III 设计方面和考虑
III.A示例的设备设计

前面的热分散/消散特征允许设备700内部的器件保持冷却，而不需要添加风扇或增加设备厚度。
设备700还包括第一和第二扬声器底座910，第一和第二扬声器912可被分别容纳在第一和第二扬声器底座910内。使用螺钉将第一和第二扬声器底座910固定到后壳702。在后壳702内提供扬声器孔808，以便允许声音从扬声器912发散到设备700之外。第一和第二网状***物914被分别布置在第一和第二扬声器912和后壳702之间，以便消除扬声器在后壳702上的震动效应，并且提供更美观的外观。还可以围绕第一和第二扬声器912中的每一个的外边缘提供一圈诸如橡胶的缓冲材料，以便消除扬声器在第一和第二扬声器底座910上的震动效应。
在橡胶护套916内装入设备700使用的内部麦克风IC 1012，橡胶护套916又被紧密地***在后壳702的内壁上形成的外壳内。这用于将麦克风IC 1012与由紧邻地存在于相同外壳内的第一和第二扬声器912产生的噪声隔离开，从而减少声学回声。图14示出了***橡胶护套916内的麦克风IC 1012，其中从麦克风IC 1012引出附接线1402。
出于印制商标的目的，印有文本和/或图形信息的标签920可被粘贴到后壳702的背面。例如，可使用压敏粘合剂把标签920粘贴到后壳的背面。
在一个实施例中，LCD面板904是接受3×8位并行RGB信号外加控制信号形式的视频输入的面板。传递这些信号的导线可以产生可以中断、扰乱或降低或限制位于附近的电子电路的有效性能的相对高的电磁干扰(EMI)。为了解决这个问题，子板1104上的PSOC控制器被配置为将在来自母板906的柔性双绞铜缆1106上传递的LVDS信号转换为RGB信号，然后通过RGB互连将RGB信号提供给LCD面板904。这具有从母板去除产生EMI的RGB线的作用。另外，这允许在子板1104上使用缩短的RGB线，这减少了发射源。
LVDS是出于各种原因产生比RGB少得多的EMI的互连。例如，LVDS信号的振幅大约为1V峰到峰(p-p)，而RGB信号的振幅为3.3Vp-p，从而使用LVDS减小了在转换过程中产生的电涌。另外，由于LVDS信号是差分信号，减少了共模元件。这具有减少接地反跳(groundbouncing)的效果。另外，LVDS信号或多或少地汲取恒定电流，这具有减小电涌的效果。另外，连接到LVDS连接器的导线数目比RGB连接器少得多。这是重要的，因为连接器是由阻抗失配产生的EMI的来源。除了前面关于减少EMI的益处之外，与RGB相比，LVDS还更不易受长距离信号衰减的影响。
在一个实施例中，在母板906中从内部麦克风延伸到音频编码解码器的信号线可能受到从麦克风接收的音频信号的衰减导致的EMI的影响。具体地，在一个实施例中，从麦克风接收的音频信号为微伏(mV)，并且因此非常易于受到板噪声(诸如与射频(RF)信号、时钟和数字信号相关联的噪声)的影响。这些噪声可被直接耦合到麦克风信号或耦合到地。
图15示出了根据本发明的实施例，可用于解决这个问题的麦克风电路1500。麦克风电路1500包括耦连到音频编码解码器1504的麦克风1502。麦克风1502和音频编码解码器1504两者被安装在相同的印刷电路板(PCB)上。
如图15所示，麦克风1502产生差分输入信号，该差分输入信号被施加到正差分输入节点1506和负差分输入节点1508。第一电容器1510耦连在正差分输入节点1506和负差分输入节点1508之间。在一个实施例中，第一电容器1510具有大约0.01μF的电容。第一电容器1510结合麦克风1502的输出电阻操作，以便形成衰减高频数字信号(诸如，由PCB上的其它组件产生的高频数字信号)的低通滤波器。
第二电容器1512也被耦连在正差分输入节点1506和负差分输入节点1508之间。在一个实施例中，第二电容器1512具有大约10pF的电容。第二电容器1512操作以便耦合RF信号。
如图15进一步所示，正差分输入节点1506通过串联连接的第三电容器1514和第一电阻器1516连接到音频编码解码器1506的第一输入1518。类似地，负差分输入节点508通过串联连接的第四电容器1520和第二电阻器1522连接到音频编码解码器1506的第二输入1524。在一个实施例中，第三电容器1514和第四电容器520中的每一个具有大约33nF的电容。第三电容器1514和第四电容器520与音频编码解码器1504的输入电阻结合操作，以便形成衰减低频信号(诸如60Hz或100Hz信号)的高通滤波器。
