技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于在运输工具储罐中储存低温液态气体、尤其是LNG(液化天然气)的方法和***,所述低温液态气体被设置用于驱动运输工具、尤其是船舶。
背景技术
在废气排放标准值日益严格的过程中以及在努力减少尤其由于商用船舶航行而造成的有害气体、在此尤其是SOx、CO2和NOx的排放的过程中,目前开发出一种***,该***允许基于所谓的双燃料发动机——所述双燃料发动机替换地燃烧天然气和重油和/或柴油——或将气体用作燃料的其它装置中的天然气来驱动商用船舶。
用气体工作的前提条件是,在船上可装料有相应量的气体。在此,所需的量与船舶的类型和船舶的用途相关。对燃烧气体/可燃气体的气体压力、气体温度和气体品质所提出的要求特定地与所使用的耗用装置相关。
由于天然气的能量密度小,所以液化的天然气、即所谓的LNG适于作为燃烧气体的优选储存形式,所述液化的天然气在较低的压力和低温下在储存容积中允许较高的能量密度,并因此在船上的空间情况受限制的情况下可以在可供使用的船舶容积中储存所要求的能量数量。
一用于在船舶上由LNG提供气体的***通常具有下列部件:
-装载***(装料连接端);
-LNG储存器(被构造成使得与储存容积邻接的船舶部分不冒遭受极
低温度的风险,该极低温度会导致船舶结构钢失效);
-燃料输送装置或使压力提高至耗用装置压力的增压装置;
-燃料处理装置(匹配温度以及必要时匹配品质);
-安全装置。
根据现有技术,在很大程度上使用较小的、真空隔绝的圆筒状的罐作为储存容器。对燃料的处理要么通过利用安装在储罐中的泵气态地抽出汽化的LNG并在压缩机中进行压缩来进行,要么通过在自然循环汽化器中进行增压来进行,所述自然循环汽化器需要储罐的底部出口。
例如通过所谓的气体回收(Gaspendeln)来实现装载。也就是说,包含在空的船舶储罐中的气相(物质)被再填充的液态LNG排挤出并且通过在装料管路旁边的第二管路返回到正在填充的船舶或贮存罐。
为了将管路连接到储罐上,储罐通常设置有接管/管接头,管路法兰连接到所述接管上。虽然出于安全原因更好地是将管路焊接到储罐上,但在传统的储罐中,这在实际中通常不能实现。另外,出于安全原因,管路有利地不穿过储罐底部或储罐的侧壁。否则,在位于储罐区域中的管路中的相应的泄漏会导致储罐中的液体由于重力而流出。
由文献EP 1353113A2已知了一种用于卸载气槽船的***和方法。所述***包括一具有潜水泵的装载罐和一不具有潜水泵的装载罐。所述装载罐通过两个管路彼此连接,其中一个管路配备有压缩机。借助于该压缩机,从具有潜水泵的装载罐将气相物质泵送到不具有潜水泵的装载罐中。通过在不具有潜水泵的装载罐中如此产生的压力提高,液体从不具有潜水泵的罐通过另一个管路到达具有潜水泵的罐中。借助所述潜水泵,液态气体从所属的罐通过排气管路被输送到陆地设备。所述***能够对温度进行适当调节。
在用于填充储罐的另一已知的方法中,例如将液化的天然气通过第一管路填充到一储罐中。由于通过第二管路将深冷的液体喷射到气相(物质)中,所以在该储罐中出现的所谓的蒸发气体/逸气被冷凝。因此,不必从储罐中取出在该储罐中出现的蒸发气体。在需要时通过第三管路将液态气体从储罐中取出。文献WO 2009/063127A1揭示了一种用于执行这种方法的储罐设备。
如果在填充入液态气体期间,处于储罐中的气体被冷凝以避免在该储罐中产生过压,则这限制了可用于将液态气体填充入储罐的速度。
上述类型的传统的储罐通常配备有8至10个用于连接管路的接管。因此,在WO 2009/063127A1中图示的储罐例如具有6个管路,所述管路出于可行性原因通过接管连接在储罐上。在实际中,在由WO 2009/063127A1已知的储罐中还需要另外的管路,只是所述另外的管路没有被示出而已。
