滚柱推杆
技术领域
本发明涉及一种滚柱推杆,其尤其是用于各一个定性调节或定量调节的内燃机的阀门传动装置或用于高压燃料泵,该滚柱推杆具有壳体,在壳体的驱动侧的端缘处,两个在直径上相对置的以及从壳体的外壳部上压出的展平部(Flach)被设有各一个容纳部,承载凸轮滚柱的销柱支承在这些容纳部中,其中,壳体的内壳部朝远离驱动装置的方向看沿轴向在凸轮滚柱下方被桥接件贯穿,桥接件的从动侧的端缘具有用于推杆跟随部件的靠放部。
背景技术
依据类属的滚柱推杆从DE102006028851A1的图1中得到。该滚柱推杆的用于凸轮滚柱的销柱要么通过在端缘侧的压制来固定,要么通过径向点铆接或者说振动铆接来形状锁合和力锁合地固定。
上述措施需要单独的机器并且导致制造成本或者说制造时间的不必要的升高。压制连接或铆接连接的质量检查也是相对费事的/破坏性的。此外清楚的是,本领域技术人员在施用上述方法的情况下在用于销柱的材料选择方面受限,尽管最近的现有技术也阐述了经硬化处理的以及接着经径向点铆接的销柱(参见DE102006054404A1)。
备选于前述的措施地,US5,385,124公开了通过止推环-槽连接对于销柱的固定方案。在此情况下,需要用于引入槽和装配止推环的附加工作步骤,尤其是带有根据标准的槽的、用于销柱的孔的周围结构需要最小宽度并且在周围结构中并且在销柱中所需的槽消弱了各自的材料。
此外,根据开头所实施的DE102006028851A1的滚柱推杆的壳体的外壳部的无心磨削被证明是有问题的,因为存在为了磨削而翻转的壳体倾翻的危险。
发明内容
因此任务是:提出开头所述类型的滚柱推杆,其中,消除了所阐述的缺点。尤其是,滚柱推杆应能够价格低廉地制造并且具有非常简单的销柱保持件。

滚柱推杆的优选由价格低廉的钢片制成的壳体因此可以无倾翻地以无心磨削方法在其外壳部上进行精细加工,其中,可考虑该壳体的实心构造。处在驱动侧的端缘处的闭合的环绕圈具有如余下壳体的外直径。
销柱通过其端部要么“松动地”置入展平部的类似半壳的容纳部中,要么该销柱根据本发明的其它的具体方案通过容纳部的侧面的略微高出该销柱的上侧凸出的端部来保持,从而提供了至少一种良好的运输紧固件。对于本领域技术人员清楚的是,通过“从上部”简单***/扣入,销柱与凸轮滚柱的装配是可考虑地价格低廉的。
根据本发明的合乎目的的实施方案,销柱经受在相应的展平部处通过该销柱的各自的端缘在环绕圈的类似弓形的扇段的内侧上的推动而进行的轴向引导。因此,销柱以其各自的端缘的仅仅一个环形扇段在环绕圈上推动并且轴向上可轻微运动。
带有容纳部的展平部优选与壳体单件式地连接并且例如通过对壳体的壳部区域以伸出部形式的穿通而沿径向向内形成。
特别简单地待执行的对于销柱的热处理方法是其它从属权利要求的主题。相应地,该销柱应硬化处理。
尽管带有用于推杆跟随部件(泵推杆/换气阀/推杆连杆)的靠放部的桥接件能单件式地连接到壳体的内壳部上。然而,桥接件优选还是作为如片材构件那样的独立的而且薄壁的元件,该元件朝驱动装置方向靠放在展平部的下部面上,以及朝输出装置方向处在从壳体的内壳部出发的一个或多个扣合突出部等的后面。
为了省去附加地待固定在壳体中的防相对转动件(伴随有脱失的危险),提出:伸出部可从桥接件的外壳部伸出,该伸出部在装配好的状态中延伸穿过壳体中的开口,并且超出该壳体的外壳部。
最后地但同样重要地,设置为:凸轮滚柱可以通过低摩擦的滚动支承件在销柱上运行,其中,也可以考虑滑动支承件。

壳体2的内壳部9沿轴向在凸轮滚柱7下方被由钢片制成的薄壁的桥接件10贯通。指状的伸出部25单件式地从其外壳部面24伸出。该伸出部25延伸穿过壳体2的开口26,以形成防相对转动件。桥接件10的从动侧的端缘11具有用于推杆跟随部件(在此为泵活塞)的靠放部12。
可见的是:壳体2的除了展平部5之外的未设梯级的外壳部4在展平部5的在俯视图中类似弓弦状穿过壳体2的上侧13上方呈现为闭合的环绕圈14。展平部5中的容纳部6构造为从展平部的上侧13出发的、类似半壳状紧抱销柱8的留空部。因此,壳体2在对其外壳部4进行无心磨削时不再如开头所述的那样可能倾翻。
带有凸轮滚柱7的销柱8在装配情况下简单地从上方置入容纳部6中,并且在略微内伸的端部18后方被容纳部6的侧面19扣住。
如从图2、4中看得最清楚的那样,销柱8经受在相应的展平部5处通过该销柱8的各自的端缘15在环绕圈14的类似弓形的扇段17的内侧16上的推动而进行的轴向引导。

Claims (13)
