Description

Hot-rolling oil is with the manufacture method of lubricating oil and hot-rolled sheet
Technical field
The present invention relates to aluminium sheet with hot-rolling oil lubricating oil.In addition, the invention still further relates to the hot-rolling oil of having used described hot-rolling oil usefulness lubricating oil.And then, the invention still further relates to the manufacture method of the hot-rolled sheet relevant with the aluminium sheet that uses described hot-rolling oil.Described hot-rolling oil is used in the rectangular rolling roughing operation by for example carrying out in the manufacture method of this hot-rolled sheet. In addition, " aluminium sheet " expression " pure aluminum plate and/or aluminium alloy plate " of " aluminium sheet is used " of expression purposes among the present invention.
Background technology
In general, aluminium sheet is by following manufacturing: to implemented fusion, casting, building up by welding, the slab of handling that homogenizes implements hot rolling, make tabular after, implement as required cold rolling, annealing, finishing procedure (be cut into suitable product size width operation or reach correction process of smooth surfaces etc.), implement surface treatment procedure more as required, thereby make.In described manufacturing process, hot-rolled process is an of paramount importance manufacturing process concerning the quality of aluminium sheet goods. In addition, in described hot-rolled process, implement following two kinds of methods: the method for utilizing the hot roughing mill (roughing mill) of reverse manner to carry out utilizing after the roughing hot finishing mill (trimming machine) of series system to carry out finish rolling; With the method for utilizing 1 hot roughing finish rolling dual-purpose roller mill to carry out roughing and finish rolling by same roller mill.
In the hot rolling of aluminium sheet, aluminium moves to the Rolling roller surface from the milled sheet surface, forms roller coating.Thereby milled sheet contacts with roller coating and is rolled, so the surface quality of milled sheet is controlled by the proterties of roller coating.Because the surface imperfection of the plate that takes place during hot rolling also influences the plate surface quality after cold rolling, thereby we can say that hot rolled roller coating proterties is very important. The roller coating proterties is along with rolling all conditions (sheet material matter, plate temperature, plate surfaceness, roll temperature, roll surface roughness, draft, roll speed, brush roll operational condition etc.) and hot-rolling oil and change.Thereby the aspect that is chosen in the control roller coating of hot-rolling oil is integral.
In the hot rolling, because the property of roller cooling fully is necessary, thereby hot-rolling oil is used with the form of emulsion. As the desired performance of the hot-rolling oil of aluminium sheet, can enumerate rolling lubrication, roller coating, plate surface quality, emulsifying stability, anti-iron rot etc.All the time, hot-rolling oil as aluminium sheet, normally in mineral oil, cooperate oiliness rising agent, extreme pressure agent, rust-preventive agent, antioxidants etc. such as lipid acid, natural fats and oils, fatty acid ester as lubricant base, it is mainly utilized anionic surfactant's emulsification, make emulsion and use.
But, use in the past the aluminium sheet of emulsifying agent with in the hot-rolling oil, rolling lubrication and the opposite tendency of emulsifying stability demonstration can't satisfy two performances simultaneously. That is, then emulsifying stability reduction when increasing rolling lubrication, the ageing stability of rolling lubrication also reduces as a result, thereby the quality stability of surface of aluminum plate becomes problem. On the other hand, then can't obtain sufficient rolling lubrication when increasing emulsifying stability, the result produces various defectives in surface of aluminum plate.
In order to satisfy simultaneously, the hot-rolled oil composition (patent documentation 1) that combination has specific lubricating oil family and specific water-soluble cationic macromolecular compound has been proposed as so rolling lubrication, emulsifying stability and the plate surface quality of opposite characteristic. In addition, also proposed and used the hot-rolling oil (patent documentation 2) that specific lubricating oil family and anionic surfactant and nonionic surfactant are arranged.