在实际中,在运输工具尤其是船舶的储罐中,为了将管路连接在储罐上需要下列管路或接管。
需要第一接管或待连接在所述第一接管上的管路,以便对运输工具储罐进行填充。如果在该运输工具储罐中存在有潜水泵,则需要第二接管、另一管路,以便对该运输工具储罐进行卸载。第三,需要一用于喷洒管的接管,以便可以适当地调节储罐的温度以及将蒸发气体冷凝。使用第四接管,以便可以将气相(物质)从储罐中引导出来。为安全阀以及为了对参数如压力、温度和料位进行测量而设置有另外的接管。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种改进的、用于在运输工具尤其是船舶的储罐中储存低温液态气体的方法和***。术语“储存”在此不仅包含“存入”、即“填充”的意思,而且还包含“调出”即取出的意思,并且还包含“保持”或“含有”的意思。
为了实现所述目的,通过将液态气体、如LNG加热并在加热后将其泵送入运输工具的储罐中,来用液态气体填充该储罐。
“加热”指的是,所储存的液态气体不只是从贮存罐被泵送到运输工具储罐中,而是,来自于贮存罐的液态气体被主动加热并且在加热后到达运输工具储罐中。当将热量以受控制的方式供应给来自于贮存罐的液态气体——例如通过将蒸发气体与液态气体混合或者通过将来自于贮存罐的液态气体利用热交换器加热并且由热交换器到达运输工具储罐中——时,存在本发明意义上的主动加热。
相应地,本发明涉及一种用于在运输工具、尤其是船舶的储罐中储存低温液态气体的方法,该方法具有以下步骤:将液态气体从一贮存罐、尤其是从一固定不动的贮存罐中取出;将所述被取出的液态气体加热;通过将被加热的液态气体泵送到运输工具的储罐中来用所述液态气体填充运输工具的储罐。
典型地,例如LNG在小于-161℃的温度下储存在一贮存罐中,以便可在标准压力下储存LNG。出于相同的原因,LNG在船舶储罐中的储存温度通常也低于-161℃。现在,根据本发明,通过加热,热得多的液态气体到达船舶储罐中。被加热的LNG的温度可以例如在加热之后仅是-140℃至-150℃,而不是-163℃。
为了实施所述方法,尤其是提供一种用于将船舶的储罐用LNG填充和/或排空的***,所述***例如具有用于储存LNG的储罐,所述储罐的设计压力为至少5bar g(表压力;相对于大气压的压力)、优选为至少10bar g,其中,储罐设置有用于低温液态气体的入口和用于给储罐卸载的出口,其中,所述入口包括用于加热LNG的装置。
因此本发明也涉及一种用于储存用于运输工具尤其是船舶的低温液态气体的***,所述***具有:用于储存液态气体的运输工具储罐;用于从一贮存罐、尤其是从一固定不动的贮存罐中取出液态气体的进入装置;用于对取出的液态气体进行加热的装置;以及用于运输工具储罐的填充装置,所述填充装置具有用于将被加热的液态气体泵到运输工具储罐中的泵。本发明还涉及一种具有这种***的运输工具、尤其是船舶。
因为尽管被加热但在运输工具储罐中、例如在船舶储罐中仍存在液相(物质),所以在填充之后在运输工具储罐中存在有过压。根据本发明,所述过压是所力求的,这是因为借助于所述过压可在不必使用泵的情况下从储罐中取出燃料。处于运输工具储罐中的液态气体的温度优选高于标准压力下液态气体的沸腾温度。
因为即时提供了过压,所以可例如在填充之后、亦即在给例如船舶加燃料之后立即取出液态气体,以便由此能给驱动装置供应燃烧气体。因此,例如船舶在加燃料之后可继续其航行,而不必为了供给燃料而使用泵。
在本发明的一种实施形式中,使液态气体升温至少10℃,以便达到期望的储存压力。这样的温度差对于为了所述目的而在运输工具储罐中立即获得足够高的储存压力通常是必需的;有益的是也可使液态气体升温至少15℃。
