Abstract

Description
本发明是关于一种预充液注射器,特别是关于一种带有针头保护装置的注射器。
本发明的一般目的是提供一种预充液注射器,它可以被用来的注射疫苗,它包括结构简单、经济的完整的易于使用的单元,在使用中的所有阶段,都能保证高水平的安全性能。本发明的另一目的是提供一种一般为一次性使用的注射器。
为此目的,根据本发明的注射器包括一个注射器本体;一个在所述注射器本体内可滑动的栓塞,注射器本体限定了一个容纳要被注射物质的空腔;一个通过所述栓塞与所述空腔连通的注射针头,以相对于所述注射器本体可滑动的方式至少围住所述针头的尖端部分的套筒式装置;和在所述套筒件和所述栓塞之间环围所述针头的压缩弹簧件。

根据一个最佳实施例,所述保持件由一个弹性圈构成,该保护圈由加工在所述注射器本体开口端上的环形法兰支承,所述保护圈带有至少一个向内的唇部用以与套筒件外壁表面上的环槽啮合。
所述套筒件上的槽和所述保持圈的所述向内唇部的横断面应呈这种形状,即只要沿轴向作用于注射器上的力不超过一定值,所述保持圈就可防止在该力的作用下将套筒件推入注射器本体,其中所述的一定值是刺穿所述保护套和驱动针头反抗所述螺旋弹簧的作用力而进入对象的肌肉所需的力值,这样,当所述力稍大于所述值时,所述保持圈就允许所述套筒件滑入注射器本体。
在另一方案中,所述套筒件上的所述槽和所述保持圈的所述向内唇部的横断面形状可以保持所述套筒件和所述注射器本体的相互位置,而所述针头支承件则可分离地安装在所述套筒件的所述端部内。
根据另一最佳实施例,本发明的注射器包括一个位于针头和含有要被注射物质的空腔之间的阀件,从而允许所述空腔只有在注射期间才与针头连通。所述阀件还包括一个位于所述栓塞的中空空腔内的刚性球件,所述中空空腔位于贯穿栓塞的通道上,从而为所述球件提供一个阀座,并迫使所述球件弹性地抵靠在所述阀座上而处于静止状态,以堵塞所述通道。一旦所述针头支承件***所述栓塞,所述针头支承件就将所述球体从所述阀座上推开,这样就打开了贯穿栓塞的所述通道。
从下面的描述中可更明显看出,根据本发明的注射器的优点是易于使用,并有一个针头保护套,它是注射器本身的一部分,并使得针头仅在注射时才暴露出来,而注射后针头又自动缩回到被保护位置。此外,在使用前,注射器保证了极好的卫生性,并消除了注射后人被偶然刺伤的危险,这种现象在传统注射器中是常见的。
参照附图,从下面的不同实施例的描述中可以更容易地看到本发明注射器的其它优点和特征,其中:

如图1(a)到图1(d)所示,注射器包括一个圆柱状、中空的注射器本体1,其端部之一是敞开的,另一端部是封闭的,从而形成一个容纳要被注射的液体物质的空腔。注射器本体1最好由一玻璃管构成,当然也可以由其它适当的材料构成,如金属或合成树脂。
一个栓塞2安装在注射器本体1内,其外侧壁,或固定在外侧壁上的密封装置,与注射器本体1的内壁低摩擦滑动啮合,而保持由注射器本体限定的上述空腔的密封度,栓塞2的后壁面对注射器本体的封闭端。
一个注射针头3被支承,其尖端的指向与注射器本体1的封闭端的方向相反,其后端固定在一个圆柱状支承件4上,支承件4使针头保持与注射器本体1的轴线同轴。针头3的后端通过贯穿栓塞2的通道与容纳要被注射物质的空腔连通。更具体些,在图1所示的实施例中,针头的支承件4有一圆柱部分插在栓塞2中,并在其中轴向延伸,该部分有一管道,如针头本身的管道,构成所述通道。
一个圆柱状套筒5,其两端敞开,并且其外径稍小于注射器本体1的内径,图1(a)示出了它的初始阶段状态,其端部之一位于本体1内,借助于一个由弹性材料如像胶或弹性塑料制成的保持圈6、套筒5被固定以防止相对于本体1的运动。借助于一个位于注射器本体1开口端上的环形法兰固定保持圈6,为了开始时将要被注射物质充填入注射器,可以将保持环移去。此外,在保持圈6的内侧有一唇部,它与垂直于注射器的轴线加工在套筒5外侧上的环槽11啮合。在图1(a)到图1(b)所述实施例的情况下,套筒5的槽11的后侧垂直于套筒的轴线,该槽的前侧相对于该轴有一较小角度。槽11的这样特殊形状在注射器工作方式中的作用将在下面的描述中解释。
