Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及按键开关组,其特别适合用作汽车中的操作板。
背景技术
普遍已知装入统一的遮光板内的开关组。该遮光板具有在固定框内设置的凹陷,其内根据需要设置完全的开关单元或者盲盖。该解决方案是固定的,但不灵活,因为用盲盖关闭的凹陷既可见又可触及。这种解决方案花费也大,因为所使用的开关单元完全独立地用所有需要的功能零件包括外壳制造。
发明内容
通过本发明实现一种按键开关组,其提供统一的操作面,其内仅通过在开关单元上存在的符号区分开关单元与虚设元件,并且开关单元用少许功能零件实现。
本发明的按键开关组具有通过透明的薄膜覆盖的框架,框架具有多个凹陷,其内选择地容放可移动的操作元件或者不可移动的虚设元件。给操作元件在其朝向薄膜的面上提供符号,并且在相对的一端保持印刷电路板。印刷电路板载有开关元件,其与位于对面的基板上的接触元件共同作用,所述基板所装备的接触元件在开关元件的相对位置处设置并且与开关元件共同作用。完全覆盖带有操作元件和虚设元件的框架的透明薄膜提供连续平整的面。操作元件位于薄膜后面,其仅通过选择地照明的符号可见。根据开关状态符号的照明不同,使得能够以光学方式容易地识别各种开关状态。开关功能分别通过操作元件与印刷电路板上的开关元件和在基板上的接触元件的共同作用实现。与装备单独的开关单元相比这是成本很低的解决方案。
按照本发明一种优选的实施方案,操作元件在符号的区域内是透光的,并且在印刷电路板上面对符号选择地设置可激活的发光元件。
按照本发明一种优选的实施方案,操作元件构造为帽形。
按照本发明一种优选的实施方案,开关元件由弹簧圆片构造。
根据本发明的按键开关组用作汽车中的统一操作板。

具体实施方式
图1表示一个平整的操作板10,其通过透明的薄膜12(图2)构成。透过薄膜可以看见三个例示的符号14、16、18。虚线表示在薄膜下在框架20(图2)内构成的圆形的凹陷22、24、26、28。凹陷22没有装备开关单元,因此看不见任何符号。
框架20用不透明的材料制的塑料载体构成。它具有在图1中表示的圆形的凹陷22到28,它们通过圆柱形的壁22a、24a、26a和28a限定。壁24a到28a为放入的帽形操作元件24b、26b、28b构成滑动导壁,而壁22a不可移动地接收一个同样的帽形虚设元件22b。
给操作元件24b、26b和28b在其朝向薄膜12的面上提供符号14、16和18。这些符号在它们用透光材料构成时可以在各自的面上印刷。另外可选这些符号从不透明的面中露出。
在背离薄膜的一端各操作元件24b、26b、28b载有印刷电路板30,其可以卡入槽内,并且在其相对于符号的面上具有例如形式为发光二极管(LED)的一个或者多个同样的发光元件34,并且在相对的一面上提供例如形式为弹簧圆片的开关元件36。
与框架20刚性连接的基板38在背离薄膜的后面封闭按键开关组。基板38装备接触元件40,它们分别在开关元件36的相对位置处设置并且与开关元件36共同作用。
Claims (5)
1.一种按键开关组,具有被透明薄膜覆盖的框架,框架具有凹陷,在凹陷内选择地以可移动的方式容放操作元件或者以不可移动的方式容放虚设元件,其中操作元件在朝向薄膜的面上配备有符号,并且在相对的一端保持印刷电路板,印刷电路板承载与位于对面的基板上的接触元件共同作用的开关元件,所述基板所装备的接触元件在开关元件的相对位置处设置并且与开关元件共同作用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的按键开关组,其中操作元件在符号的区域内是透光的,并且在印刷电路板上面对符号选择地设置可激活的发光元件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的按键开关组,其中操作元件构造为帽形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的按键开关组,其中开关元件由弹簧圆片构造。
5.根据权利要求1所述的按键开关组,用作汽车中的统一操作板。