为了在加燃料后可立即例如从船舶储罐中取出为了能驱动船舶所必需的足够的燃料量,在这样一种船舶储罐中储存压力优选是至少3bar a(绝对压力);有益地也可以是高于5bar a或者甚至8bar a的压力。因此,事先要将液态气体加热到相应高的温度。
为了加热液态气体,将处于例如船舶储罐中的气体在填充期间添加到被引导入船舶储罐中的液态气体中。由此,不仅加热了该液态气体,而且同时也有利地使处于船舶储罐中的气体被冷凝。气体优选被供给至输入管路中,液态气体通过所述输入管路被泵送到船舶储罐中。所述供给有利地在船舶储罐外部、确切地说尤其是在过程空间/处理室中进行。亦即气体从船舶储罐经第二管路抽吸出并且被压入这样的管路中:通过该管路,液态气体被泵送到船舶储罐中。来自船舶储罐的气体与液态气体尤其借助于例如固定不动的混合器来混合。所述混合器也有利地位于过程空间中。
因为借助于处于例如船舶储罐中的气体可能使液态气体仅升温大约0.5℃至1℃,而升温0.5℃至1℃可能是不够的,所以在一种优选实施形式中,至少补充地通过热交换器来加热液态气体。出于成本原因,热交换器优选也位于船舶储罐外部、确切地说尤其位于过程空间中。如果要将液态气体泵送到船舶储罐中,则所述液态气体首先到达热交换器并从热交换器出来到达船舶储罐中。
因为在运输工具储罐中应建立过压,所以借助泵、确切地说借助大于储罐中的储存压力的压力来将液态气体泵送入所述运输工具储罐中。因此如果储罐中的储存压力是3bar a,则将液态气体以大于3bar a的压力、例如以4bar a的压力泵送入储罐中。如果来自运输工具储罐的气体被添加到被泵送入运输工具储罐中的液态气体中,则将所述气体以一大于待加热的液态气体的液体压力的压力压入液态气体中。如果待加热的液态气体的液体压力是4bar a,则所述气体压力例如是5bar a(绝对压力)。
尤其为了可以特别快速地用液态气体填充船舶储罐,优选通过仅一个输入管路来填充所述船舶储罐。如果要加注/添加液态气体,则于是只需要连接仅一个管路(加注管路)并且在加注之后去除,这降低了加燃料/加注所需的时间消耗。可用于用液态气体填充运输工具储罐的速度仅通过加注管路的横截面和液态气体被泵送入储罐中的压力来限制。因此,可以以高的速度将液态气体泵送入储罐中,由此可对运输工具快速加燃料。
优选通过将取用管路的阀打开来从经加热的液态气体所在的运输工具储罐、尤其是船舶储罐中取出液态气体。因此,运输工具储罐中的过压负责将液体经过取用管路从储罐中压出并且可将其供给至例如船舶的驱动装置。取用管路例如在船舶中优选穿过船舶储罐顶面一直延伸到船舶储罐的底部。如果一管路穿过储罐的顶面通入储罐中,则这样的泄漏(部)——储罐内的物质可通过所述泄漏(部)完全流出——的风险因此被降至最小。如果取用管路一直延伸到船舶储罐的底部,则由此实现:储罐内的物质实际上可完全经过取用管路被压出。
如果例如在船舶中在穿过储罐顶面从储罐通出的取用管路中产生泄漏,则可由于储罐中存在的过压而使燃料排出并且船舶受损。但在泄漏的情况下,存在于储罐中的压力可比较快速地由于气体的***而减压,由此,至少在紧急状况中相对于具有底部出口的储罐具有以下优点:充其量极小的量从储罐排出。通过这种方式,可非常可靠地避免在产生泄漏时船舶的材料受损。在本发明的一种实施形式中,将用于使取用管路关闭或打开的阀安置在压力容器中。该至关重要的阀与运输工具储罐相邻。如果在所述阀后面/下游(hinter)观察到储罐产生泄漏,则立即关闭所述阀。此后不再有液态气体可从储罐到达***的管路中并通过泄漏(部)排出。而如果在与储罐相邻设置的并且可用于使取用管路打开或关闭的阀中产生泄漏,则不存在可使取用管路关闭并防止液态气体继续排出的可能性。这个困难通过附加的压力容器来解决,所述压力容器使这种阀对外屏蔽。但是,如果在这种阀中产生泄漏,则取用管路不能关闭。但排出的液态气体到达压力容器中,所述压力容器于是负责使液态气体不会损害例如船舶。