在图1(a)和图1(d)所示的初始和最后状
态中,一个保护套7环绕针头3的前端。该保护套由一圆柱状套筒构成,其外径小于套筒5的内径,并且其前端被一形成顶盖的壁封闭,该壁可很容易地被针头的尖刺穿。保护套在套筒5内的后端是开口的并有一个后部展宽的锥端部分8,以便提供一个支承和密封部分与套筒5前端上相应形状和尺寸的锥形座9配合。
一个受压弹簧10环绕针头3,弹簧的一端顶在支承件4上,其另一端顶在保护套7的锥端部分8的内表面,从而迫使锥端部分8顶在座9上,如图1(a)和图1(d)所示的位置。在这些位置中,套筒5的内部实际上对外部是密封的,并且在图1(a)所示的初始静止位置,弹簧10的弹力足以防止针头3在注射器使用前的通常条件下刺穿保护套7的端壁。支承件4包括一个位于套筒5内并固定在其上的前部。更具体说,支承件4该部分的边缘嵌入加工在套筒5内壁上的环形槽。
根据实施例,注射器的工作过程如下:
第一步,针头保护套7的前端顶在要被注射者的皮肤上,并在注射器本体1上施加一个压力,当保护套7上的压力达到某一定值的,保护套7开始缩入套筒5,并压缩弹簧10,结果针头3在开始运动后马上刺穿保护套7的端壁,并开始刺入被注射者的肌肉。但是在针头到达图1(b)所示的最大刺入位置前并不开始注射。在该位置,保护套7完全缩进套筒5并且弹簧10被完全压缩。应当注意在图1(a)和图1(b)之间的针头刺入期间,针头3最好沿轴向良好导向,即一方面通过保护套7前壁上由针头刺穿的孔,另一方面通过沿套筒5内壁滑动的保护套7的后锥端部分边缘。
图1(b)和图1(c)之间示出了进行注射的注射器工作过程的第二步。当到达图1(b)所示的位置后继续在注射器本体1上施加压力,由于槽11前侧的斜度较低,所施加的压力导致保护圈6唇部的内边缘被从环槽11内推出,因而允许注射器本体1向前运动,而套筒仍然保持不动。相应地,套筒5滑入注射器本体1并且栓塞2被朝着注射器本体1的底部推,从而开始注射液体物质,直到达到图1(c)所示的位置,在该位置,注射业已完成,注射器本体1的底部靠在柱塞2上,并且套筒5被完全推入注射器本体1内。
当注射完成后,向回拨注射器以把针头从对象肌肉内拔出,弹簧10延伸将保护套7推到套筒外面,进入图1(d)所示的位置。套筒5保留的注射器本体1内,栓塞2抵在其底部,保持圈6的内的唇部抵靠在环绕套筒5的锥形座9后部的边缘上,这样将套筒5保持在注射器本体1内。在该最终位置,保护套7的锥端部分8抵靠在套筒5的锥形座9上,保护套7完全包围了针头3的尖端,从而防止了突然刺人的任何危险。
针头支承件4和栓塞2最好被相对较松地连接在一起,活塞本身并不直接固定在套筒5上。相应地,活塞2可以与支承件4以及套筒5分离,当一个人适图从注射器1中移去套筒5和针头3时,栓塞仍然保持在注射器本体1的底部。这种结构可以使得重新使用该注射器的企图很变得困难。
在图2(a)到图2(c)所述注射器的第二实施例中,加工在套筒壁5外表面上用于容纳保持圈6的环槽11′的横断面上两个侧边垂直于套筒轴5。在这种情况下,在注射期间注射器本体1和套筒5被保持圈6保持在一起。此外,支承件4被固定于栓塞2上,但仅被宽松地保持套筒5内。这就使得注射得以自动地进行,即在针头缩回期间仅通过弹簧10的运动进行注射。
根据该第二实施例的注射器的工作过程如下:
针头被***肌肉,保护套7以类似于第一实施例的方式退入套筒5,直到到达图2(b)所示位置,该位置与图1(b)所示位置对应。在这一时刻,弹簧被完全压缩,并且它可施加的弹力变得大于将支承件4保持在套筒5内的保持力。支承件4在弹簧10的作用下被朝着圆柱状本体1的底部推,并带着栓塞2一起运动。由栓塞2和注射器本体1的底部限定的内部容积相应地减少,并且液体通过针头3被射出,直到到达图2(c)所示的最终位置。除了套筒5未缩入注射器本体1内而是环绕保护套7外,最终位置与图1(b)所示的类似。
在注射期间,针头被逐渐退回,并且注射不是在一恒定深度进行,而是深度逐渐减小。这是很有利的,因为这样可以把被注射物质分散的较大区域内。
