本发明提供一种注射针筒，主要设有一针管部，该针管部上方设有一压缩部，该针管部与该压缩部之间设有一定位板，该定位板上设有一穿孔，该定位板的外侧壁面上设有定位卡块，该压缩部上方设有一按压部，该按压部中间部位设为穿刺面，该按压部的两侧延伸设有一扣持片，该扣持片的底面设有供与该定位板的该定位卡块相互卡设的卡勾，该针管部内的底部设有一固定座，该固定座底部设有数个相连通的导引槽，一针头固设于该固定座上，该针头并由该定位板的穿孔穿伸入该压缩部内，该针头的针尖并位于该按压部的穿刺面下方，如此，将针头、针管及药剂设为一体式，可将针头隐藏，防止被针扎的顾虑。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种注射针筒，特别是指一种将针头、针管及药剂设为一体式，可将针头隐藏，防止被针扎的顾虑。
背景技术
一般医疗用的注射针筒，主要设有一针筒、一推杆及一针头所组成，而现有的注射针筒在要注射药剂之前，须先将针头组设于针筒上，再以针头插设入药剂瓶内，凭借抽拉插设于针筒内的推杆，利用针头将药剂吸引入针筒内，再将针头***病患身上并凭借压持推杆将针筒内的药剂挤压注射入病患身体内，才可完成药剂的注射，然而，现有的注射针筒，在注射药剂的操作过程较为麻烦，且由于针头具有细长的针体，在使用过程中，医护人员容易发生被针扎伤的意外，故大都会于针头上套设一针头套来避免针扎的意外，但常因在注射完药剂后，针头套欲套回针头上时，仍有不小心被注射针头扎伤而有遭受病毒感染的风险的顾虑，且现有的注射针筒及针头套等的使用量，造成大量的医疗废弃物产生，医疗废弃物的处理费用极为庞大。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的，是在提供一种注射针筒，可有效解决注射针筒在使用时的缺失。
本发明的注射针筒，主要设有一针管部，该针管部上方设有一压缩部，该针管部与该压缩部之间设有一定位板，该定位板上设有一穿孔，该定位板的外侧壁面上设有定位卡块，该压缩部上方设有一按压部，该按压部中间部位设为穿刺面，该按压部的两侧延伸设有一扣持片，该扣持片的底面设有供与该定位板的该定位卡块相互卡设的卡勾，该针管部内的底部设有一固定座，该固定座底部设有数个相连通的导引槽，一针头固设于该固定座上，该针头并由该定位板的穿孔穿伸入该压缩部内，该针头的针尖并位于该按压部的穿刺面下方。
本发明的注射针筒，其中，该针管部设为蛇腹型。
本发明的注射针筒，其中，该压缩部设为锥状的蛇腹型。
本发明的注射针筒，其中，该针管部内注入有药剂。
本发明的注射针筒，其优点在于：将针头、针管及药剂设为一体式，可提供医疗人员在使用注射针筒的安全性，且无须设置针头套，即可将针头收回隐藏于注射针筒内，可防止被针扎的危险性，使注射药剂更具便利性，并可减少医疗废弃物的产生量，可降低医疗废弃物的处理费用。

具体实施方式
有关本发明为达上述的使用目的与功效，所采用的技术手段，兹举出较佳可行的实施例，并配合图式所示，详述如下：
本发明的实施例，请参阅图1、图2所示，该注射针筒1主要设有一针管部10，该针管部10设为蛇腹型，该针管部10上方设有一压缩部11，该压缩部11设为锥状的蛇腹型，该针管部10与该压缩部11之间设有一定位板12，该定位板12上设有一穿孔120，该定位板12的外侧壁面上设有定位卡块121，该压缩部11上方设有一按压部13，该按压部13中间部位设为穿刺面130，该按压部13的两侧延伸设有一扣持片131，该扣持片131的底面设有供与该定位板12的定位卡块121相互卡设的卡勾132，该针管部10内的底部设有一固定座14，该固定座14底部设有数个相连通的导引槽140，一针头15固设于该固定座14上，该针头15并由该定位板12的穿孔120穿伸入该压缩部11内，该针头15的针尖150并位于该按压部13的穿刺面130下方，该针管部10内注入有药剂A，如此，即为一注射针筒结构。
本发明使用时，请参阅图3～图7所示，医护人员仅需以大拇指支撑于针管的底部，将两手指扣持住按压部13的扣持片131上(如图3所示)，按压扣持片131及针管部10底部，使按压部13挤压压缩部11并向定位板12靠移，而位于压缩部11内的针头15的针尖150则将按压部13的穿刺面130刺穿而穿伸出，同时，锥状的蛇腹型的压缩部11受按压部13的挤压而压缩成收合状态，其定位板12的定位卡块121则卡设于扣持片131底部的卡勾132内，将按压部13定位于定位板12上不会松开(如图4、图5所示)，如此，即可对病患进行药剂注射，将凸伸出按压部13的穿刺面130上的针头15***病患的身体内后，再将针管部10向按压部13按压靠合，蛇腹型的针管部10则被压缩，其针管部10内的药剂A则由固定座14的导引槽140被挤压进入针头15内(如图6、图7所示)，其药剂A即可由针尖150注射入病患身体内，如此，即可完成药剂A的注射；当药剂A注射完后，仅需松开针筒部10与按压部13的按压力，其针筒部10的蛇腹型壁面则弹性回复成原状(如图4所示)，再将按压部13的卡勾132与定位板12的定位卡块121解扣，其锥状的蛇腹型的压缩部11也弹性回复将按压部13向上顶推回原位，其压缩部11与按压部13则再次将针头15予以遮蔽，使针头15不外露，如此，即可完成整个注射药剂的动作；本发明将针头、针管及药剂设为一体式，可将针头15隐藏于注射针筒1内部，防止被针扎的危险性，可确实达到注射针筒使用的安全性，且无须另外设置针头套，可减少医疗废弃物的产生及其处理费用，并可使注射药剂的操作程序更简化，使注射药剂更具便利性。

1.一种注射针筒，主要设有一针管部，其特征在于：该针管部上方设有一压缩部，该针管部与该压缩部之间设有一定位板，该定位板上设有一穿孔，该定位板的外侧壁面上设有定位卡块，该压缩部上方设有一按压部，该按压部中间部位设为穿刺面，该按压部的两侧延伸设有一扣持片，该扣持片的底面设有供与该定位板的该定位卡块相互卡设的卡勾，该针管部内的底部设有一固定座，该固定座底部设有数个相连通的导引槽，一针头固设于该固定座上，该针头由该定位板的穿孔穿伸入该压缩部内，该针头的针尖位于该按压部的穿刺面下方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的注射针筒，其特征在于，该针管部为蛇腹型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的注射针筒，其特征在于，该压缩部为锥状的蛇腹型。
4.根据权利要求1所述的注射针筒，其特征在于，该针管部内注入有药剂。