取用管路的阀有利地位于运输工具储罐、尤其是船舶储罐的外部,确切地说尤其是位于过程空间中。
该取用管路与用于填充运输工具储罐的管路相比有利地具有较小的横截面。用于填充储罐的管路的大的横截面有利地允许对船舶快速加注燃料。因为所述取用以非常缓慢的方式进行,所以对于为此成本较低廉的取用管路,小的横截面就足够了。
在本发明的一种实施形式中,取用管路设置在用于将液态气体例如泵送到船舶储罐中的管路的内部。由此,减少了彼此分开地通入储罐中的管路的数量。泄漏的风险进一步地被降低。但如此提供的双管有利地仅延伸到储罐的顶面。于是仍然仅有取用管路一直延伸到储罐的底部。
在本发明的一种实施形式中,例如船舶储罐设置有这样的管路:通过该管路可从所述船舶储罐取出气体。因此,该管路优选从上方通入船舶储罐中并且不继续延伸入储罐中。该管路与热交换器相连接并且优选还与压气机相连接,以便加热和压缩气体,从而所述气体可用于驱动船舶。因此,所述管路原则上通到驱动装置,以便例如可将蒸发气体用于驱动。
如果蒸发气体用于驱动,则首先通过在加燃料期间的加热来预先给定一压力。在需要时,所述压力要么通过来自***压气机的热气体的再循环、要么通过抽吸出用于燃烧的气体来调节。
所述过程空间设置在运输工具储罐、尤其是船舶储罐的外部。该过程空间尤其是具有优选由优质钢制成的槽盆。优选设置在过程空间中的上述各装置位于槽盆中或槽盆上方。如果在所述装置中产生泄漏,则由此排出的液态气体由槽盆收集并且不能继续起破坏作用。此外,过程空间可以是敞开的,但也可以是完全封闭的。
在本发明的一种实施形式中。运输工具储罐仅包括两个管路,这两个管路与所述运输工具储罐相连接。这使得产生泄漏(部)的风险降低。优选将这两个管路焊接在储罐上,这在实际中基于管路的数量少而是可操控的。由此进一步提高安全性。
附加地,在本发明的一种实施形式中,液体管路的与运输工具储罐最接近的阀由收集容器包围,所述收集容器的设计压力大于相应的储罐的设计压力。由此,液体泄漏到过程空间中的可能性被强烈地降到最低。这种阀原则上是可远程操作的。
在本发明的一种实施形式中,与运输工具储罐连接的管路分别配备有被封装的截止装置/关断装置,例如上述具有收集容器的可远程操作的阀。所述管路连同连接端一起优选构造成完全焊接式的。也就是说,不需要接管/管接头来连接管路。***的安全性被进一步提高。
出于清楚原因,下面再次以编号的形式总结本发明的优选方面:
1.一种用于向船舶的储罐填充液态气体和/或用于从所述储罐中取出液态气体的方法,其方式是:将液态气体加热并且将被加热的液态气体泵送入船舶储罐中。
2.根据实施形式1的方法,其中,首先在标准压力下储存液态气体,将在标准压力下储存的液态气体加热到一温度,该温度高于标准压力下液态气体的沸腾温度。
3.根据上述实施形式之一的方法,其中,将液态气体加热至少10℃。
4.根据上述实施形式之一的方法,其中,船舶储罐中的液态气体的储存压力是至少3bar a。
5.根据上述实施形式之一的方法,其中,通过输入处于船舶储罐中的气体来加热液态气体。
6.根据上述实施形式之一的方法,其中,将液态气体在热交换器中加热。

9.一种用于将船舶的储罐用LNG填充和/或排空的***,所述***具有用于储存LNG的储罐,所述储罐的设计压力为至少5bar g、优选至少10bar g,其中,储罐设置有用于低温液态气体的入口和用于使储罐卸载的出口,其中,所述入口包括一用于加热LNG的装置。
10.根据上一实施形式的***,其中,所述用于加热LNG的装置具有热交换器和/或用于将来自储罐的气体添加到被泵送入储罐中的LNG中的装置。