图3(a)到图3(e)所示的注射器的实施例与图1所示的类似,不同之处是在针头和容纳要被注射物质的空腔之间有阀件,这些阀件的安装使得
针头和该空腔仅在注射期间连通。
更具体些,这些阀件包括一个由任何适当材料如金属、玻璃或塑料制成的刚性球12,该球12位于贯穿栓塞的通道14上的中空空腔13内。在图3(a)所示的初始位置,以及图3(b)所示的针头完全伸出,保护套7缩入套筒5的位置,栓塞2与针头支承件4分离,并且球12被压抵在一个球座上,该球座加工在通向中空空腔13的通道14的开口上,这样球12就由于弹力的作用而塞住了该开口,所述弹力来源于活塞上相对于球座的内部分施加的压力。支承件4有一个针头3贯穿其中的后部。如图3(c)所示,由于作用在注射器本体1上的推力,导致保持圈6的内唇边退出槽11时,注射器本体带着栓塞2朝前移动,直到栓塞2与支承件4接触,支承件4的后部进入通道14并靠在球12上,并将它从通道14的阀座上移开。包含被注射物质的空腔然后就与针头3连通。如图3(a)至图3(e)所示;支承件4的后部尖端被斜截,从而使得针头的下端连通。然后开始注射,并在图3(c)和在图3(d)所示位置之间延续。根据最后实施例的注射器的工作原理在其它方面类似于图1(a)到图1(d)所示的实施例,是它的一种改型。所有附图中的同样的或类似的零件都以相同的数字表示。
Claims (6)
1、一种预充液注射器,包括一个一端封闭,另一端敞开的中空的注射器本体;一个栓塞,它可滑动地安装在注射器本体内并在注射器本体内的封闭端和栓塞之间限定了一个容纳被注射物质的空腔;一个注射针头,其基部被固定在一个针头支承件上;一相对于所述注射器本体可滑动的针套;和设置于所述套和针头支承件之间的压缩弹簧,其特征在于:所述支承件和所述栓塞允许所述支承件的至少一部分***所述栓塞,并允许针头与该***处上方的注射器本体的空腔连通;所述针套包括一个两端敞开并可滑动地设置于所述注射器本体内的基本上圆柱状的套筒,所述针头支承件即被安装在所述套筒件的一端部内,针尖伸出所述套筒件,所述套筒件至少在开始注射前存储预充液注射器期间由保持件保持在注射器本体上;一个保护针头的大致圆柱状的保护套,所述保护套的一端被封闭以借助于一个可被针头刺穿的壁包围针尖,而所述保护套的另一端通过所述套筒件的开口延伸,并可在其中滑动啮合;所述压缩弹簧由围绕部分针头的盘簧构成,并且其一端抵靠在所述针头支承件上,另一端抵靠在保护套上以迫使保护套处于静止位置,在该位置所述保护套伸出所述套筒件并包围针尖。
2、根据权利要求1所述的注射器,其中所述保持件由一个弹性圈构成,该弹性圈由一加工在所述注射器本体开口端上的环形法兰支承,所述弹性带有至少一个向内的唇部,用来与所述套筒件外壁表面上的环槽啮合。
3、根据权利要求2所述的注射器,其中所述套筒件的所述槽和所述弹性圈的所述向内唇部的横断面呈这种形状,即只要沿轴向作用于注射器上的力不超过一定值,所述保持圈就可防止在该力的作用下将套筒件进入注射器本体内,其中所述的一定值是刺穿所述保护套和驱动针头反抗所述螺旋弹簧的作用力而进入对象的肌肉所需的力值,这样,当所述力稍大于所述值时,所述保持圈就允许所述套筒件滑入注射器本体。
4、根据权利要求2所述的注射器,其中所述套筒件上的所述槽和所述保持圈的向内唇部的横断面形状可以保持所述套筒件和所述注射器本体的相互位置,其中所述针头支承件可分离地安装在所述套筒件的所述端部内。
5、根据权利要求1所述的注射器,包括一个位于针头和含有被注射物质的空腔之间的阀件,从而允许所述空腔仅在注射期间与针头连通。
6、根据权利要求5所述的注射器,其中所述阀件包括一个位于所述柱塞的中空空腔内的刚性球体,所述中空空腔位于贯穿柱塞的通道上,从而为所述球件提供了一个阀座,并迫使所述球件有弹性地抵靠在所述阀座上,以使处于静止状态的球件堵塞所述通道,一旦所述针头支承件***所述柱塞,所述针头支承件就将所述球件从阀座上推开,这样就打开了贯穿柱塞的通道。