在一个实施例中，第一电阻器1516和第二电阻器1522中的每一个具有大约475欧姆的电阻。第一电阻器1516和第二电阻器1522操作，以便衰减耦合到来自麦克风1502的差分输入信号的RF信号。在一个实施例中，音频编码解码器1504的输入电阻远远大于第一电阻器1516和第二电阻器1522的电阻，从而使得来自麦克风1502的差分输入信号的衰减被最小化。
如图15进一步所示，第二电容器1512的第一端子1526耦连到偏置信号产生电路1530的输出节点1552。第二电容器1512的第二端子1528通过第三电阻器1532连接到地1534。在一个实施例中，第三电阻器1532具有大约1.5千欧(K)的电阻。
偏置信号产生电路1530包括节点1548，节点1548耦连到音频编码解码器1504的输出1542，向其施加麦克风偏置信号。节点1548通过第四电阻器1544连接到输出1542。节点1548还通过第四电容器1550耦连到地1534。偏置信号产生电路1530的输出节点1552通过第五电阻器1546连接到节点1548。在一个实施例中，第四电阻器1544具有大约1K的电阻，第四电容器1550具有大约10μF的电容，并且第五电阻器1546具有大约1.21K的电阻。
如图15所示，偏置信号产生电路1530、音频编码解码器1504和麦克风1502的差分输入全部耦连到相同的地1534，地1534旨在表示音频编码解码器1504附近或之内的地。
如图15进一步所示，在从麦克风1502连接到音频编码解码器1504的正和负差分信号周围放置接地屏蔽1506a、1506b、1506c和1506d，以便避免数字接地噪声被耦合到这些信号。在一个实施例中，接地屏蔽1506a、1506b、1506c和1506d中的每一个包括连接到音频编码解码器1504附近或之内的地1534的迹线。
图16示出了根据本发明的实施例的示例PCB 1600，其中使用接地屏蔽以便避免将数字接地噪声耦合到麦克风信号。具体地，在PCB 1600中，由两个信号迹线1602传送麦克风信号，由环绕迹线1602的接地环路1604将麦克风信号与其它板组件产生的噪声隔离开。还示出了传送麦克风偏置信号的迹线1606。由于迹线1606也紧邻接地环路1604，它也接收到来自接地环路1604的某些屏蔽。
III.B.可替换设备/手持机设计
仅作为例子提供前面设计的细节，并且可以使用各种其它设计，以便实现根据本发明的实施例的电话和数字媒体服务设备。还可以使用上面描述的设计之外的各种手持机设计。
例如，如图17所示，根据本发明的实施例的***1700可以包括设备1702，设备1702包括用于诸如视频消息发送和视频会议的应用的集成照相机1704。设备1702还可以通过外部音频插座耦联到用于更强健音频表现的一对相关联的扬声器1706和1708。
图18示出了根据本发明的实施例的***1800，***1800包括设备1802和相关联的手持机1804，它们中的每一个可被***相应模块对接座1806和1808或从相应模块对接座1806和1808取下。图18示出了处于对接位置的设备1802和手持机1804，而图19示出了处于非对接位置的相同组件。手持机对接座1808可由AC适配器供电，并且可以提供一个接口，通过该接口可以给手持机1804内的电池重新充电。同样，对接座1806可由AC适配器供电，并且提供一个接口，通过该接口可以给设备1802内的电池重新充电。设备1802的最终用户可能希望能够在依靠电池电源运行的同时以无绳方式取下并且携带设备1802。
对接座1806和1808的模块设计可以允许这些组件啮合在一起。另外，取决于实现，对接座1806和1808可被配置为共享连接到对接座之一的单个电源连接器。
使用超薄设计实现手持机1804，并且手持机1804利用电容性触摸键盘和显示器。
图20是设备1802和对接座1806的后视立体图。如图20所示，当对接在对接座1806内时，设备1802被完全支撑以便进行有角度的观看，并且因此不需要支架(诸如上面参***700描述的支架708)。然而，设备1802可以包括金属标记2004，其被连接到设备1802的后壳2002，并且包括印在其上的信息，诸如商标文本和/或图形。另外，后壳2002可以包括开口，标记2004可以通过该开口热连接到相对于设备1802位于内部的散热器，从而允许标记2004作为设备1802的外部散热器。例如，可以通过一层硅导热化合物把标记2004热连接到内部散热器。
图21是设备1802的一部分的后视立体图，其提供了位于标记2004上的商标信息2102的改进视图。
图22、23和24分别示出了根据本发明的各种实施例的不同手持机2200、2300和2400。手持机2400具有电容性触摸键盘和显示器。图25示出了根据本发明的实施例的示例手持机对接座2500。