如上所述,本发明不仅可用于船舶,而且可用于其它可移动***即运输工具的驱动装置,例如用于飞机或陆上车辆的驱动装置。取代船舶储罐,涉及的是例如飞机的储罐。一般这里是指运输工具储罐。
即使不总是明确地予以说明,在上面以及后文的说明中所公开的方面不仅涉及方法而且涉及***。原则上,各个特征也可以以不同于所示组合的方式进行组合而成为本发明的实质。

具体实施方式
图1中示出了船舶的三个储罐1的剖视图,所述储罐被确定用于容纳燃料并且被相应地布设和确定尺寸。储罐1具有能够承受-163℃至45℃的温度的特性。储罐1的设计压力约为或稍高于10bar g。每个储罐1的顶面中通入有一管路2,但该管路没有延伸入储罐内。此外,每个储罐1配备有一管路3,该管路穿过相应的储罐顶面一直延伸到相应的储罐底部。每个管路3用于用液态气体来填充所属的储罐1。此外,经过该管路,液态气体由于存在于储罐中的、例如3、5或9bar a的过压而被从储罐中压出并且被进一步引导至船舶的驱动装置、即例如船舶的马达或涡轮机。管路3可部分地构造成双管。通过双管的内管将液态气体从储罐取出。通过双管的外管将液态气体泵送入相应的储罐中。
如图1所示的***具有连接端4,当要对船舶加燃料时,待加热的液态气体通过所述连接端被引导入所述***中。将通过连接端4到达***中的液态气体在热交换器5中进行加热。液态气体还被引导经过混合器6并且在该混合器中与来自储罐1的气体相混合。如此被加热的液态气体随后通过管路3被泵送入储罐1中。
此外,处于储罐中的蒸发气体在加燃料期间通过管路2从储罐被引导出来。被引导出的气体被引导经过热交换器7,以便可在需要时对该气体进行加热。随后,该气体被引导入两个压缩机8中,所述压缩机能够以期望的方式对气体进行压缩。如果使用价格便宜的油润滑的压缩机8,则气体随后被引导经过油分离器9。这里被分离出的油可被引回至压缩机8。基于冗余的原因,设置有两个压缩机,以便在一个压缩机失效时仍可继续运行。
随后,气体经过冷却器10被引导入缓冲容积11中。冷却器在需要的情况下将气体冷却至耗用装置所需的温度。如果短期内不能从储罐1中取出足够的燃料(液态气体或蒸发气体),则缓冲容积11用于补充/弥补。
从缓冲容积11出来,气体要么通过管路12被继续引导至耗用装置,要么通过管路13被引导入混合器6中。
管路13可穿过活性炭过滤器14,以便事先对要引入到待加热的液态气体中的气体进行净化。
***包括连接到管路3上的泵15,通过所述泵可在紧急情况下将储罐1泵空。
在紧急情况下可通过管路16将气体从***排出。
如果将液态气体从储罐中压出,则所述液态气体首先被引导入汽化器17中并在该汽化器中被汽化。从汽化器17出来,气体例如被引导入热交换器7中,以便可将气体供给至耗用装置。
所述管路配备有多个阀18,以便可以用所描述的方式控制通过管路至各个装置的流量。
图1中所示的***配备有负载调节旁路19,通过该负载调节旁路可将气体在压缩机8之后取出并且输送回用于将气体输入所述压缩机的管路中。通过该负载调节旁路可对不期望的压力波动和迅速的压力更替进行补偿。
图1中所示的***的装置位于过程空间/处理室20内部,所述过程空间向下配备有由优质钢制成的收集槽。
在储罐外部穿过所述空间的每个管路都具有安全风险。在图1所示的实施形式中,给出仅两个焊接连接部和仅两个从每个船舶储罐1通入过程空间20中的管路。
通过将蒸发气体与汽化的气体进行混合,能以期望的方式对燃烧气体进行处理,以便因此例如实现期望的防爆性。
如图1所示的***可包括一个或多个压力调节器(PIC)和/或压力控制阀(PCV),以便可对***中的压力进行适当调节。借助于温度控制器(TIC)可监测和/或控制***中的压力。在装载储罐时首先对温度进行调节。
