Abstract
在具有液力变矩器和锁止离合器的车辆特别是做功机器逆动时,锁止离合器在逆动过程期间被在摘开方向上操作,由此,驱动发动机在逆动过程期间以较高的转速运行。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于改换车辆行驶方向的方法。
背景技术
例如轮式装载机、叉车、挖掘装载机或者遥控操作机(Tele-Handler)的做功机器在工作时具有如下的时段,在所述时段内,所述做功机器以短工作循环逆动运行。如果轮式装载机从货堆给载重汽车装车,那么该轮式装载机处于所谓的Y型运行中,在所谓Y形运行中,也就是需要频繁地逆动运行,也就是立即改变行驶方向。
DE4407951C2公开了一种车辆驱动装置,具有变矩器和变矩器的锁止离合器,在不能保证车辆无颠簸或者无振动的情况下,该锁止离合器总是在摘开方向上***作。
发明内容
本发明基于如下任务,即,对具有液力变矩器的车辆的行驶方向逆转方案进一步改善。
依据本发明,在车辆实施行驶方向逆转的情况下,总是在摘开方向上操作液力变矩器的锁止离合器。
在本发明的构造方案中,在行驶方向操作杆切换到相反的行驶方向或者行驶方向离合器被相反地控制的情况下,对行驶方向逆转进行检测。
在本发明的另一实施方式中,在低于事先限定的速度水平的情况下改换行驶方向时,在摘开方向上对液力变矩器的锁止离合器进行操作,并且随后,对事先在闭合方向上已***作的第一行驶方向离合器在摘开方向上进行操作,并且在闭合方向上对第二行驶方向离合器进行操作,由此,车辆非常迅速地减速,并且接着朝相反方向加速,而驱动发动机在该逆转期间在其转速方面不会大大降低或熄火。
在高于事先限定的速度水平的情况下逆动时,事先已挂入的第一行驶方向离合器被以如下时长保持挂入并且第二行驶方向离合器以该如下时长在摘开方向上***作,直至车辆在其速度方面降到事先限定的速度水平,其中,在该速度降低期间,液力变矩器的锁止离合器在摘开方向上***作。如果达到事先限定的速度水平,那么在摘开方向上操作事先已挂入的第一行驶方向离合器并且在闭合方向上操作第二行驶方向离合器,由此,车辆继续降低其速度并随后在新的行驶方向上再次加速。在逆动过程结束后,重新分开液力变矩器的锁止离合器,其中,根据存在的其他运行参数,可以在闭合方向上操作锁止离合器。例如,如果变矩器的涡轮转矩在闭合方向上操作液力变矩器的离合器与在摘开方向上操作液力变矩器的离合器之间是几乎等大的话,则在闭合方向上操作液力变矩器的锁止离合器。
通过在逆动过程期间在摘开方向上操作液力变矩器的锁止离合器,发动机在逆动过程期间在其转速方面并未像锁止离合器闭合的情况下那样大大降低,由此,可以迅速变换行驶方向。
Claims (4)
1.用于将实施为做功机器的车辆的行驶方向从第一行驶方向改换到相反的第二行驶方向的方法,其中,所述车辆具有带锁止离合器的液力变矩器以及用于从第一行驶方向切换到第二行驶方向的变速器,其中,所述锁止离合器能被在闭合方向上操作,以便将所述液力变矩器的驱动装置与所述液力变矩器的从动装置直接连接,并且能被在摘开方向上操作,以便分开所述连接,其特征在于,将所述行驶方向从第一行驶方向上的一行驶速度改换到第二行驶方向上的一行驶速度,方式为:
-所述锁止离合器在摘开方向上***作,
-事先挂入的用于所述第一行驶方向的第一行驶方向离合器在摘开方向上***作并且用于所述第二行驶方向的第二行驶方向离合器在闭合方向上***作,由此,所述车辆在其速度方面降低,并且随后在新的行驶方向上再次加速,以及
-在逆动过程结束后,所述锁止离合器被再次分开,由此,根据存在的其他运行参数,能够在闭合方向上操作所述锁止离合器。
2.按权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,如果液力变矩器的涡轮转矩在闭合方向上操作所述锁止离合器或者在摘开方向上操作所述锁止离合器时是大小相等的话,则在闭合方向上操作所述锁止离合器。
3.按权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,操作锁止离合器的切换点在无行驶方向变换的情况下,借助液力变矩器的涡轮转速和泵轮转速来测定。
4.按权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在摘开方向上操作锁止离合器后,在车辆速度高于事先限定的速度的情况下,事先挂入的用于第一行驶方向的第一行驶方向离合器保持在闭合方向上***作,直至车辆速度达到事先限定的速度,并且随后在摘开方向上操作事先挂入的用于第一行驶方向的第一行驶方向离合器并且在闭合方向上操作用于第二行驶方向的第二行驶方向离合器。
