Abstract

本发明涉及一种内燃机气缸头的内置废气再循环结构,包括气缸头,气缸头具有与燃烧室连通的进气通道和排气通道,气缸头上连接有气缸头盖,其特征在于:所述气缸头与气缸头盖上设有互为连通的废气循环通道,废气循环通道的进气口与气缸头上的排气通道连通,废气循环通道的出气口与气缸头上的进气通道连通。本发明结构简单,冷却效果好,成本低,并且可以降低有害气体的排放。

内燃机气缸头的内置废气再循环结构
技术领域
本发明涉及小型内燃机,具体涉及一种内燃机气缸头的内置废气再循环结构。
背景技术
在车辆的内燃机排放中,将部分流经排气通路的废气引入进气通路,降低混合气的燃烧温度,通常采用废气再循环通路(ERG“Exhaust Gas Recirculation”)装置(废气再循环阀,ERG阀)抑制NOx的生成。目前在小型内燃机中,主要采用两种废气再循环通路结构,一是外置式,即在排气口处通过一外置管路与进气口处相连,构成EGR通道,此结构复杂,且容易造成因外置管的破损而产生安全隐患;二是通过在气缸头的进、排气门座附近钻孔形成EGR通道,这种方法因EGR气体无法冷却,使得通过EGR的废气气体质量下降,通过EGR回流到气缸燃烧的废气气体比例小,有害气体的减排效果不好,这种现象在高负荷时尤为突出。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种内燃机气缸头的内置废气再循环结构,该内置废气再循环结构结构简单,冷却效果好,成本低,并且可以降低有害气体的排放。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:内燃机气缸头的内置废气再循环结构,包括气缸头,气缸头具有与燃烧室连通的进气通道和排气通道,气缸头上连接有气缸头盖,所述气缸头与气缸头盖上设有互为连通形成循环回路的废气循环通道,废气循环通道的进气口与气缸头上的排气通道连通,废气循环通道的出气口与气缸头上的进气通道连通。
所述废气循环通道的进气口设于气缸头上的排气通道的正压区,所述废气循环通道的出气口设于气缸头上的进气通道的负压区。
所述废气循环通道贯通气缸头盖的金属实体中。
所述废气循环通道呈倒U字型。
由于采用上述技术方案,在气缸头与气缸头盖上设有互为连通形成循环回路的废气循环通道,使废气循环通道的进气口与气缸头上的排气通道连通,废气循环通道的出气口与气缸头上的进气通道连通。废气循环通道用于将流经发动机的排气通路的废气的一部分供给进气通路,使废气中大量未燃烧气体再次利用,减少有害气体的排放。连通排气通道和进气通道的废气循环通道为内置式,只需要在气缸头盖和气缸头的金属实体中设置废气循环通道即可,取消了背景技术中所述的废气再循环阀(ERG阀),有结构简单,节省成本的优点,由于本发明所述结构不需要维护,因此,还可以降低维护成本。本发明所述的废气循环通道在气缸头和气缸头盖内呈倒U字型,使得其通道较长,当废气经过废气循环通道时,废气在通道中的滞留时间长,有利于废气的散热,废气冷却效果好,降低有害气体的排放。

具体实施方式
参照附图,内燃机气缸头的内置废气再循环结构,包括气缸头1,气缸头1设有与燃烧室连通的进气通道3和排气通道2,进气通道3与燃烧室连通,由于气流流动及发动机的配气***吸气时产生的负压,在进气通道3靠近进气门的部位形成气压较小的负压区,进气通道3弯曲的尾端设有进气门(图中未标示),排气通道2与燃烧室连通;由于气流转向流动及发动机的配气***排气时产生的正压,在排气通道2靠近燃烧室的部位形成压力较大的正压区,排气通道的连通燃烧室端设有排气门(图中未标示),气缸头1上通过螺栓连接有气缸头盖5,气缸头与气缸头盖之间的空间形成摇臂室6。所述气缸头与气缸头盖上设有互为连通形成循环回路的废气循环通道4,废气循环通道4的进气口4a与气缸头上的排气通道2连通,循环通道的进气口4a设于气缸头上的排气通道的正压区,废气气流在正压区的较大的压力作用进入废气循环通道4;废气循环通道4的出气口4b与气缸头上的进气通道3连通,废气循环通道的出气口设于所述进气通道的负压区。循环通道的进气口4a正对于气缸头盖的废气循环通道4,废气循环通道4的出气口4b正对于气缸头盖的废气循环通道4,便于废气循环通道4的设置。负压区压力小,便于废气循环通道4进入进气通道,废气循环通道4把排气通道2中的部分废气回流到进气通道3,然后进入燃烧室再次燃烧,减少有害气体的排放。发动机工作时,废气气流在气缸头上的排气通道的正压作用下进入废气循环通道4,由于负压区压力小,经过废气循环通道4的部分废气回流到进气通道3,然后进入燃烧室再次燃烧,减少了有害气体的排放。所述废气循环通道4位于气缸头盖的金属实体部分,气缸头与气缸头盖的废气循环通4道呈倒U字型,使废气循环通道4较长,废气在其中滞留时间长,有利于废气的散热冷却。

1.一种内燃机气缸头的内置废气再循环结构,包括气缸头,气缸头具有与燃烧室连通的进气通道和排气通道,气缸头上连接有气缸头盖,其特征在于:所述气缸头与气缸头盖上设有互为连通的废气循环通道,废气循环通道的进气口与气缸头上的排气通道连通,废气循环通道的出气口与气缸头上的进气通道连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内燃机气缸头的内置废气再循环结构,其特征在于:所述废气循环通道的进气口位于气缸头上的排气通道的正压区,所述废气循环通道的出气口位于气缸头上的进气通道的负压区。
3.根据权利要求1所述的内燃机气缸头的内置废气再循环结构,其特征在于:所述废气循环通道位于气缸头盖的金属实体中。
4.根据权利要求1所述的内燃机气缸头的内置废气再循环结构,其特征在于:所述废气循环通道呈倒U字型。