通入储罐中的测量管路通过现有的管路到达储罐中,确切地说尤其是通过为了卸载而设置的管路3。由此实现了非常高的安全标准。相应地可节省安全措施。
可取消可用于冷却储罐的喷射管路。一方面,本来就会按照常规不断地向储罐填充低温液态气体,因为否则船舶由于缺少燃料而不能运动;此外,还填充入较热的液态气体,这减少了热力学问题。因此,LNG在大约-140℃或大约-145℃或-150℃的温度下、而并非如通常那样在-160℃以下的温度下储存在船舶储罐中。
图2中示出了本发明的另一实施形式。与根据图1的实施形式不同的是,可远程操作的阀由抗压的容器21包围,通过该阀可使储罐的取用管路关闭,并且所述阀布置在相应的储罐附近。如果在所述阀中产生泄漏,则液态气体到达所述抗压容器中,由此避免了进一步的损害。液态气体可从抗压的容器21通过管路22适当地被继续引导至***的一管路中。因此,图2中所示的实施形式是特别安全的。
此外,图2中所示的实施形式还包括料位测量器23。虽然因此存在通入储罐中的第三连接部,但因为该第三连接部不与外部的管路相连接,所以该第三连接部不存在问题并且基本不会妨碍***的构造。料位测量器的料位指示器处于过程空间中。但也可将所述料位指示器安置在一单独的容器中。这同样适用于布置在过程空间20中的其它装置。
通过本发明,可通过降低船舶储罐1中的压力立即提供所期望的气体量,这是因为储罐中存在的过压对于气体的液化是必须的。
如果船舶储罐中的储存压力大于耗用装置所需的压力,则不需要压气机来提供耗用装置所需的气体压力。因此具有一减压阀就足够,通过所述减压阀,气体压力在需要的情况下可适当地被降低。如果例如储罐中的储存压力为6bar a而耗用装置需要5bar a的气体压力,则存在足够高的压力差以使储罐中的气体压力下降,从而快速、充分地提供气体以供使用。另一方面,不需要附加的压缩机或压气机来将气体压缩至耗用装置所需的压力。
可借助阻隔材料或通过真空来隔绝船舶储罐1。未使用位于储罐中的泵,因为不需要该泵。
根据本发明的***是鲁棒/结实的且对干扰不太敏感。磨损部分位于储罐的外部,因此易于接触到而不必对储罐进行检查。
图3示出了根据本发明的方法的主要步骤的流程图。首先从位于陆地上的固定不动的贮存罐中取出LNG(步骤31)。在取出之后并且在将液态气体泵送到船舶的储罐中之前,借助热交换器来加热液态气体(步骤32)。在加热之后,将该液态气体泵送到船舶的储罐中,以作为燃料供驱动装置使用(步骤33)。
Claims (22)
1.一种用于在运输工具、尤其是船舶的储罐(1)中储存低温液态气体的方法,具有以下步骤:
从一贮存罐、尤其是从一固定不动的贮存罐中取出液态气体;
对所取出的液态气体进行加热;
通过将被加热的液态气体泵送入所述运输工具的储罐(1)中来用所述液态气体填充所述运输工具的所述储罐(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,首先将所述液态气体在标准压力下储存在贮存罐中,然后将在标准压力下储存的液态气体在填充入所述运输工具的储罐(1)之前加热至一温度,该温度高于在标准压力下所述液态气体的沸腾温度。
3.根据上述权利要求之一所述的方法,其特征在于,使所述液态气体升温至少10℃。
4.根据上述权利要求之一所述的方法,其特征在于,使所述液态气体在所述运输工具的储罐(1)中的储存压力为至少3bar a。
5.根据上述权利要求之一所述的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括下述步骤:将来自所述运输工具的储罐(1)的气体输入至待填充入所述运输工具储罐(1)中的液态气体中,从而通过所述被输入的气体对所述待填充入所述运输工具储罐(1)中的液态气体进行加热。
