本发明涉及一种金属材料的热处理方法,尤其是低淬透性中碳合金结构钢的热处理方法。本发明的实施工艺包括:下料—加热—预制坯—模锻成形—校正切边—淬火—回火—抛丸,下料后加热的温度为1100-1140℃,产品经过预制坯、模锻成形和校正切边后,在空气中停留10S左右,便放入余热槽内进行淬火,余热槽内的淬火介质由5-7﹪的HT-01溶液和93-95﹪的水组成。通过这样处理可将产品硬度控制在33~38HRC之间,心部组织可达到100%回火索氏体或100%回火屈氏体,抗弯强度提高了10%左右,无开裂件,完全满足并高于客户的要求,免去了按常规所需的再次加热,降低了电能等消耗,减少了劳动工时,改善了工作环境。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种金属材料的热处理方法,尤其是低淬透性中碳合金结构钢的热处理方法。
背景技术
现有技术中,通常是将锻后冷却到室温的产品放入箱式电阻炉中,重新加热到820-840℃并保温1小时,出炉后在水中搅动淬火,然后经430-450℃保温2小时回火,出炉空冷。采用以上方法,产品成本高,生产周期长,劳动强度大,并且产品质量合格率低,对于低淬透性合金结构钢,油淬无法保证硬度合格,淬透深度也浅,采取水淬虽然能达到硬度要求,但心部无法完全淬透而达不到技术要求,且水淬易导致工件开裂,所以必须100%磁粉探伤。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够降低成本、提高产品淬透性和强度的热处理方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的实施工艺包括:下料—加热—预制坯—模锻成形—校正切边—淬火—回火—抛丸,下料后加热的温度为1100-1140℃,产品经过预制坯、模锻成形和校正切边后,在空气中停留10S左右,便放入余热槽内进行淬火,余热槽内的淬火介质由5-7﹪的HT-01溶液和93-95﹪的水组成,回火工艺的温度控制为450-470℃,保温2小时,然后出炉空冷。
通过这样处理可将产品硬度控制在33~38HRC之间,心部组织可达到100%回火索氏体或100%回火屈氏体,抗弯强度提高了10%左右,无开裂件,完全满足并高于客户的要求,免去了按常规所需的再次加热,降低了电能等消耗,减少了劳动工时,改善了工作环境。
具体实施方式
1、棒料经中频电炉加热,为了保留高温形变锻热淬火的强韧化效果,将加热温度由常规的1180℃降至1100-1140℃,用红外测温仪检测,然后预制坯,模锻成形,校正切边。
2、切边后产品在空气中停留10S左右,保证工件温度控制在820~860℃之间,然后将之放入余热槽内进行淬火。内余热槽内的淬火介质由5-7﹪的HT-01溶液和93-95﹪的水组成。HT-01溶液是由水溶性有机高分子聚合物及少量添加剂溶合而成,工作液不燃烧,无油烟,无空气污染。该淬火介质可保证工件在高温区域冷速快而组织转变区域冷速慢,从而避免了淬火变形及开裂。
3、将淬火后的工件放入井式回火炉回火,回火温度460±10℃,保温时间2小时,每炉装1200件,然后出炉空冷即可。

1.一种低淬透性中碳合金结构钢的热处理方法,其实施工艺包括:下料—加热—预制坯—模锻成形—校正切边—淬火—回火—抛丸,其特征在于:下料后加热的温度为1100-1140℃,产品经过预制坯、模锻成形和校正切边后,在空气中停留10s左右,便放入余热槽内进行淬火,余热槽内的淬火介质由5-7﹪的HT-01溶液和93-95﹪的水组成,所述回火工艺的温度为450-470℃,保温2小时,然后出炉空冷。