图26示出了***2600，***2600包括薄轮廓设备2602和相关联的手持机2604以及托架2606的组合。设备604包括用于改进的媒体体验的一个或更多个集成的前向扬声器。
图27示出了例如可以在办公室环境中使用的可替换设备2700。如图27所示，设备2700包括集成的有线手持机2702和一个或更多个前向扬声器2704。
图28示出了另一个设备2800。如图28所示，设备2800包括手持机托架2802，托架2802被设计为当不使用手持机时容纳手持机(未示出)。如图28进一步所示，手持机托架2802的塑料表面之下存在有电容性触摸传感器2812，电容性触摸传感器2812通过连接器2814连接到设备2800内部PCB上的接收器。电容性触摸传感器2812被配置为感测手持机或其它物体(诸如人的手指)相对于托架的接近。当检测到这种接近时，传感器2812向设备2800内部的接收器发送信号。接收器进而警告内部处理器，该内部处理器响应传感器信号产生挂机或摘机事件。这允许实现设备2800的挂机和摘机功能，而不需要使用许多传统电话中使用的机械按钮。
如图28所示，设备2800还包括可以使用电容性触摸感测技术实现的多个电话控制按钮2804。根据这种实现，对应于每个按钮的电容触摸传感器物理地位于每个按钮之下，并且连接到内部处理器以便记录感测到的用户触摸。在图29中以更大的形式示出了这种按钮。如该图所示，按钮2804包括电话按钮2902、扬声器电话按钮2904、耳机按钮2906、音量控制按钮2908、静音按钮2910和挂机/摘机按钮2912。
IV.结论
虽然上面已经描述了本发明的各种实施例，应当理解，仅仅作为例子而不是限制给出这些实施例。一个或更多个相关领域的技术人员将会理解，可以做出形式和细节上的各种改变，而不脱离所附权利要求限定的本发明的精神和范围。因此，本发明的广度和范围不受任意上述示例实施例的限制，而是仅被根据下列权利要求和其等同物限定。

Claims (18)

1.一种电子设备，包括：
壳体；
布置在壳体内部的、支撑至少一个集成电路(IC)芯片的印刷电路板；
布置在壳体内部的、热连接到所述至少一个IC芯片的第一散热器；和
连接到壳体的第二散热器，使得第二散热器的至少一部分被布置于壳体之外，并且第二散热器通过壳体中的孔径热连接到第一散热器。
2.如权利要求1所述的设备，其中通过硅导热化合物层把第一散热器热连接到所述至少一个IC芯片。
3.如权利要求1所述的设备，其中通过硅导热化合物层把第二散热器热连接到第一散热器。
4.如权利要求1所述的设备，其中第一散热器包括金属散热器。
5.如权利要求1所述的设备，其中第二散热器包括金属支架，所述金属支架连接到壳体的外部部分，并且当电子设备被放置在表面上时为电子设备提供物理支撑。
6.如权利要求5所述的设备，其中金属支架连接到壳体背面的外部部分。
7.如权利要求1所述的设备，其中第二散热器包括金属标记，所述金属标记包括印在其上的信息，在所述金属标记的布置在壳体之外的部分上能观看到所述信息。
8.如权利要求7所述的设备，其中印在金属标记上的信息包括文本和图形信息中的一种或更多种。
9.如权利要求8所述的设备，其中文本和图形信息分别包括商标文本和商标图形信息。
10.一种用于制造电子设备的方法，包括：
提供壳体；
将支撑至少一个集成电路(IC)芯片的印刷电路板布置在壳体内；
将热连接到所述至少一个IC芯片的第一散热器布置在壳体内；和
将第二散热器连接到壳体，使得第二散热器的至少一部分被布置在壳体之外，第二散热器通过壳体中的孔径热连接到第一散热器。
11.如权利要求10所述的方法，其中通过硅导热化合物层把第一散热器热连接到所述至少一个IC芯片。
12.如权利要求10所述的方法，其中通过硅导热化合物层把第二散热器热连接到第一散热器。
13.如权利要求10所述的方法，其中将第一散热器布置在壳体内包括：将金属散热器布置在壳体内。
14.如权利要求10所述的方法，其中将第二散热器连接到壳体包括：将金属支架连接到壳体的外部部分，当电子设备被放置在表面上时，所述金属支架为电子设备提供物理支撑。
15.如权利要求14所述的方法，其中将金属支架连接到壳体的外部部分包括：将金属支架连接到壳体背面的外部部分。
16.如权利要求10所述的方法，其中将第二散热器连接到壳体包括：把其上印刷有信息的金属标记连接到壳体，使得可在所述金属标记的布置在壳体之外的部分上观看到所述信息。
17.如权利要求16所述的方法，其中印在金属标记上的信息包括文本和图形信息中的一种或更多种。
