技术领域
本发明涉及一种收费方法，特别是涉及一种网络收费的方法。
背景技术
近年来，随着通讯技术的长足发展，基于移动技术的各类服务如雨后春笋般地发展起来了，这类服务对人民的生活、学***台，但这类收费平台在收费的形式上过于呆板，目前的收费提示业务一般都以短信和WAP(Wireless Application Protocol，一种无线应用协议)网页进行提示，用户通过回复短信或者点击网页上的确认链接进行收费。但目前已经有许多内容或者服务提供不只是基于短信或者WAP网页的形式，这样的提示和确认过程跟很多应用的设计风格却格格不入，美中稍显不足。比如一款设计精美的网络游戏，用户在玩的过程中要退出或者切换出游戏，进行短信定制与确认，或者弹出与游戏风格迥异的确认页面都不是很好的方法，造成用户的麻烦。
以WAP提示页面进行收费的方式为例，其实质是移动网关发送包含收费提示的页面到移动终端，一般这样的页面是基于浏览器应用的WML(Wireless Markup Language，无线标记语言)页面，而确认链接的地址已经包含在WML页面之中了。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是为了克服现有技术中的缺陷，提供一种网络收费的方法，其改善了目前WAP网页形式的收费提示跟具体应用风格不符的问题。
本发明是通过下述技术方案来解决上述技术问题的：一种网络收费的方法，其特征在于，其包括以下步骤：
S1、用户触发收费事件，发送一个原始的收费请求；
S2、用户收到收费提示页面，提取页面中要收费的URL；
S3、用户确定是否确定收费的提示。
优选地，所述步骤S1中用户发送的收费请求后产生收费提示页面。
优选地，所述收费提示页面包括三个部分：
告知部分，其告知用户收费信息；
确认链接，如果用户点击该链接，就付费给服务提供者，服务提供者则提供相应的服务给用户；
放弃付费链接，其给用户提供一个不付费的选择。
优选地，所述收费信息包括服务提供者的名称和需要收费的金额。
优选地，所述收费提示页面是由WML源代码编写的。
优选地，所述步骤S2是对收费提示页面进行语法分析来提取页面中要收费的URL。
优选地，所述提取页面中要收费的URL时需要进行关键字列表的匹配。
优选地，所述收费事件为购买行为。
优选地，所述步骤S3中，如果用户确定收费的提示，则对提取的URL发送请求，完成收费过程；如果不确定收费的提示，则转入其它处理。
本发明的积极进步效果在于：本发明可以更好地适合各种服务的发展和改善收费的效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图给出本发明较佳实施例，以详细说明本发明的技术方案。
如图1所示，本发明的收费方法是对运营商的收费提示页面进行WML规范的语法分析，提取出其中的确认地址和提示的内容，再根据HTTP(Hypertext Transfer Protocol，WWW服务程序所用的协议)或者WSP(Wireless Session Protocol，无线对话协议规范)规范对取出的地址重新发起请求，其实质是模拟了用户的点击行为。本发明大概的过程如下：
内容或者服务提供者在需要对用户收费时(触发了收费事件)，发送一个原始的收费请求。
之后用户会从运营商那收到一个收费提示页面，提取页面中要收费的URL(Uniform Resource Locator，统一资源定位符，也被称为网页地址)，这个页面从形式上来看，一般包含三项内容：
告知部分：其告知用户收费信息，如这是个需要收费的服务，服务提供者的名称，以及需要收费的金额等；
确认链接：如果用户点击了这样的链接，就付费给服务提供者，服务提供者则提供相应的服务给用户；
放弃付费链接：收费提示页面同时也给用户一个提供不付费的选择，点击这样的链接一般将返回；
从实质上来看，页面一般是由WML源代码编写的，里面包含确认链接的地址，以及其他一些地址和内容。
对WML源代码进行语法分析，用户提取出确认链接的地址URL和收费说明部分的文字，并把这个地址交给提供服务的程序，以便让提供服务的程序根据自己的设计风格以另外一种形式给用户收费提示。
最后，再看用户是否确定收费的提示，如果用户确定，则对提取的URL发送请求，完成收费过程；如果不确定，则转入其它处理。
例如一款基于WAP2.0无线应用的网络游戏，用户可以在网络游戏中购买一些虚拟装备，但需要收费，具体的实施过程如下：
进入游戏，用户触发了收费事件，比如买虚拟装备，这样游戏会发送一个基于HTTP的原始收费请求，该请求的命令形式如下：Get http://xxx.xxx.com/order？aspx

之后用户会收到收费提示页面，页面里有关于收费的说明(告知部分)和三个URL链接。收费说明内容大致可以为：“高清超长影视，服务提供商：xxxx(xxxx)收费方式：本次点播收取信息费2.0元，由***代收，不点播不收费”，提取要收费的三个URL链接，三个URL链接分别是“我要点播”，“返回继续浏览”，“梦网首页”。这当中如果用户点击(选择)了“我要点播”这个URL链接，就会发送请求到服务器进行收费；需要在关键字列表中匹配“我要点播”这种关键字，如果找到，就继续寻找其所带的URL，URL可能为如下形式：
http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/PullServlet；xid＝LLWVhvnv！-2071771770！597549350？S
OD＝true&MISC_U＝http://xxx.xxx.com/order？aspx&t＝12345。
提取到这个URL之后，把这个URL和说费说明的文字交给游戏，此时游戏可以根据游戏的风格弹出一个对话框让用户选择是否收费，如果用户点了确定，便对上述提取到的URL发起一个新的请求，完成收费，如果用户点击了不确定，则转入其它处理。
虽然以上描述了本发明的具体实施方式，但是本领域的技术人员应当理解，这些仅是举例说明，在不背离本发明的原理和实质的前提下，可以对这些实施方式做出多种变更或修改。因此，本发明的保护范围由所附权利要求书限定。

Claims (9)

1.一种网络收费的方法，其特征在于，其包括以下步骤：
S1、用户触发收费事件，发送一个原始的收费请求；
S2、用户收到收费提示页面，提取页面中要收费的URL；
S3、用户确定是否确定收费的提示；
其中，步骤S2中还包括：把URL的地址交给提供服务的程序，以便让提供服务的程序根据自己的设计风格以另外一种形式给用户收费提示。
2.如权利要求1所述的网络收费的方法，其特征在于，所述步骤S1中用户发送收费请求后产生收费提示页面。
3.如权利要求1所述的网络收费的方法，其特征在于，所述收费提示页面包括三个部分：
告知部分，其告知用户收费信息；
确认链接，如果用户点击该链接，就付费给服务提供者，服务提供者则提供相应的服务给用户；
放弃付费链接，其给用户提供一个不付费的选择。
4.如权利要求3所述的网络收费的方法，其特征在于，所述收费信息包括服务提供者的名称和需要收费的金额。
5.如权利要求1所述的网络收费的方法，其特征在于，所述收费提示页面是由WML源代码编写的。
6.如权利要求5所述的网络收费的方法，其特征在于，所述步骤S2是对收费提示页面进行语法分析来提取页面中要收费的URL。
7.如权利要求6所述的网络收费的方法，其特征在于，所述提取页面中要收费的URL时需要进行关键字列表的匹配。
8.如权利要求1所述的网络收费的方法，其特征在于，所述收费事件为购买行为。
9.如权利要求1所述的网络收费的方法，其特征在于，所述步骤S3中，如果用户确定收费的提示，则对提取的URL发送请求，完成收费过程；如果不确定收费的提示，则转入其它处理。
