技术领域
本发明大体涉及用于食物、药物和其他物品的容器,且更具体地涉及这样的容器,其防止湿气的进入,减少包装中的湿气含量,并且具有用活动铰链附接至容器的封闭件。
背景技术
活动铰链最常见的是树脂基铰链,它们通常相对薄且是柔性的,其将容器的两个刚性或半刚性部分连接在一起,从而允许它们沿铰链的线弯曲。便利地,活动铰链在喷射模塑操作中被制造,所述操作同时产生了所述铰链和连接至所述铰链相应侧的两个包装部件。活动铰链便于减少使用它们的物件的价格且具有相对长的寿命。
在制药和食品包装容器,以及其他容器中,人们总是希望将封闭元件附接至闭合的包装以使得其不被移位且便于容易地打开和关闭闭合所述包装。活动铰链提供了方便的方式去实现这些且用于各种这样的包装。
在用于因包装中存在额外湿气含量而变质的食品和药物以及其他物品的包装中,人们希望提供一种由提供干燥功能的材料制成的包装,即,一种包括能使得材料本身来吸收水蒸汽并减少包装中的湿气成分的材料。所述材料大体是已知的,并且所描述的包装类型已经在过去提供过。
迄今为止,吸湿塑料材料的成分与使用这些材料以提供活动铰链并不相符。为了吸收有用量的湿气,用于形成容器的塑料和其他树脂必须包含高百分比的添加剂,诸如干燥材料。在量上足以提供适当的干燥功能的干燥材料的存在改变了所述塑性材料的特征。所述材料的柔性变差且倾向于张紧和挠曲疲劳且当重复受力时最终破损,所述重复受力是制造所述活动铰链的材料所必须的。

发明内容
简要地说,具有活动铰链的自干燥容器包括由树脂粘结吸着剂制成的容器主体,以及至少一个附接部件,以及容器封闭件,所述容器封闭件具有与容器主体接合以闭合所述主体的封闭部分和与所述容器主体上的附接部件相配的用于将所述封闭件固定至所述主体的附接部件,以及将所述封闭部分连接至所述附接部件的活动铰链。

虽然聚丙烯是湿气的有效屏障,但它并不优选来制造所述容器主体因为它具有高的弯曲和收缩特征。当相同的材料根据本发明被提供有干燥材料时,其弯曲和收缩特征会被显著改进。

Claims (18)

1.一种具有活动铰链的容器,包括:

将所述容器主体连接至所述容器封闭件的活动铰链,
其中所述容器主体、所述容器封闭件以及所述活动铰链通过多口喷射模塑工艺制成单件,其中所述容器主体通过第一口由树脂粘结干燥剂形成,而所述活动铰链通过第二口由树脂材料制成,所述树脂材料由纯聚合物构成。
2.如权利要求 1 所述的容器,其中所述容器主体和所述容器封闭件的特征在于第一和第二弯曲模,所述容器封闭件的弯曲模大于所述容器主体的弯曲模。
