Abstract

本发明涉及一种门封条,包括门封条基材,还包括门封条芯材,所述门封条芯材设置在门封条基材内,所述门封条芯材为泡沫塑料,其制造方法包括如下步骤:a.将作为门封条芯材的泡沫塑料经挤出机挤出;b.将作为门封条基材的塑料粒子经挤出机成型;c.所述将步骤a中为门封条芯材的泡沫塑料挤入到步骤b中成型的门封条中,通过水冷却***中的定型模降温定型;d.通过裁剪机裁剪成品;本申请的发明在PVC挤出成型后,使用软质发泡进行填充,提高门封条的保温性能,解决冰箱保温瓶颈。同时软质发泡压缩复原率将远优于原PVC胶套,故本发明的门封条能提高与箱体的贴合性,从而防止冰箱内部冷气泄露导致的耗电量高。

Description

一种门封条的制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种家电部件的制造方法,特别是涉及一种门封条的制造方法。
背景技术
电冰箱作为家用电器,已经成为城镇居民的必备用品。门封条在冰箱的保温隔热中起到很重要作用。
现有的冰箱门封条大多数由磁条、气囊等部件组成,并利用专用挤塑磨具用软质的PVC塑料整体挤出成型。周围的温度的变化会直接影响PVC的软硬度,夏天环境温度相对较高,门封条比较软,门开闭过程中,气囊容易变形,从而引起门封条与冰箱箱体门框贴合不良;冬天环境温度相对较低,冰箱门封条比较硬,遇冷后会出现收缩现象,会造成冰箱箱体内的冷气泄露,另外,由于使用较久门封条内部的磁条也可能会消磁,从而造成密封不严,影响冰箱的保温性能。
发明内容
本发明目的是提高门封条的保温性能。
为达到此目的,本发明提供了一种门封条,包括门封条基材,还包括门封条芯材,所述门封条芯材设置在门封条基材内,所述门封条芯材为泡沫塑料。其制造方法,包括如下步骤:
a.将作为门封条芯材的泡沫塑料投入泡沫塑料进料筒,在泡沫塑料挤出机中,经过螺杆旋转和加热,使泡沫塑料混合、熔融,之后经泡沫塑料挤出机模头挤出;
1)将所述泡沫塑料投入泡沫塑料进料筒;
2)所述泡沫塑料通过泡沫塑料挤出机,经泡沫塑料挤出机内的螺杆旋转和加热,使泡沫塑料混合、熔融;
3)混合后材料经泡沫塑料挤出机模头挤出;
b.将作为门封条基材的塑料粒子烘干后投入塑料粒子进料筒,在塑料挤出机中,经过螺杆旋转和加热,塑料粒子被混合、熔融,之后经塑料挤出机模头挤出成型:
1)将所述塑料粒子烘干;
2)将所述塑料粒子投入塑料粒子进料筒;
3)所述塑料粒子通过塑料挤出机,经塑料挤出机的螺杆旋转和加热,使塑料粒子混合、熔融;
4)混合后材料经塑料挤出机模头挤出成型;
c.所述将步骤a中为门封条芯材的泡沫塑料挤入到步骤b中成型的门封条中,通过水冷却***中的定型模降温定型;
d.通过裁剪机裁剪成品;
1)成型后材料门封条通过牵引机到达裁剪机;
2)所述裁剪机根据需要长度裁剪。
本发明的方法优点是:在PVC挤出成型后,使用软质发泡进行填充,提高门封条的保温性能,解决冰箱保温瓶颈。同时软质发泡压缩复原率将远优于原PVC气囊,故本方法制造的门封条能提高与箱体的贴合性。
作为本发明的方法的另一种改进,所述步骤b中塑料粒子还可以分两块挤出成型,所述的步骤a中泡沫塑料挤出成型,分别通过水冷却***中的定型模降温定型,所述的定型后为门封条基材的两块塑料粒子包裹定型后为门封条芯材的泡沫塑料,经过熔接机熔接使两块包裹成型泡沫塑料的塑料边缘进行缝合,所述塑料边缘熔接缝合后经成品定型冷却设备冷却定型。这样可减少因整体成型泡沫塑料与外层塑料间产生的缝隙,从而提高门封条成品的性能。所述门封条分两块成型,其优点是可根据所需门封条的形状及生产工艺的难易进行选择。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例对本发明做详细的说明。
本发明提供了一种门封条,包括门封条基材,还包括门封条芯材,所述门封条芯材设置在门封条基材内,所述门封条芯材为泡沫塑料。
其中作为门封条基材的塑料粒子可由聚氯乙烯、热塑性聚氨酯(TPU),热塑性弹性材料(TPO)或聚烯烃热塑性弹性材料(TPE)其中一种或两种或两种以上材料组合而成。
其中作为门封条基材芯材的泡沫塑料,可由含有聚乙烯(PE),橡胶(Rubber),聚苯乙烯(PS)等加起泡剂组成,或者由聚醚多元醇与异氰酸酯组合而成。
本发明方法实施的一种门封条的制造方法如图1所示,采用塑料粒子分两块成型,包括如下步骤:
a.将作为门封条芯材的泡沫塑料投入泡沫塑料进料筒2,在泡沫塑料挤出机4中,经过螺杆旋转和加热,使泡沫塑料混合、熔融,之后经泡沫塑料挤出机4模头挤出成型;
先将所述泡沫塑料投入泡沫塑料进料筒2,在将所述泡沫塑料通过泡沫塑料挤出机4,经泡沫塑料挤出机4内的螺杆旋转和加热,使泡沫塑料混合、熔融,最后混合后材料经泡沫塑料挤出机4模头挤出成型。
b.将作为门封条基材的塑料粒子烘干后投入塑料粒子进料筒1,在塑料挤出机3中,经过螺杆旋转和加热,塑料粒子被混合、熔融,之后经塑料挤出机3模头挤出成型:
先将所述塑料粒子烘干,再将所述塑料粒子投入两边的塑料粒子进料筒1,之后所述塑料粒子通过塑料挤出机3,经塑料挤出机3的螺杆旋转和加热,使塑料粒子混合、熔融,最后混合后材料经塑料挤出机3模头挤出成型。
c.所述将步骤a中为门封条芯材的泡沫塑料挤入到步骤b中成型的门封条中,通过水冷却***5,在其中的定型模6降温定型,在经过熔接机7缝合,之后经过成品定型冷却设备8进行冷却;
将步骤a中为门封条芯材的成型泡沫塑料挤入到步骤b中成型的门封条中,连续通过水冷却***5,经过水冷***5中的定型模6降温定型,之后经过熔接机7熔接使两块外层塑料包裹泡沫塑料进行缝合,由于熔接后的成品温度过高,塑料边缘熔接缝合后需经成品定型冷却设备8冷却定型。
熔接时采用如图2所示的左右熔接方式或如图3所示的上下熔接方式,以便于根据所需门封条的形状及生产工艺的难易进行选择。
d.通过裁剪机裁剪成品;
所述门封条成型后材料通过牵引机9到达裁剪机10,最后经由裁剪机10根据需要长度裁剪。
如图4所示本发明方法实施的另一种门封条的制造方法,采用塑料粒子整体成型,为方便操作将塑料挤出机3与泡沫塑料挤出机4首尾相连,包括如下步骤:
a.将作为门封条芯材的泡沫塑料投入泡沫塑料进料筒2,在泡沫塑料挤出机4中,经过螺杆旋转和加热,使泡沫塑料混合、熔融,之后经泡沫塑料挤出机4模头挤出;
先将所述泡沫塑料投入泡沫塑料进料筒2,在将所述泡沫塑料通过泡沫塑料挤出机4,经泡沫塑料挤出机4内的螺杆旋转和加热,使泡沫塑料混合、熔融,最后混合后材料经泡沫塑料挤出机4模头挤出;
b.将作为门封条基材的塑料粒子烘干后投入塑料粒子进料筒1,在塑料挤出机3中,经过螺杆旋转和加热,塑料粒子被混合、熔融,之后经塑料挤出机3模头挤出成型:
先将所述塑料粒子烘干,再将所述塑料粒子投入塑料粒子进料筒1,之后所述塑料粒子通过塑料挤出机3,经塑料挤出机3的螺杆旋转和加热,使塑料粒子混合、熔融,最后混合后材料经塑料挤出机3模头挤出成型。
因为这种实施例是整体成型,所以不需要熔接机7熔接。
c.所述将步骤a中为门封条芯材的泡沫塑料挤入到步骤b中成型的门封条中,通过水冷却***5中的定型模6降温定型;
d.通过裁剪机10裁剪成品;
所述门封条已经成型,只需要通过牵引机9到达裁剪机10,最后经由裁剪机10根据需要长度裁剪,即可成品。
这种实施例造价便宜,且容易实施,易于大批量生产。
本发明在PVC挤出成型后,使用软质发泡进行填充,提高门封条的保温性能,解决冰箱保温瓶颈。经过试验发现软质发泡压缩复原率远优于原PVC胶套,故本发明的门封条能提高与箱体的贴合性。

