Abstract

本发明涉及一种带有锁定机构的碳粉盒,包括带有有顶盖的用于容纳显影剂的主体,主体上设置有用于碳粉盒在成象单元内的锁定和松开锁定机构,锁定机构包括与顶盖铰接的把手、与把手固定连接的齿轮、可往复移动的锁定杆以及用于实现把手自动复位的扭簧,锁定杆上带有与齿轮啮合的齿条。把手在常态下受扭簧扭力作用靠近所述顶盖,齿轮与齿条啮合使锁定杆伸出顶盖以锁定碳粉盒;把手在外力作用下克服扭簧扭力被提起时,齿轮与齿条运转使锁定杆缩进顶盖以松开碳粉盒。只需通过人手拉力和扭簧的复位来实现松开和锁定。大大简化了操作,解决了现有带锁定机构的碳粉盒进行锁定或松开时操作比较复杂的技术问题。

Description

一种带锁定机构的碳粉盒
技术领域
本发明涉及到一种带有锁定机构的碳粉盒。 
背景技术
随着图象形成装置的家庭普及化,小型的图象形成装置已成为一种趋势。这就决定了显影剂不会占据很大的容仓,成像单元的寿命会大于碳粉盒的寿命。因而市面上普遍存在一种可消耗式碳粉盒,显影剂用完,则可更换。 
要保证碳粉盒和图象形成装置的安装定位,就需要一锁定机构。为了实现碳粉盒在图象形成装置上的锁定和松开,一般的锁定机构结构都非常复杂,或者操作起来比较麻烦。 
参见图1,2,这是一种现有的粉盒锁定装置,碳粉盒放进碳粉盒安装仓后,主要依靠顶盖11上的突块9,卡在成象单元的凹槽10上实现碳粉盒的锁定。这样一种结构,突块9固定于顶盖11,要实现碳粉盒的松开和锁定,要求顶盖可以相对转动,这样的结构比较复杂,而且,锁定时候需要人手刻意去转动提手8去转动顶盖,操作比较复杂。 
发明内容
本发明提供一种带锁定机构的碳粉盒,以解决现有带锁定机构的碳粉盒进行锁定或松开时操作比较复杂的技术问题。 
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是: 
一种带锁定机构的碳粉盒,包括带有顶盖的用于容纳显影剂的主体;所述主体上设置有用于碳粉盒在成象单元内的锁定和松开锁定机构,其特征是,所述锁定机构包括与所述顶盖铰接的把手、与把手固定连接的齿轮、可往复移动的锁定杆以及用于实现把手自动复位的扭簧,所述锁定杆上带有与所述齿轮啮合的齿条。 
所述扭簧安装在所述把手的铰接轴上,所述扭簧的两个自由端分别与所述把手和顶盖抵接。 
所述顶盖内还设置有锁定杆支撑结构,所述锁定杆支撑结构限定所述锁定杆在支撑面上做直线移动。 
所述把手在常态下受所述扭簧扭力作用靠近所述顶盖,所述齿轮与齿条啮合使所述锁定杆伸出所述顶盖以锁定碳粉盒;所述把手在外力作用下克服扭簧扭力被提起时,所述齿轮与齿条运转使所述锁定杆缩进所述顶盖以松开碳粉盒。 
所述顶盖对应锁定杆伸出位置的周边上设置有开口。 
在采用了上述技术方案后,由于锁定机构包括与顶盖铰接的把手,与把手固定连接的齿轮,可往复移动的锁定杆,以及用于实现把手自动复位的扭簧,锁定杆上带有与齿轮啮合的齿条。把手在常态下受扭簧扭力作用靠近顶盖,齿轮与齿条啮合使锁定杆伸出顶盖以锁定碳粉盒;把手在外力作用下克服扭簧扭力被提起时,齿轮与齿条运转使锁定杆缩进顶盖以松开碳粉盒。只需通过人手拉力和扭簧的复位来实现松开和锁定。大大简化了操作,解决了现有带锁定机构的碳粉盒进行锁定或松开时操作比较复杂的技术问题。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图及具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。 
参见图3和图4,1为本发明碳粉盒主体,其上的锁定机构包括:把手2,齿轮3,以及上面带有齿条5的锁定杆4。碳粉盒主体上还包括一顶盖6。 
如图5示,齿轮3固定连接于把手2上,把手2与顶盖6铰接,且铰接轴上 安装一扭簧12,其两端12a,12b分别抵接于把手2和顶盖6,以使把手2在扭簧12的回复扭力作用下旋转至靠近顶盖6位置。 
如图6示,锁定杆4通过支架7a,7b,7c,7d承载于顶盖6内,顶盖6圆周方向上有开口13,对应锁定杆4的伸出位置。锁定4杆能如箭头D所表示的两方向沿开口13顺利往复移动。 
如图3和图4所示,把手在外力作用下克服扭簧扭力被提起时,把手2被掰动一定角度,为方便使用者操作,80到90度为最佳,如图3示,与把手固定连接的齿轮3随把手2同时转动,通过与齿条5的啮合,齿轮3带动锁定杆4往碳粉盒1的顶盖6内缩进,此时为第二状态,碳粉盒1即可顺利装进成像单元。 
碳粉盒1装进成像单元后,松开把手,把手在扭簧12的作用下自动复位,回复到图4状态,回复过程同样通过齿轮齿条的作用来实现,锁定杆4伸出顶盖6,位于伸出位置,此为第一状态,对应于权利要求书所描述的常态。锁定杆4伸出部分与成象装置中的凹槽10配合,即可实现碳粉盒1在成象单元内的锁定。同样道理,提起把手,进入第二状态,即可实现碳粉盒1从成象单元的取出。 

Claims (5)

1.一种带锁定机构的碳粉盒,包括带有顶盖的用于容纳显影剂的主体,所述主体上设置有用于碳粉盒在成象单元内的锁定机构,其特征是,所述锁定机构包括与所述顶盖铰接的把手,与把手固定连接的齿轮,可往复移动的锁定杆,所述锁定杆上带有与所述齿轮啮合的齿条。
2.如权利要求1所述的带锁定机构的碳粉盒,其特征是,所述顶盖内还设置有锁定杆支撑结构,所述锁定杆支撑结构限定所述锁定杆在支撑面上做直线移动。
3.如权利要求2所述的带锁定机构的碳粉盒,其特征在于:所述锁定机构还包括用于实现把手自动复位的扭簧,所述扭簧安装在所述把手的铰接轴上,所述扭簧的两个自由端分别与所述把手和顶盖抵接。
4.如根据权利要求3所述的带锁定机构的碳粉盒,其特征是,所述把手在常态下受所述扭簧扭力作用靠近所述顶盖,所述齿轮与齿条啮合使所述锁定杆伸出所述顶盖以锁定碳粉盒;所述把手在外力作用下克服扭簧扭力被提起时,所述齿轮与齿条运转使所述锁定杆缩进所述顶盖以松开碳粉盒。
5.如权利要求4所述的带锁定机构的碳粉盒,其特征是,所述顶盖对应锁定杆伸出位置的周边上设置有开口。
