟的底部形成一个窄的开口(19)。
8、根据上述各项权利要求中任何一项要求所述的组合栓塞,其特征在于:该栓塞轴(1)是由一个可膨胀的、细网眼的织物(2)包住,该织物以其两个端部牢固地连接在组合栓塞的两端。
9、根据上述各项权种要求中任何一项要求所述的组合栓塞,其特征在于:该栓塞轴(1)具有一定构形和/或粗糙化的表面。