Claims (2)

1.一种门封条的制造方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
a.将作为门封条芯材的泡沫塑料投入泡沫塑料进料筒(2),在泡沫塑料挤出机(4)中,经过螺杆旋转和加热,使泡沫塑料混合、熔融,之后经泡沫塑料挤出机(4)模头挤出;
1)将所述泡沫塑料投入泡沫塑料进料筒(2);
2)所述泡沫塑料通过泡沫塑料挤出机(4),经泡沫塑料挤出机(4)内的螺杆旋转和加热,使泡沫塑料混合、熔融;
3)混合后材料经泡沫塑料挤出机(4)模头挤出;
b.将作为门封条基材的塑料粒子烘干后投入塑料粒子进料筒(1),在塑料挤出机(3)中,经过螺杆旋转和加热,塑料粒子被混合、熔融,之后塑料粒子分两块经塑料挤出机(3)模头挤出成型:
1)将所述塑料粒子烘干;
2)将所述塑料粒子投入塑料粒子进料筒(1);
3)所述塑料粒子通过塑料挤出机(3),经塑料挤出机(3)的螺杆旋转和加热,使塑料粒子混合、熔融;
4)混合后材料经塑料挤出机(3)模头挤出成型;
c.将步骤a中为门封条芯材的泡沫塑料挤入到步骤b中成型的门封条中,通过水冷却***(5)中的定型模(6)降温定型,所述的定型后为门封条基材的两块塑料粒子包裹定型后为门封条芯材的泡沫塑料,经过熔接机(7)熔接使两块包裹成型泡沫塑料的塑料边缘进行缝合;
d.通过裁剪机(10)裁剪成品;
1)成型后材料门封条通过牵引机(9)到达裁剪机(10);
2)所述裁剪机(10)根据需要长度裁剪。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种门封条的制造方法,其特征在于:所述塑料边缘熔接缝合后经成品定型冷却设备(8)冷却定型。