6.根据上述权利要求之一所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述液态气体在热交换器(5、7)中进行加热。
7.根据上述权利要求之一所述的方法,其特征在于,使在所述运输工具储罐(1)中存在过压;通过将取用管路(3)的阀打开并随后使液态气体由于存在于所述运输工具储罐(1)中的过压而经过所述取用管路(3)从所述运输工具储罐(1)中被压出,来将处于所述运输工具储罐(1)中的液态气体取出。
8.根据上一权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,将从所述运输工具储罐(1)取出的液态气体用于向所述运输工具的驱动装置供应燃料。
9.一种用于储存用于运输工具、尤其是用于船舶的低温液态气体的***,所述***具有:
运输工具储罐(1),所述运输工具储罐用于储存液态气体;
进入装置(4),所述进入装置用于从一贮存罐、尤其是从一固定不动的贮存罐取出所述液态气体;
用于对所取出的液态气体进行加热的装置(5、6、7);以及
用于所述运输工具的储罐(1)的填充装置,所述填充装置具有用于将被加热的液态气体泵送入所述运输工具的储罐(1)中的泵。
10.根据权利要求9所述的***,其特征在于,所述运输工具储罐(1)具有至少5bar g、优选至少10bar g的设计压力,并且所述运输工具储罐具有用于填充所述运输工具储罐(1)的液态气体的入口(4)和用于排空所述运输工具储罐(1)的出口,其中,所述入口(4)具有用于加热液态气体的装置(5、6)。
11.根据权利要求9或10所述的***,其特征在于,所述用于加热液态气体的装置(5、6)具有热交换器(5)和/或用于将来自所述运输工具储罐(1)的气体添加至被泵送入所述储罐中的液态气体中的装置(6)。
12.根据上述***权利要求之一所述的***,其特征在于,该***具有用于将来自所述运输工具储罐(1)的气体与待泵送入所述运输工具储罐(1)中的液态气体进行混合的混合器(6)。
13.根据上述***权利要求之一所述的***,其特征在于,该***具有过程空间(20),所述用于加热液态气体的装置(5、6、7)位于所述过程空间中。
14.根据上述***权利要求之一所述的***,其特征在于,该***具有一泵,通过所述泵能将所述液态气体以至少4bar a、优选至少6bar a的压力泵送入所述运输工具储罐(1)中。
15.根据上述***权利要求之一所述的***,其特征在于,该***具有压缩机(8),通过所述压缩机能将来自所述运输工具储罐(1)的气体以至少3bar a、优选至少4bar a的压力泵送入待泵送入所述运输工具储罐(1)中的液态气体中。
16.根据上述***权利要求之一所述的***,其特征在于,所述运输工具储罐(1)的内部没有泵装置。
17.根据上述***权利要求之一所述的***,其特征在于,该***具有用作为出口的取用管路(3),所述取用管路一直延伸至所述储罐(1)的底部。
18.根据上述***权利要求之一所述的***,其特征在于,该***具有用于来自所述运输工具储罐(1)的液态气体的汽化器(17)。
19.根据上述***权利要求之一所述的***,其特征在于,该***具有用于将燃料从所述运输工具储罐(1)供应给船舶驱动装置的装置。
20.根据上述***权利要求之一所述的***,其特征在于,在所述运输工具储罐(1)上焊接有至多两个管路(2、3)并且不设有用于使多于两个的管路(2、3)与所述储罐(1)连接的储罐接管。
21.根据上述***权利要求之一所述的***,其特征在于,该***具有至少一个压力容器(21),所述压力容器包套至少一个用于使至少一个取用管路(3)打开和关闭的阀(18)。