Summary of the invention
Invent problem to be solved
In recent years, because the aluminium milling material is oriented to low-cost and high-quality goods, thereby need to obtain the hot-rolling oil of more stable rolling lubrication and plate surface quality characteristic. For example, the 1xxx that 3xxx line aluminium alloy based material of using etc. with the beverages can body or press plate are used etc. is that the fine aluminium based material is the center, inquired into the cost degradation be purpose omission the manufacture method of annealing operation, following manufacture method is just becoming main flow, promptly not by annealing operation but, also can improve quality characteristic by the suitabilityization that hot-rolled process is arranged the aluminium tissue of the shaping processability of aluminium sheet goods or the appearance characteristics after the surface treatment. In order to obtain the suitable tissue of end article, when reaching suitable structural state by described hot-rolled process, hot-rolled condition is oriented to gimmicks such as more heavy reductionization compared with the past or Deformation velocity raising, because the harsh oilness deficiency that rolling condition caused has the tendency that is easy to surface abnormalities such as freezing.Thereby, employed hot-rolling oil is required than higher in the past oilness. And, when the oilness of hot-rolling oil can improve, because resistance to deformation is very big, even if thereby the many aluminium alloy plate of the Mg content that is difficult in hot roughing, to cut down the road number of times owing to oilness is not enough (beverage can cover with 5xxx line aluminium alloys such as 5182 line aluminium alloys), can expect that also hot roughing road number of times is cut down or the raising of the productivity that the roll speed raising is brought. On the other hand, also be necessary to consider the not deterioration of nipping property in hot roughing of the little lining aluminium rolling stock of resistance to deformation, the little not deterioration of nipping property of pure aluminum plate of frictional coefficient when particularly rolling.Thereby, also require aluminium sheet to satisfy these opposite characteristics that requires with hot-rolling oil.
In the patent documentation 1, consider the amount that increases in the lubricating oil family as the lipid acid of oiliness rising agent, but the ratio of the lipid acid in making hot-rolled oil composition increases to 15 quality % when above, exist and have the very problem of severe corrosive, and to follow the rolling metallic soap that carries out being produced be high-viscosity material, thereby also exist roller mill periphery pollution problems.
In addition, in the technology that patent documentation 2 is put down in writing, as the effort that under the situation that does not make anti-iron rot deterioration, improves rolling lubrication, thereby the hot-rolling oil that the natural fats and oils by using more amount and/or content that synthetic ester limits lipid acid improve rolling lubrication has been proposed. But in carrying out rectangular rolling roughing operation, because the rolling lubrication raising, nipping property can worsen, operability reduces. In addition, the plate surface quality of aluminium alloy plate does not improve.
Under the rolling condition of harshnesses such as the hot-rolled condition of hot-rolled process more heavy reductionization compared with the past and/or Deformation velocity raising, also can obtain aluminium sheet that the excellent and aluminium that have excellent nipping property, a plate surface quality of rolling lubrication and anti-iron rot rolls plate with hot-rolling oil lubricating oil even the object of the present invention is to provide.
In addition, the present invention also aims to provide the hot-rolling oil of having used described hot-rolling oil to use lubricating oil.And then, the present invention also aims to provide the manufacture method of the aluminium hot-rolled sheet that has used described hot-rolling oil.

(the R in the formula 1Expression hydrogen atom or methyl, R 2And R 3Identical or different, the expression carbon number is 1~3 alkyl, and A represents-NH-that m represents 1~3 integer),
Wherein, the weight-average molecular weight of the organic acid salt of described multipolymer is 10000~1000000, and the organic acid that uses in the organic acid salt of described multipolymer is by general formula (2) expression, and the mass ratio (composition (c)/composition (d)) of described composition (c) and composition (d) is 1/0.6~1/1

(in the formula, R 4The expression carbon number is that 1~5 alkyl, carbon number are that the carbon number of 1~5 hydroxyalkyl, alkyl portion is 1~5 carboxyalkyl or carboxyl).
In addition, the invention still further relates to a kind of aluminium sheet hot-rolling oil, it contains described hot-rolling oil lubricating oil and water.
In addition, the invention still further relates to a kind of manufacture method of hot-rolled sheet, it has at described aluminium sheet with in the presence of the hot-rolling oil aluminium sheet being carried out the hot rolled operation.
The invention effect
Used aluminium sheet of the present invention to roll hot-rolled process in the manufacturing process of plate, particularly carry out in the rectangular rolling hot roughing operation at aluminium with the hot-rolling oil of lubricating oil (below be called hot-rolling oil lubricating oil of the present invention), rolled plate even also can obtain the excellent and aluminium that when having kept nipping property, also have a good plate surface quality of rolling lubrication and anti-iron rot under the harsh rolling condition of hot rolling system condition more heavy reductionization compared with the past and/or Deformation velocity raising etc. with hot-rolling oil.
